        My mother Mrs. Bachan Gambhir (UHID: MM[protected] is no more. She was died in Medanta emergency ward itself.
        She was admitted in Medanta on 16 July 2021 at 3 PM. We took appointment of Dr. Nagendra Singh Chauhan through his secretary Mr. Sahil.

        Doctor came at 3:15 PM and suggest to do corona test to his staff and then they will do angiography. He also said there is no problem and She is alright.

        We were though that now my mother is in safe hands and we went to book a room to stay at night.
        After booking a room I came to hospital emergency ward at 8 PM to meet my mother. Then my mother inform me that they took covid sample just now that is at around 7:50 Pm. They have wasted almost 5 hrs to take covid sample.
        Then at 8:15 PM I have asked one nurse that my mother heart beat is fluctuating (between 180 and 160) she said we have informed the doctor. and then very next minute my mother heart beat reached 250, 260, 275 and then cardiac arrest.
        This is totally not acceptable from a very reputed hospital. The kind of behavior nurses showed toward patients and their relative is totally rubbish.
        I have lost my mother just because you guys not considering this seriously. We came from Haridwar just because we know that Medanta is India's one of the top most hospital.
        You should take strict action against that nurse and staff. But I know you will not do anything.

        My mother was in emergency ward and she died there. I wish we shouldn't choose Medanta.

        This is a case of negligence and lack of professional behavior.

          My name is Abhishek Rakshit and I got Sputnik V vaccination from Medanta today. My wife took it yesterday. Both the times, we were not provided with any payment receipts. Today, when I asked for it, I was told to come and collect it post vaccination. However, when I went there (first counter, adjacent to the entry gate), I was again lied to saying that I will get an SMS with receipts within an hour, but I didn't. I made two payments, one for myself today and one for my wife, Jyotishmita Dhar, yesterday, but no receipt. I don't understand why such a renowned hospital like Medanta would do such thing.             This father's Day.our family life ruined.In absence of my father @Kishan Lal .he was a true fighter of Indian Army.Due to heart attack we have admitted my father on 15th April in Medanta Medicity.that was a wrong decision that have taken our life.the treatment should be done by them immediately as that was ECHS(ex service man health contribution) panel.but as this was a semi government body approval got late by 96 hrs and Medicity hospital staffs and doctors are not cordinating among eachother documentation done by us and they intentionally misbehaved no response to us and provided wrong document and delaying process.they left my father untreated for 5 days.they don't even ask for money and we have haven't understood there intention as it was against ECHS cashlesh policy.due to all messup i have lost my father.I urge every individual only VIP can live the life or common man can also live life easier with out fighting the system""""please Share this experience to other so that other can save there life"""

              Dear sir,
              The plaintiff seeks following information under Right to information Act 2005

              Want to know about the covid patient treatment details given to Asha Devi Agarwal wife of jagjiwan Agarwal who was admitted in your hospital for treatment .

              1.Qualification and certificate required :

              Dr yatin mehta
              Dr kashi
              Dr gaurav

              2. whether your doctors checked up of dead body before wrapping in black bag

              while sending body to mortuary cremation ground.

              Why name tag was not required when you have 2 dead body in one private vehicle.

              Name of doctors, attendent, security required in whom presence checkup completed.

              3. kindly entire provide video clipping footage of above patient.

              4. Is This rights that you send dead body in a private passenger car ertigo /vehicle instead of authorised medical ambulance van.

              And reason for two bodies were sent together in a private vehicle to mortuary ground.

              5 What time you informed the relative of the death of above named patient.

              The reason for delaying patient death information and handing over dead body.

              6.Total medicine you used on for treatment of patient .

              Why not you utilise DG2 launched by DRDO.

              Copy of total bill raised and amount collected by you

              Separate detail for medicine supplied used day wise.

              7 This is doubtful that you have not treated patient as humanity properly

              and indulging in trafficking of human parts.

              No patient relative nor govt Departments nor security were personal were allowed to be present while packing dead body.

              8. Any other information documents, kindly also provide in respect of treatment to petitioner.

              9.List of patients total death on 24th may in your hospital and reasons.

              10. Required fee postal order for Rs 10 have deposited attached.

                I am Sagar Saini from Lucknow. My patient was admitted on 2-6-21 . Starting from then we have been very badly treated by the hospital staff. We had a bad conversation with the guard also one day. He had very rudely commented on us. Please take quick action against him or else I will take legal action against the hospital and the guard as well.

                  I'm Udit Garg, Patient UHID - MM01857308, Admitted on 16/5/21 and got discharged on 24/5/21.

                  Feedback for your hospital -
                  1) Housekeeping below average.
                  2) Except 2-3 nursing staff mostly all were very inexperienced and easy going towards the patient.
                  3) Despite many reminders ...no diet plan is still provided. I m totally confused what to eat and what to avoid to regain my stamina and strength.

                  4) Most important - It was evening when I was discharged from the hospital. No medicines were handed over to me even for one time. I had to visit the Pharmacy first, purchase my medicines and then I went home .It was very difficult for me to even sit in the car but because no one at hospital bothered to give handover of medicines, I had to visit the Pharmacy first in that condition.

                  5) No guidance provided about after effects of C-19 treatment and how to handle any situation in case of any complications or emergency.

