I ordered a samsung galaxy M31 screen/display(Order #4380449, Paid on 14th Mar 2022) from maxbhi.com, it didn't have any visible defect but when i connected it to my phone the display was internally damaged. when I asked for a replacement they declined it and said that they will only cover manufacturing defect and it can not be replaced after testing or installing, but without installing how would I know if its working or not.

I paid 2389 rupees for this and they sent me previously damaged product and now refusing to replace it. I would like them to either replace it or give me a refund.

They send me a open box so I refused my delivery and returned it back but they didn’t provide me a full refund

Sir, No option of cash on delivery in any product .Why ur site it, s very big but small option is not included and not provideing refund potion

I have ordered a screen with maxbhi on 9 March 2022 which got delivered today itself dated 11march 2022, the send a expired screen which I came to know when i was at the shop to get it installed in my phone when I connected the screen and switched my phone on it was blank, not showing anything at all then I called up the customer care and they told me to fill a form then company will call me and after that I have to courier it to them and then they will initiate the replacement and when I asked how much time it will take they said no idea about this sir. What is this behaviour and they guys took 3 days to deliver the screen from Delhi to Noida after performing end number for tests still the screen is not working and when I am saying that I'll return it tomorrow by coming to your office they are saying sure but you'll not get a replacement it will take time, why the hell they are making it difficult and they are not even ready to refund my amount please help me soon. They guys are horrible I don't know how they are running such a business online full of fraudity and complaints. This scenario is of Maxbhi. Com. I ordered a google pixel 3xl folder from maxbhi.com but I received a open box so I refused my delivery and it’s returning back to the seller but the didn’t provide my refund.

As a replacement of wrong item sent by their mistake they are asking me for shipment on my expenses.

Also company is not sharing any e-Mail ID requested by me.

I am waiting for a proper support please advice

Order auto got cancelled and money refunded to my wallet, I had put up request of transfer from my wallet to my bank account

Its been more than 40 days money haven't reached to my account!

I ordered an LCD touch screen in Maxbhi, and I received it. When it is connected to the phone the display is not working properly. Regarding this, I raised a replacement request which got declined and I tried to call them regarding this no one is giving me a proper reply and they are disconnecting the call.

My oppo realme 1 battery is faulty and too low quality. Maxbhi decline my replacement request without any valid reason. Even they did not respond to my calls. I have been told that my battery back got some scratch that is why they r not gonna replace my battery. But when they delivered the battery it's already been scratch while they testing the battery. I am adding some pictures as a proof.

I have purchased a battery for my phone. But they send a third cass and pathetic battery. As per their replacement policy i tired to replace my within my replacement warranty but they declined my request with some stupid cause and not even respond to my call. Please don't buy anything from this fake website #Maxbhi.com ur plz stop faking people.

On January 14th 2022 I have ordered 1pc of LCD with Touch Screen for Realme 6 - black (display glass combo folder) and my order id is Order #4188141
and i received it on January 21st(it took 8days to deliver). but when it was tested on my phone it wasn't working properly and it is not compatible my phone went blank and my technician removed and fixed with another touch screen. Since my my phone wasn't working for 1 week i cannot wait for replacement .Hence i changed the touch screen immediately from local mobile store.

The protective film and warranty seals on LCD & touchscreen are intact and not removed As I no longer need the replacement i requested them to refund my money back .i have contacted regarding this .they are not refunding my money .Instead they are saying to they replace the product (which is not useful for me) i had mentioned several times that phone is fixed and no need of replacement. The warranty expires on January 31st they are not helping to solve the issue

I have been cheated by maxbi.com for the order no.4212114. The product which they have sent is not original and doesn't support finger print for my vivo v19 mobile. And once screen is locked I am not able to see the screen for unblocking, it becomes totally dark.It is a local footpath item which is available for Rs.1800 and available nearby mobile services centres for Rs.1800 to 2500. But I have paid Rs 6380 to them for this cheap item.

I ordered "Xiaomi Redmi Note 8" Display and touch Panel for my mobile on 22 Dec 2021 from Maxbhi (https://www.maxbhi.com/).

But received a wrong product on 2with "Xiaomi Redmi Note 8" Label on it. Through my search I found out that it was "Xiaomi Redmi 8" Display.

Raised the issue on their website on 26th Dec 2021 and after multiple back and forth communication, they finally said me (on 28th Dec 2021) to send back the product for replacement. Reason for Replacement "Not compatible". They said me to bear for the shipping cost to return to them, which I was not ok to bear. They said it is in their terms and condition to bear shipping cost: (https://www.maxbhi.com/warranty-terms.html)

But as per their terms and condition: shipping cost is to be paid by customers for returning the product for warranty repairs.
I had to bear Rs.102 for returning their product.

In my case it was wrong product. But still I sent to their office in New Delhi for the replacement. Finally they agreed on 7th Jan 2022 to send back the display I ordered for.
I received the product on 12th Jan 2022, but to my surprise they sent back the wrong display again. This time it was "Redmi Note 8 Pro" display instead of "Redmi Note 8".

They agreed that they have sent wrong display to me and they would resolve it. But they haven't resolved until today (22nd Jan 2022). It's been a month since I ordered display from Maxbhi but, I don't have a display for my phone.

In short: Don't buy anything from Maxbhi.com. I'll update this blog once I receive a update from them.

I ordered one product from maxbhi .com .after some days they tells that procurement delay.

I have order touchscreen digitizer for lenovo tab m10 black, 0der no-4145964, when i receive the product & check it was not working, it was used item, scratches on both side if touches, bubbles, etc.then I call them & process for replacement, while sending them my courier I have send them images of product which was in good condition, the product which received in cartoon pack, with thermal protection, from them on same cartoon and same type protection for the product, I make and courier them, but when they received product they are saying product is broken and cannot replace, replacement information-#49049, how it is possible the product which I received dont break, but I send then as per thier packing material in same condition as they have send it get break, plz help and do take necessary action

Issue not resolve, inke site pe negative point bilkul hai hi nahi, customer ko keise pata chalega ki ye logo ko bewakoof bana rahe hain, inke yahan pe kaam karne wale ne mujhe khud request kiya ki " kya karun sir yahan kaam ker ke to me khud hi fhas gaya hun aap jaise kai complain yahan pe kiye gaye lekin solution ek bhi nahi hota" bus asli ke naam pe copy product sell kiya ja raha hai.

yahan ke seller jaan bujh ker ghatiya photo dalte hai taki customer ko bewakoof bana sake ki hum apko genuine material send ker rahe hain.

there are 1st and 2nd photo is mine, baki seller ne bheje hai dekh lo keise bhejte hain, helpline pe baat karne pe kehte hain photo to eise hi dalte hain.
