Even after submitting all documents in mail as well as with regestred speed post... I am getting mail to submitt docs. Even i meet jamnagar office.. They are also not able to solve this problem... Even i mailed at banglore and ahmedabad regional head... But they are giving assurance only... I had an accident on 1 st of february... Still not got amount... And surprisingly today i got mail for closure of my claim i'd... Very very very poor service... No one getting on phone on customer care number only cassets playing... No any kind of satisfaction by mail even after more than 100 of mails...
Can't understand what to do and how to do... I suggest not to invest in this kind of mediclaim services....

    Medi assist india — claim status in progress since past 4 months
    I, velassery eassy paul on 20thjan 2018
    My claim for reimbursement have been received with tracking no. Coc00006559and coc0000560 and the claim status shows in process since past more than 4 months. I have provided all the necessary doccuments with my claim. Whenever i enquire them about the status the only reply i get is we will update/ progress the request in 4 to 5 business working day and then there is no reply after that... This loop is never ending and i do not understand why both claims are stuck.

      Two claims raised but not yet settled :

      1. Tracking no. : h[protected] was raised on[protected] for an amount of rs 8, 700/- but it is still showing under "submitted" status.

      2. Claim no. : 14440438 was raised on[protected] for an amount of rs 1, 16, 369/- but not yet processed & showing "cancelled" status without any discrepancy & information.

      Its been almost more than 17 months, nothing was done till now inspite of sending all the relevant documents in original.

        Worst worst worst.. I request to all people.. Dont ever take insurance from this company. Very poor service. They dont update to customers about the claim status, customer care is insolent and unaware of the process. I am a corporate customer of this company but i have asked my organisation to disregard the relationship from mediassist.
        Very pathetic and poor services.

              The insurance that i have taken is not being updated by Mediassist. Its been a month i have updated things from my end but nobody cares about responding to me. The insurance doesn't show the correct coverage. I had claimed a cashless but was not given complete payment because of their lack of timeliness. Very bad customer service from the Mediassist end. I had to take loans to pay the money to the hospital. What is the use of Cashless facility by them?????!!!

                I have talked to mediassist executive about maternity admition of mrs vandnaben bhavsar on[protected]between 8:00am to 9:00am and he has given me this intimation id. But by his mistake he raised intimation for my mother mrs devikaben bhavsar who is 46 years old.
                How can a person raise a claim of maternity for his mother who is 47 years old?
                I have complained regarding the issue to medi assist and they given me the tocken no 3446246 and assuered that issue will be resolved within 3-4 working days but it is already 25 days gone from their reply still there is no progress.

                  My claim no is 16631947. I have submitted (Date - 23/03/2018) all the documents & investigation reports in original & discharge diagonosis. But then again they ask for the same. I mail atlst 17/18 times & called 30 times. But nothing had been resolved till date. They never revert back. One week status shows pending next week it shows under processing. Then again show status pending. Kindly escalate the matter to higher official. Whenever i mail them about the status the only reply i get is we will update/ progress the request in 4 to 5 business working day and then there is no reply after that...                       I have submitted reimbursement claim against claim I'd 16790431 on 12apr to your office. But till date I have not not my claim amount. Where as I have got a mail from your end stating that you further need some more paper. In this regard I want to tell I have submitted all the form along with part B form signed by hospital and doctor .in my discharge summary all the detail is given i.e advice for admission . duration of disease and treating doctor.why now you are again asking paper. I think you are harashing old aged patient.i was asking cashless facility at hospital but you people are denied my claim for unsaid reason. No at present I'm in my home town Samastipur Bihar.                         I got my son treatment, after treatment i send all documents to mediassistindia. But they are asking for room tariff. I approaced to hospital, hospital refused to provide so, as hospital had already provided all related room bills, medicine, diagonis bills in original. But no one from mediassist is ready to listen us and confirm directly from hospital.

                            My claim number is 16421215 and its been approved more than 1 month back and everytime i call the insurance team... Am promised to receive the amount in the next 10 business days and no progress... Am fed up waiting.. Amount has been approved long back and i have not received my money even after more than 1 month.. Very disappointed with false promises.

                            I asked is there a way i can escalate this issue and was informed that my issue has already been escalated by the customer care support.. Still no progress...

                                I'm working with wipro and have submitted claims. My claim is on hold and now closed for documents that i've already submitted. Customer care response is very poor in updating me with what is stopping reimbursement process now and i'm just put on hold everytime and the call gets cut. Please proceed my claim and stop fooling around

                                I am working with Wipro and raised claim for my mother..But as I can see, they are just making fool of all the Wipro employees..Hardly got a chance to connect to customer care and once I got he replied that Any preexisting condition of more that 4 years is covered, but now they have denied it saying all pre existing conditions are excluded..is this a way to deal with your customers..why the hell they are charging from us..I believe all employees of Wipro who are in same boat because of their poor services should raise a voice against them and Wipro should take a strict action against it..They can’t fool everyone like the did to us..

                                  I am working in honeywell international and my wife is working in tcs. We both have mediassist claim provided from our respective companies.

                                  My wife delivery happened on february 8th 2018. Before her delivery i checked with mediassist team regarding reimbursement procedure as my hospital didn't have cashless for mediassist, even i my company (Honeywell international) also providing mediassist insurance, at that time customer care person confirmed that both o[censored]s having upper cap of rs 500000 for normal delivery but as we both (Me and my wife) are working in different companies, if amount is exceeding 50000 then one person can claim 50000 and the remaining amount can be claimed at second person company by providing attested settlement letter, discharge summary and duplicate bills.

                                  As per mediassist team confirmation only we decided to go with the same hospital.

                                  By taking this concurrence i claimed entire amount and got 50000 approved from his insurance and we got the settlement letter from honeywell mediassist.
                                  We attested all the documents including settlement letter, all duplicate bills and discharge sheet from mediassist office pune.
                                  Even the person attested our documents in mediassist shivajinagar pune office also confirmed that the remaining amount will get settle from the tcs mediassist.
                                  We filled reimbursement form in tcs mediassist portal on 11th march 2018 and dropped all the attested documents including settlement letter, duplicate bills & discharge summary at his helpdesk pune on 13 march 2018.

                                  As per the information provided from the mediassist team, i am eligible for the remaining amount ie. Rs[protected].
                                  While we are filling the claim it was asked for total amount as per bill that's why we mentioned rs 83760.
                                  We were assumed that tcs mediassist team will review the documents and approve the remaining amount which i am eligible. But unfortunately my full claim was got denied.
                                  When i called customer care, she told me to send the mail with settlement and claim form. Please find the attached settlement letter and claim form for your reference (Note: we have submitted mediassist attested hard copies of settlement letter).
                                  I was continuously send mails for the status of claim to corporate mediassist mail and they are not providing any reply. I called customer care many times but no proper answer from there side, even every time when i call they were saying within 2 days. Its been more than a month i was running behind this issue.
                                  I took 2 days leave for attesting the duplicate copies of bill and good amount of time for the follow up. Still my issue was not resolved.
                                  Please do the needful as soon as possible for resolving my issue and providing my remaining eligible amount.