                    My patient Mr. Suresh Chandra Agarwal patient Id MM01823754 was admitted to Medanta on 19th April. On the 21st of april he had been moved to ICU 8 bed number 158 and during this process his belongings had been taken which had 2 mobile phones, 1 gold ring, spectacle and other important personal belongings. When he was shifted back to normal ward bed number 4944, on 1st May his belongings had not been returned to him when we inquired about the same from the security and the nursing staff we were informed that the concerned nurse's father had expired and was on leave so after 2-3 days when she returns the stuff will be handed over to us. Since then I have had multiple follow ups with all the concerned departments especially Mr. Pawan( security incharge, contact number [protected]) but in my last conversation with him he said he has failed to find our belongings and thus we should lodge a complain to be able to find them. The things of the patient are of very high value, and were handed over with trust. I believe Medanta is a well reputed hospital and I do not expect such mishappening which are not being taken care of. Please revert to me immediately.                       In my eyes it is a very serious matter. On humanitarian grounds it would be recommended by all the humans.
                      I am the father of Dr. Shilpa Mehndiratta (Patient no MMID[protected] who was working in N.C.T Delhi as NRHM doctor. She was posted at Salhapur Kheri dispensary village situated in Delhi. While serving in this dispensary she became the corona patient. She was so deeply affected there that her oxygen level reached up to 38 at last we got her admitted in Medanta medicity hospital. She was admitted there in ICU 7 under the Kind supervision of respectable Dr. Yatin Mehta who took pains and initiative to give all the support and decent treatment. After the recovery from corona he ordered her to shift in a non covid ward ICU 12. This unit was also under this very hard working and painstaking honorable Dr. Yatin Mehta.
                      After the complete recovery from corona her oxygen level was improved and was brought upto 90. And then patient Shilpa Mehndiratta was shifted to the ward which was under the supervision of Dr. Anand Jaiswal. There were few big and unpardonable mistakes in general he has committed –
                      1. Patient needed few more days of doctor’s supervision and attention to this serious patient.
                      2. Doctor discharged her when patient was on oxygen and in indischargeable condition. She was in the grip of hypertension, weak lungs due to lungs infection, breathing problem, Polycystic ovarian syndrome (OSA), Hepatitis resolving, sepsis candida enterococcus recovering above all she was having so many heart diseases that for at least few days she needed the treatment from cardiologist. Dr. Anand Jaiswal gave the push to this very patient who had already been cured from corona i.e. from the previous Dr. Yatin Mehta who had done the serious efforts and brought her upto this very level. This was only due to that she belongs to the doctor community only this was the reason that Dr. Mehta had been taking the keen and deep interest. But that Dr. Jaiswal has pushed her into the ditch just for dying. He gave the discharge while she was taking the serious dosage of injection and medicines above all she could not stand and walk herself.
                      She was taking these serious injections and medicines.
                      1. Injection FRAGMIN 5000 S/C twice daily.
                      2. Injection TYGECYLINE 50 mg I/V twice daily for 5 days.
                      3. Injection ANIDULAFUNGIN 100 mg for 5 days.

                      There were 3 injections per day were to be injected under the supervision of the expert sister that also in the ward of the hospital and with the kind indirect supervision of a doctor.

                      Further the sister did not explain that what precautions were to be taken. How to give in and how much quantity, at what time and what time gap the medicine is to be given. The sister in-charge is also responsible.

                      My Daughter has died she was earning a good salary i.e. less than One lakh twenty thousand approx.
                      The Killer of my Daughter is only Dr. Jaiswal and the sister who did not explained how to give the medicine after how much gap and what precautions had to be taken while giving injections. This only happened when the attendant was receiving the discharge slip from this very counter.

                      Now my humble request is there should be taken strict and stern action against them so that they may not play with the lives of the patients who are coming for treatment from their hands.
                      Sir I want justice from your kind hands. I am very sure that you will give me the justice by taking action against these two culprits.

                            I manjeet singh from harchandpur raebareli i have taken the video call appointment of Dr.Ruchita sharma on 20th April 2021 and the confirmation date was given by medanta on 20th and my appointment was on 23rd april 2021. I paid Rs. 1000 to medanta by online payment for the appointment, but mine and mrs. Preetam kaur video call appointment was not happened. So I requesting to you that whether refund my money or give me new appointment of dr Ruchita sharma.. If you did not give me appointment or refund my money I will take legal action against medanta hospital.

                              He was carrying a mobile phone along with him which is missing from the final belongings handed over to us.

                                Very bad service in Medanta hospital, very high cost of every test still report not provide in time period, staffs are not suporting, everyone work only for money not for good service, our patient report pending from 10 days, they are not asking about patient.They do not cure the patient but bother them.

                                  I have been trying to admit my husband who is a COVID patient. I called the emergency number a while ago, but thay refused saying that there is no bed available. I do not understand the dynamics. For a hospital like Medanta, is this way to address such critical situation?? If there is no beds, it is not The Hospital's responsibility to organise for more more beds given the current cases in Gurgaon. I do not beleive that Medanta does not have the bandwidth, but the intention is not there clearly to treat COVID patient. May be it is not so lucrative.

                                    My father adimit in6/4/21in 6ovlock I submitted documents icu department in 10 am I called many time for documents complete than they call me 4 pm for document I collected and ho in tpa but documents not complete I again go icu and documents waha deke aaya again I called many time then I collected documents but as it is no complete again I called staff in 6 th flour they misbehaved me ki hamari koi galati nhi hai 😳this is not hospital this is only proffecin mr terhan kyu apna banaya hua salo ka nam kharab kar rahe hai idont know 😒

                                      This is with regard to in patient Mrs. Pooja Mehta in room ni. 5105 at Medanta, Gurugram.

                                      The insurance query from Star insurance was raised on 03rd April, 2021 which is not yet answered from your side. To top it, we have been sent the bill. Despite repeated reminders every day, the query is still not answered.

                                      Such casual reaponse from a hospital of your repute is not expected. Kind respond to this ASAP and treat this as utmost urgent.
