I've ordered (Order No: #[protected]pc of LCD with Touch Screen for Xiaomi Mi A3 - Blue (display glass combo folder) from maxbhi.com on 9th Jan, 2022 at 7:48 PM. As I've got an offline alternative I thought I'd go with it and wanted to cancel the order I've placed with Maxbhi. When I went to the site to cancel my order, there is no option/feature to cancel my order neither did their website UI displayed a warning/message saying the order is not cancellable while I was placing the order. The order is yet to be processed. Now I want this order to be cancelled and want a refund.

I ordered a touch screen for apple iPhone 6 plus on MAXBHI. COM
When deleverd my item I checked not working...
I requested to replace my product ...and send product to address given by MAXBHI. COM
after 4 days my product deleverd me
And again it not working...
I complained but call always busy to another one
I'm so harassing for MAXBHI. COM

I am Sivasankar, i had order a TenOr D display in maxbhi.com and my order id is #4117153. But from the time i have order, my status is in "under process" only. I had call their mention mobile numbers but did not pickup my call but before i order company call me and told me that they will send me morning of next day. So i want to confirm my order, i cannot contact company directly. So sir pliz help me.

I had ordered an lcd touchscreen combo for my asus zenfone max pro m1 on 18th november 2021 at 12:15 am through maxbhi.com by paying online through phonepe app. I got the product on 22nd november but it's touch was not working on top portion. I mentioned the problem and they accepted the replacement request and told me to send the product back for replacement. I shipped the product through air from (Kerala) by air.
After, they sent the product back on 24th and it was received on 29th. I got it on 4th december and now the whole touch was not working properly. It was automatically running whenever i tried to use it.Also the display began to show lines. I called consumer support and again was forced to sent the product back for replacement. I told that this would be the final time i ship and if again the same problem persists, i will file a complaint . They told me that there wouldn't be any problem here after. I shipped the product by road on 6th december and they got it on 11th.
They sent the product on 14th and i got it on 19th. Now on checking the product it was working good but not satisfiable. Also quality was very poor. So i decided to gum it and adjust myself. But the next day when i took it in the morning, the touch began to work automatically and i couldn't even use it. I called customer support and they told me that we won't accept the product for replacement and request was declined after i sent the images. They are not changing their stand and i have lost my time and money.
So i am hereby requesting to process my refund and return policy as company is not changing their minds. Also i have decided not to replace it further as their technical team service is really poor.
I am hereby attaching the images and videos of the product from start to end.

They sold me non genuine products, before sending the parts, the seller has sent the photo of the parts, what is he sending the seller shared the image of Mustard hard particles, who could not even know which part was being sent hi is. Now on replacement they say send us the parts with your own money, this is my request to the consumer department to kindly ask him to refund my money.

I did my order on Dec 12, 2021. I want to know the exact status of my order other than the pandemic reason.

They are not refunding the money even after several mails and calls. Totally fake site with no business ethics, can not even think of being anywhere close to renowed sites like fk and az etc. Please tell me how and where can they be escalated further to have the resolution. Misleading the customers with false statements and commitment which their generation can not think of completing them. All sort of high class thieves and robbers are employed over there.

I placed an display combo for my infinix hot 7 mobile and I received a product first which was not working and again i raised a replacement request and again the replacement product was not working. It actually took 20days for this process and I felt very dissatisfied with their service. I have asked for refund and they are refusing to provide refund. I have spent around 160 rs for sending the defective product to them. This makes me very frustrating and waste of my time. Kindly please take necessary steps to get the refund. I'm no longer interested to buy product from them.

I purchased an LCD with Touch Screen for Moto E7 Plus - Black (display glass combo folder). maxbhi.com for sending me a defective touchscreen and I have sent the old product with my own expenses now they are asking for more money to pay 50% of the product. Why should I pay more money? Provide me with a replacement free of cost.

They sent a USB connector and are claiming to have sent the charging PCB. They're refusing to return my money

Ordered a LCD display for Realme2 Pro

It was defective now the company is asking me to pay the retrun courier charges which is cheating

How come a company not liable fot its defective products

Please ban this company

This company is a cheaters comapny

They send defective second hand products and say that the comapny policy states that no return and replacement cost will be born by consumer

Stop this kind of cheaters for teh consumer safety

Recently I ordered one plus one display from maxbhi.com, the have send a dead product, even on the display ther is "no pass " sticke in red colour. Usually it shoud be "check ok " in green colour sticker. When I asked for replacement they refused saying the warranty sticker is slightly damaged in the edge.

I was led to your website when I searched for Screen for vivo V 15 Pro on google. The listing I clicked on was from your site, I went ahead and bought the screen only to realise I was sold a screen for Vivo V 15 and not V15 Pro. I have attached a screen shot of the search to substantiate my claim.

On receiving the screen I got to know the screen that got ordered via your ad was for vivo v 15 and not v 15 pro.

Hence I raised a request to replace the screen wotht that of v 15 pro. However my request was declined.

I'm writing to you to reconsider my request as the screen provided to me is an absolute waste for me. I need a v15 pro screen and im willing to pay the difference amount for the screen and shipping charges. There is absolutely no loss to your company if this swap is offered.

I hope you oblige given the circumstances.

Sir, I have ordered a product from Maxbhi.com. They sent me a defective product. So, I asked for a refund but they said that we can provide only a replacement. So, I created a replacement request and sent the product back to them. They received the product but they are not providing a replacement or refund. They are saying that the product is damaged So, we can't provide a replacement. I don't want any replacement even if they provide me after this complaint. I want a refund for the product. I hereby enclosed images of the product, Invoice Copy, Proof for Defective product returned back to the seller. Kindly, Resolve my issue as soon as possible.
