I have submitted a claim for rs. 36538/- out of which rs.13586 have been spent by me for doppler venus problem which you connected with your package as you don't want to pay under any excuse!
A representative from anand rathi insurance had advised me that the mdindia would make payments for pre and post hospitalisation. Your terms and conditions are changing while you have to make payment! It's cheating under one or another excuse! My hospital's package was rs.71020/- you paid only 50, 000/- as per package and i paid 21020 from my pocket, but what about pre hospitalisation? What about doppler venus treatment bills? Iam ready to file a suit against mdindi alongwith consumer forum!

    Even after sending all original docs with discharge card and medical bills and sending them again and again by mail and courier there is no reply for my mail too.

    You are giving me every reason to file suit with court and consumer department on all of person attached to this claim.

    If your person has misplace my docs its his or her responsibility, you can't held customer hard earn money he claimed which was used for medical expenses.

    I have send more then 20 odd mails regarding same and you are physically and mentally harassing me.

    I am going to find person name who has received my first set and first thing my lawyer has said that, particualr person will surely get legal suit with company and agent through whom we had done our policy.

    If not settle in coming week, we will send notice to all 3,

      No. Of days room charges nurshing care charges total
      Day 1 1 450+350=800
      Day 2 1 450+350=800
      Day 3 1 1200+500=1700
      Day 4 1 1200+500+1700
      Day 5 (0.5) 600+250=850
      Total 4.5 3900+1950=5850

      Out of above excess is only rs 500 (Day3-200 + day4-200 + day5-100).

      But they deducted rs.2100., hence no responsible answer received from md india thus for since 4 oct 2017.

      I request they must use good quality calculator and must apply their mind to arrive the correct result of the above claim.

      They must reimburse rs 1600.00 asap

        Regarding the policy papers and i cards not reviving since last two years. Only charging money and debit from my citi bank credit card. Year by year.
        I want why this is happening and we can not go any where in hard time. Without proof of insurance.

        If it is like this i request please do not renew my policy again in month of feb.2018.

          I have raised the claim in mdindia on 28/8/2017 and my claim id is mdi3378137. I received the claim approval message on 27/7/2017it was wrongly sent to [protected] closed account request credit in sb[protected] iob account. But till date the claim satus is cheque yet to be issued. I called customer care so many times. They are telling only "it is under process" and also there is no pending from my side.
          Kindly let me know when can i get my approved amount and what is going on there. Its really frustrating nearly one month after got my approval i am waiting to get the claim amount.

            I am retired officer-staff of central bank of india. Today i have submitted all necessary particulars on line in the prescribed format for renewal of health insurance policy (Option ii with domiciliary treatment) and authorised the bank to debit my savings bank account towards insurance premium rs.36, 998/-. I do not receive confirmation otp to my registered mobile number, though display appeared on the screen as below:
            "mdindia on line.com says: information updated successfully".

            I require your confirmation to my email address "[protected]@yahoo.co.in", stating that the policy will be renewed for the period 1.11.2017 to 31.10.2018, recovering premium to the debit of my savings bank account with central bank of india, tallakulam branch (Chennai zone, madurai region).                   My husband v s srinivasan has been included as a dependent in the policy his no is md15-[protected].
                  He is a diabetic and needs continuous medication. Now his eyes has been affected. Doctors in arvind ey hospital and netradhama has advised him to take injections for the eye we had applied for cashless facility from nethradhama on 2nd october 2017 and our appointment with the hospital was on 6th. Tll date we have not received any sanction or advise or rejection. Matter is pending at yr end only. Toll free nos if contacted are not giving proper reply. For this reason we had to postpone our treatment. We are not satisfied with yr service we would like to know immediately our claim postion or we have to complain to higher authorities

                    I had submitted a claim to mdindia, mumbai office, with all the original documents on 11th august 2017. The claim amount was for a valid policy, an amount of rs. 85, 299/-.
                    There has been lot of harassment for a senior citizen like me, in spite of many e-mails and phone calls.
                    The reason for repudiating my claim is not worthy of even a mention, as the person dealing with it, viz., mr. Yogesh is his misunderstanding and loss of sensibilities in dealing with an old customer.

                          I am working in punjab & sind bank, rewari (Haryana) and suffer from autosominal polycystics chronic kidney disease (Adpkd).
                          In feb/mar 2017 i am admitted in sk manipal soni hospital jaipur and in apr 2017 my treatment transferd to sir gangaram hospital new delhi.
                          I submitted all documents for reimbursement of cashless claim amt of rs 73610/- and domiciliary treatment amt of rs 35629/- and domiciliary treatment of amt rs 4180/-.

