If Patient ask To MDIndia What is Claim Status ? mdindia employes tell me till now no record avalabel.

    I hold family mediclaim policy of New India insurance since 19 Jan 2003 & there is continuous renewal every year since then till today. MDIndia is the TPA.
    I was in hospital from 7th May 10 to 14th May 10 in a Thane hospital in Maharashtra State. I had CABG & AVR operation in 1997. I also had H/T & DM which was not declared.
    My attending physician mentioned all these things in the certificate But also mentioned that my illness (low Na in blood) had no relationship with my existing illnesses/diseases. In other words what he meant was even if I DID NOT have H/T & DM, I still could have got this problem. Even with this comment MDIndia had regretted payment of claim. Insurer New India . Co. is not able to convince them. Now I am thinking of approaching Ombudsman & IRDA.

      My husband underwent angioplasty operation on 17. 02. 2010. We have submitted all the required documents as per rules to the above mentioned tpa for the cashless claim of the expenses incured by us. After several followups till date, we have now received a reply from them that it cannot be reimbursed for not having completed 1 year of policy. As per our understanding a policy is effective immediately once taken up. But now this reply from them is so annoying that such organisations are continuing to cheat people with false promises, and seeing this sort of an services, we'll get another health attack. I expect a sincere effort from the respective office to kindly look into the matter with atmost priority as we have undergone a lot of mental torture during this period. My husband's policy number is 421500 / 48 / 2010 / 251. He underwent angioplasty in columbia asia - yeshwanthpur. He is 40 yrs with no preexisiting diesease. This was a sudden attack & a very very shocking news for the family.

      I once again request an early positive response from the respective office & kindly to see that this office does'nt repeat the same with any other claims.

      MDINDIA HEALTHCARE SERVICES PVT. LTD. — non receipt of parcel dispatched on 14th Sept.2010

      Hi,

      We have booked one parcel containing documents related to hospital cases on 14th September 2010 from Rudrapur to Pune. The docket no. is[protected]. Till now we have not received the parcel in Pune. The parcel is very important as it contains hospital documents based on which the claims are being settled.
      We are continuously contacting your Pune & Delhi office but nothing happened as of now.

      Kindly let us know the current status & when we will receive it.

        With due ragards, I have my mediclaim in your Company with name RAM BHAROS JHA, having MIN No. 4717685.
        I am not satisfied with the repudaition information regarding the closing of my claim.

        My grivances are as follows:-

        If somehow i lost my original ADR of Rs. 50,000 and Rs.8700 during my treatment then why duplicate receipts cannot be accepted? You can authenticate the duplicate receipts from the Hospital.
        I submitted the duplicate ADR duly certified by the supretendent of the APOLLO - Ranchi Hospital. I do not understood as to on what grounds you have closed my claim. Before closing my claim, i have not received any information from the Company after Nov. 27, 2009 (the date on which i submitted the ADR Copy).
        Hence, I request you to address the above grievances as early as possible. I am furnishing my information and also sending hard copy of your repudated claim information along with this application.
