repudiation of claim

I hold family mediclaim policy of New India insurance since 19 Jan 2003 & there is continuous renewal every year since then till today. MDIndia is the TPA.
I was in hospital from 7th May 10 to 14th May 10 in a Thane hospital in Maharashtra State. I had CABG & AVR operation in 1997. I also had H/T & DM which was not declared.

Non settlement of mediclaim

My husband underwent angioplasty operation on 17. 02. 2010. We have submitted all the required documents as per rules to the above mentioned tpa for the cashless claim of the expenses incured by us. Unjustiable & Unreasonable closure of medical reimburshment claim
