Non comparable item not being replaced

Hi.

I was led to your website when I searched for Screen for vivo V 15 Pro on google. The listing I clicked on was from your site, I went ahead and bought the screen only to realise I was sold a screen for Vivo V 15 and not V15 Pro. I have attached a screen shot of the search to substantiate my claim.

On receiving the screen I got to know the screen that got ordered via your ad was for vivo v 15 and not v 15...

Not Providing Refund for Defective product

Sir, I have ordered a product from Maxbhi.com. They sent me a defective product. So, I asked for a refund but they said that we can provide only a replacement. So, I created a replacement request and sent the product back to them. They received the product but they are not providing a replacement or refund. They are saying that the product is damaged So, we can't provide a replacement. I don't want any replacement even if they provide me...

Faulty / fake Product

That send Duplicate product that is not working
They are not ready to pay return

That want to replaced it on my courier cost
Obviously I will receive duplicate product
I want my money back...

I recieved a product on November 15, 2021. I brought Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 LCD display touch screen which turns out not working, kind of disappointed. So, I asked for a replacement, if not refund. I have all th e proved and requirement to return the product. There is no policy for them to send someone to take the product or return my money. Amazing isn't it. Refund/ Replacement of the LCD with touch screen for Oneplus 3 , order id is 3957722

I want to tell everyone, pls don't buy anything from Maxbhi. They will not entertain you for any refund or replacement even if the product is faulty and even if you have raised complain about it. I suggest you all should buy from Amazon or some other online shopping site except for this one.
Now, my grievance or pathetic experience from this company. I had ordered LCD with touch screen for Oneplus 3, and when I received it was not...

Not received refund after 10 to 15 days

I order rog 2 display combo, and the order is placed and money was deducted from my paytm wallet, after few hours the order is automaticaly and i waited for the refund of my amount rs 6205, also i requested many times to maxbhi for my refund, right now almost 20 days there will be no refund

When i try to check refund status its say service unavailable...

Display ordered wrong

I ordered the huwei y6pro display. But they placed the order in y6 .. They say it will not be replaced .. I paid 1414 rupees and I can not use the product I bought .. Product was damaged earlier but they are not replacing it

I ordered Samsung J2 2015 touch and display combo worth of 1079 from maxbhi.in i received it on 12 October, but the product was damaged already, when i checked it it was not working. so request for replacement for the product i parcel it with my own money that cost me 180 rupees, still i was hoping they will send me the replacement product as soon as possible but on[protected] they said that product is not replicable due to physical damage...

Cancel one out of two orders for the same product

An order #3906833 was placed on dated 14.10.2021at 06:05 PM for LCD with Touch Screen for Asuszenfone Max Pro (M1)and it's payment was done via phone pe mob [protected] with Rs 2129.00
But an SMS via mobile informed o[censored]npaid payment and another payment was made using debit card ending************9773
Thus I have been charged twice for the same single unit costing Rs 4258.00
Now I request return my Rs 2129.00
