I have order touchscreen digitizer for lenovo tab m10 black, 0der no-4145964, when i receive the product & check it was not working, it was used item, scratches on both side if touches, bubbles, etc.then I call them & process for replacement, while sending them my courier I have send them images of product which was in good condition, the product which received in cartoon pack, with thermal protection, from them on same cartoon and same type protection for the product, I make and courier them, but when they received product they are saying product is broken and cannot replace, replacement information-#49049, how it is possible the product which I received dont break, but I send then as per thier packing material in same condition as they have send it get break, plz help and do take necessary action
