They have sent faulty item and not picking item from address and asking to bare delivery charges and they have sent faulty item and it is there mistake...

Ordered phone lcd but order cancelled on same day. Shipping not done paid rupees 1249. Even though 370 deducted more. Asking for refund on 13th but today is 18th refund not initiated till date and not initiated in my account...
