I have purchased online from maxbhi.com 1 pcs of LCD with Touch Screen for Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro - Black (display glass combo folder) vide Order #6351521, Paid Rs 1, 259.00 on 5th Sep 2023 at 11:58pm.

Item received on 11 Sep 2023. Item is defective.
The LCD screen is checked with Mobile Repair shop (Receipt attached). The Display Touch and Pattern not working. The items sent is defective.

The seal and protective screen are intact and product is in original condition. See attached photos.

Maxbi.com did not pick up the defective item. I sent the items at my own cost by Register Speed Post on 13 Sep 2025.

LCD Screen not yet replacement.

      I raised return and refund request on 7th september as the product was not fitting inside my phone.

      But Maxabhi closed my replacment request saying, they can't refund money

        Hello Sir/Ma'am,

        I wish to complain about the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge battery which I bought on 23rd Aug 2023.

        I am complaining because the connector of this battery is not connecting to the mobile and the quality of the battery is very bad. I request you to solve this problem, I would like you to refund my balance as soon as possible or send me a good battery by tomorrow. I can not wait anymore!

        I look forward to hearing from you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. If I do not get a response from you within 1-2 days, I will file a complaint with the appropriate consumer agencies and explore my legal options.

          I ordered a battery for my phone Lenovo k8 plus and maxbhi sent me counterfeit/Sub standard battery as the battery was labelled as BL273 which is the compatible model for the device but it was way smaller than the actual BL273. I raised request and after various excuses they finally accepted that they will provide replacement and I have to pay for shipment. I sent it via Delhivery and shared details with them. But due to issue from delivery partner it was returned to me so I said them that I will send it again with different courier partner but they outright denied warrenty and said we only provide 10 days warrenty and nothing after that. In that 10 days they took 2 days to approve warranty and after approval they denied warranty saying that maxbhi didn't recieved it stating terms and conditions, but there's nothing mentioned in terms and conditions like even after approval they will deny warrenty due delay in delivery. And incase where they also know that it was a genuine attempt from me and product was sub standard they denied warrenty. Maxbhi is really a fraud nothing more.

            I had ordered a LED display for my OnePlus Nord 2 on 31st July 2023 and order no.#6208128 Prior ordering I had informed sales executive that I would be needing the led display urgently and that too on 2 August 2023 as I would be traveling to Chandigarh next day but the executive assured that I would receive it on 2 August so that is the only reason I placed the order and when I checked frequently abt the status and location of order on 2 August it was still showing in Delhi hub so i called the delivery associate to confirm and the told it's in Delhi hub and by any means it won't be delivered by 3rd and I asked them if they can change the delivery address so they informed me that it should be done from sender's end( maxbhi) so I called maxbhi executive and asked them to hold the order in Delhi hub and redirect it to Chandigarh but the executive was arrogant and said it cannot be done and she cut the call.
            Its been 8 days now still the issue is not resolved, I called again many times but customer number was always busy and on 7 th August I somehow managed to call from other number the executive didn't know what is her role and so I asked her to connect to her manager but she also said concern team will call and cut the call.
            This has caused me lot of stress and is affecting my work also, kindly take necessary action and train your executive and their roles to resolve issues.

              I ordered an LCD from Maxbhi, but my phone was stolen and I no longer needed it, so I tracked it to see if it had arrived. I then cancelled it, but now they are not refunding my money. It has been a week since the order was returned.

                      I am writing to request the cancellation of my recent order for an LCD for my Redmi Note 8, as my phone has unfortunately been stolen.

                        Hi,

                        This is Uday, as I have ordered battery replacement from maxbhi on 24/06/23 and the item was delivered on 27/06/23, as the battery was delivered was not compatible with my note 5 pro, i raised a request for replacement but they were denying it by saying that I have ordered mi note 5, the price was same for both the products and they look same in the image as I have ordered it.
                        Even after receiving priorly I have raised for replacement the maxbhi team is denying for replacement please help me regarding this issue.

                          I have ordered Display for my Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 yesterday 9th June at 7:30pm i was on hurry that my screen was broken and later want to replace with the help of professional technician i also sent money of ₹1059 Order #5991082. After i have found he had a original display from nearest store i was already on hurry i wanted him to replace the display but i also want to cancel the order placed on Order #5991082 for this i didn't found cancel or refund option anywhere so i have decided to talk with Costumer Executive she told that Sorry, we can't cancel the order or we are not ready to refund, and you have a choice to buy any other item with the same money i place of this display since you already paid. I said I don't want any other item instead of display but i already found it somewhere else she doesn't want to cancel or refund. They don't want to refund or cancel the money forcing consumer to buy something useless items. I want my ₹1059 back if you doesn't give i have to file a legal action against this Maxbhi.com.