                              I was been hospitalised from 21/08/2016 to 27/08/2016 at Mundra nursing home(Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh). I have submitted all the documents whatever they needed i have paid the cash to hospital because i know MDID will reimburse my all amount on time. But still not received my claim amount of RS. 25420/-. Now they are saying to give us additional bills but I have already sent all the original documents which is related to maternity like hospital Bills, Forms, Md India forms etc... i don't understand what they want now after 10 months.

                              So many times i mailed or message them on above details them but they always told me "We are coordinating with team concern". I am following from last 8 Months. Please look into this. i will wait for positive answer from your side.

                              Such delay is unexpected.

My claim amount of RS. 25420/-. this and i only get RS. 4150/- only. this is unexpected for me. The insurance team giving me irrelevant answers. I hospitalised from 21-10-16 to[protected] it only 7 days. so how it comes that they given me these details:-

                                Mdi3406630: claim for patient b gurumukul vamsi has been rejected due to simple reasons "op-out patient treatment" for forearm bone fracture. Patient gone for doctor check up on 9th july due to self injury while paying shuttle and came to know that fore arm bone has been fractured based on x ray and radiology report. Op treatment has been done and when claim has been submitted to md india, they simply told op treatment will not cover as per your corporate policy. This will clear shows that md india is encouraging only in patient treatments in their policies. These are the reasons even doctors will encourage in patient treatment though it is not required and they claim for huge amount to insurance. So, in my opinion, md india insurance is not good at all to choose insurance providers for corporate employees. So, my sincere suggestion to all think twice before you choose md india insurance.

                                    We had applied a mediclaim reimbursement for my mother in law mrs. Shantaben dani who was admitted in saifee hospital in the month of may '17 & discharged on 8th may '17. We were asked by her treating dr. Mavani to come for a follow up at his client on16th may '17.

                                    When we visited him on 16th may '17, he took ecg & charged us rs. 2000/-.

                                    We submitted the claim papers towards hospital expenses alongwith all the reports during admission in the hospital as well as the post consultation ecg report. Unfortunately we missed attaching the receipt of rs. 2000 charged by dr. Mavani on 16th may '17.

                                    As soon as we found the receipt we submitted the same with a covering letter & took an acknowledgement from md india. (Attached all the copies) on 1st june '17.

                                    Since then we have been following up with them, but they keep on sending mails & ask for original receipt as well as ecg reports.

                                    We have also written to them umpteen times that we have submitted the original reports as well as the receipt, but they are not reimbursing the claim amount even after following up for almost 2 months.

                                    Hi, all claims should be settled within a period of 30 days from the dt of receipt of claim papers or they have inform you in writing the reasons for delay, therefore you may insist insurer to settle the claim early or to pay interest for delay, if response from insurer or not satisfied with the same, you may approach insurance ombudsman for your grievance.

                                      Kindly request you to help me to process below claims. As these claims are not processed since last 4 months, i escalated the same to level1, level2 and level3 in mdindia, but no one has helped, each time i call mdindia, they will say it will processed in a week, some guys don't pick the call also.

                                      Claimid1: mdi3189458 : i have raised this claim id on 06-apr-2017, the status of this claim is "checque yet to be issued", till now the amount of this claim id has not got credited to my account.

                                      Claimid2: mdi3263330 : i have raised this claim id on 22-apr-2017, the status of this claim is "checque yet to be issued", till now the amount of this claim id has not got credited to my account.

                                        Claim submitted on 15.02.2017 for rs20263/. Additional details like initial case papers /first consultation/indoor case papers/patient's health history were called on during may 2017. The hospital by name rana hospital, located at salai road tiruchirappalli tamil nadu is a reputed one and is existence for more than four decades. Since it is not a corporate type of hospital there is no separate department to look after insurance claims. I met the doctor (After waiting for six hours) and requested him to arrange for furnishing the details called for by md india. The doctor expressed his inability to part with the details called for as the discharge summary contain all the details. He is also not willing to give such inability in writing. I have sent a detailed mail to md india on 19.05.2017 in this regard. As requested by one of the staff of md india i have authorised md india to obtain the required particulars directly from the hospital. Till date i have not received sanction. I hope you will visualise the plight of a senior citizen

                                        It has been a month we have applied for insurance & it has not been claimed yet. So I request you to look on it as soon as possible. We require this to happen as early as possible because we are in need of resources, as we are running short to it.
