This is ajaykumar jivani, worked in tcs for 6.2 year. While i left the company, one claim was pending to approve.

I have been moved to australia after submitting document on 1 jan 2018.
One month later, till one month everything was shown as payable in the status. After one month, suddenly they realised one document is missing which is already there in the file, but i thought to connect to doctor and i am blessed that doctor known my case. He helped me to provide the document and submitted in february.
After lot of followup, they came back to submit via portal. (Very disappointed as i do not have access to ultimatix). Said clearly to them that consider this and i have also sent hardcopy of the same.
After few days, today they came back to ask same document again.
They are doing just waste. Harrasing people, doctor and me.
I would request consumer complaints people to help me with this.

Updated by ajay23888 Now they rejected claim after 90 days. I will go to Indian consumer complain site where they will realise whatever he has done is not right.