                            Ordered LCD Display with Touchscreen for Samsung Galaxy M30 Mobile but received different mobile's screen. They refused to replace. They didn't try to analyse the issue at their logistics end but just stating that it is not their product. They didn't even check the other product properly....

                            On 9th May 2023 i place Order with Order ID[protected] battery for Samsung J600 it was showing in Stock and Delivery Date as 11th May 2023 with 90 percent fulfilment ratio, all of a sudden yesterday evening it shows as cancelled and stated money would be refunded to source account, if money has been refunded. then there is Transaction Bank Reference Number of refund which they have not shared, i would never suggest any one to buy from this site, it is fake and fooling customers

                              I received a Normal display instead of my phone Realme 7 Pro amoled display

The Order number is 5794445. but when i received on 16 April and looked on it then it was not a amoled display as my phoned is amoled display phone. Now i want to give the item to the company but they are not accepting the request to take it back. I want to return it and get the Refund. please help me. and resolve the issue as soon as possible....

                              I have ordered display with touch, battery and ear speaker for my iPhone 7 from Maxbhi.com.
                              (Order #5772781, Paid on 7th Apr 2023 at 11:22am)

                              After checking and using the products. The products worked fine. But suddenly after 2 days, the display from maxbhi started displaying black lines on half screen which was obviously a defect in product. After that I raised a request for replacement on 18th/April/2023 and my warranty expires on 20th/April/2023. So, I requested for replacement 2 days before warranty expires.

                              After raising the replacement request I got a message from maxbhi customer support that -

                              “We would not be able to replace the seal / sticker removed and installed product as it is not in the same condition as we send it to you. As clearly mentioned in our warranty terms and conditions, in case of any in validation of warranty we will not be able to process the replacement or repairs.”

                              They are not providing me replacement just because I have removed sticker. There are so many things written on sticker. How can a customer check the display without removing the. As per maxbhi customer care. A customer should keep the sticker attached to display to claim warranty. If I would have kept the sticker attached for 10 days and after removing it on 11th day and I identify any spot or display damage below letters of that sticker on screen. In this condition my warranty period is already over so what should a person do. In my condition the display was working fine so naturally anybody will remove sticker from the display to check its quality. And the lines on the display showed up after 2 days. They have designed their Terms and Conditions so smartly that they would never be liable to give replacement. It’s just a question how can a customer know the exact product quality without removing the sticker.

                                Dear Sir, I have placed an order on Maxbhi.com on 6th April, 2023, 2:15 pm for the Mobile spare parts (.i.e. LCD Touch screen). And Before i made payment i called the customer service of Maxbhi.com and i was promised that the order would be shipped within 24 hours to 48 hours but it was dispatched only on 12th April 2023. Every time i made complaints regarding late dispatch they would tell me it is "under quality checking" . Is is very clear that they play trick's on me from the beginning . And now i receive my order on 17th April and i take it to Technician on 18th April and i found out that the spare parts (.i.e. LCD Touch screen) is not working. So i asked for refund they said not possible. To be honest, the quality of the touchscreen is very bad especially it doesn't worth Rs. 5149 . And even before they dispatched as they did not dispatched the order on the promised date i asked them for refund and they refused to refund it. So, now, as i have received the Damaged ( i mean not working spare part) i called the Maxbhi customer support and asked for refund but they refused again. Many times i begged them to make refund as the Product item ( Spare Part ) is not only working but also very bad in quality and they refused my request for refund and they forced me to fill up the Replacement Request Form from their website ; so against my will i have to fill up the replacement request form as the validity date for replacement is till 27th April only . Therefore i have to say that Maxbhi is Fraud company who sell Counterfeit Products and refuse refunding the amount to customer who are suffering on their traps . So, now, i am seeking your kind immediate help to make refund back the amount to my bank account by Maxbhi as soon as possible. Yours Sincerely, Jonathan, Aizawl, Mizoram

                                  I have order display panel with order number 5743302 and i have received order on 3.4.2023 and fixed the panel on phone 4th april after fix the display blinks use the phone after two three hours . display blinks while am using phone continuously . and i was put replacement today but replacement decline due to display fix on phone and remove the sticker, what a useless decline . may be maxbhi.com just for a cheat to customer . if i fix the display after that we check and problem also shown after using phone 2 to 3 hours
