I was asked to check if my inr of 61070 has been credited to my bank account... As i checked today, its not credited... Please hurry up the process as its already been too late and more than expected time
Its been very frustrating to wait for more than 2 months to receive the money

No progress even after the complaint is raised... Very upset about the process..

    My claim number is 16421215 and its been approved more than 1 month back and everytime i call the insurance team... Am promised to receive the amount in the next 10 business days and no progress... Am fed up waiting.. Amount has been approved long back and i have not received my money even after more than 1 month.. Very disappointed with false promises.

    I asked is there a way i can escalate this issue and was informed that my issue has already been escalated by the customer care support.. Still no progress...

        This is animesh.
        I'm working with wipro and have submitted claims. My claim is on hold and now closed for documents that i've already submitted. Customer care response is very poor in updating me with what is stopping reimbursement process now and i'm just put on hold everytime and the call gets cut. Please proceed my claim and stop fooling around

        I am working with Wipro and raised claim for my mother..But as I can see, they are just making fool of all the Wipro employees..Hardly got a chance to connect to customer care and once I got he replied that Any preexisting condition of more that 4 years is covered, but now they have denied it saying all pre existing conditions are excluded..is this a way to deal with your customers..why the hell they are charging from us..I believe all employees of Wipro who are in same boat because of their poor services should raise a voice against them and Wipro should take a strict action against it..They can’t fool everyone like the did to us..

          I am working in honeywell international and my wife is working in tcs. We both have mediassist claim provided from our respective companies.

          My wife delivery happened on february 8th 2018. Before her delivery i checked with mediassist team regarding reimbursement procedure as my hospital didn't have cashless for mediassist, even i my company (Honeywell international) also providing mediassist insurance, at that time customer care person confirmed that both o[censored]s having upper cap of rs 500000 for normal delivery but as we both (Me and my wife) are working in different companies, if amount is exceeding 50000 then one person can claim 50000 and the remaining amount can be claimed at second person company by providing attested settlement letter, discharge summary and duplicate bills.

          As per mediassist team confirmation only we decided to go with the same hospital.

          By taking this concurrence i claimed entire amount and got 50000 approved from his insurance and we got the settlement letter from honeywell mediassist.
          We attested all the documents including settlement letter, all duplicate bills and discharge sheet from mediassist office pune.
          Even the person attested our documents in mediassist shivajinagar pune office also confirmed that the remaining amount will get settle from the tcs mediassist.
          We filled reimbursement form in tcs mediassist portal on 11th march 2018 and dropped all the attested documents including settlement letter, duplicate bills & discharge summary at his helpdesk pune on 13 march 2018.

          As per the information provided from the mediassist team, i am eligible for the remaining amount ie. Rs[protected].
          While we are filling the claim it was asked for total amount as per bill that's why we mentioned rs 83760.
          We were assumed that tcs mediassist team will review the documents and approve the remaining amount which i am eligible. But unfortunately my full claim was got denied.
          When i called customer care, she told me to send the mail with settlement and claim form. Please find the attached settlement letter and claim form for your reference (Note: we have submitted mediassist attested hard copies of settlement letter).
          I was continuously send mails for the status of claim to corporate mediassist mail and they are not providing any reply. I called customer care many times but no proper answer from there side, even every time when i call they were saying within 2 days. Its been more than a month i was running behind this issue.
          I took 2 days leave for attesting the duplicate copies of bill and good amount of time for the follow up. Still my issue was not resolved.
          Please do the needful as soon as possible for resolving my issue and providing my remaining eligible amount.

                  We had a corporate tie up with mediassist. I have met an accident on 08th of feb 2018 on my way going of regional office ranch with the road divider in way of protectig a cow. Since after the accident i was unconsious and was referred to santae vita hospital ranchi.in the emergency there was a visiting doctor available at that time. He has written the details of the injury and for remedy he asked for surgery. My family decided to get operated at patna.in a clinic with no cashless facility i got operated and a plate was fixed in my collar bone. I have sent all the x-rays, bills, all diagnosis reports on 13th of march and 25th of march then they asked for five more thing a fir/ mlc, i am really confused against whom i have done fir. Then they ask for a certificate from the first treating doctor that i was not under the influence of any intoxicating substance, since i was on duty at that time and after the accident i was not in conscious mind i did not ask at that time but afterward when i visited the hospital the doctor was from outside, so i am not able to meet and hospital is also not responding. What to do? Now third document ask is brief description on how the patients has sustain the injury, time and place for which i have already submitted the prescription of santee vitae. Now the fourth paper is ic p i have sent all the case paper provided by the hospital but still they are saying insufficient without naming the paper. I don't know for passing of a mediclaim either one has to be from a medical line or should be an experience person who have all the knowedge of everything, because for a simple serviceman like me it's really hard to arrange the paper because in emergency only the cure is seen not the paper.                   Now after providing all the document stated in y earlier post. They are asking for police FIR, I am unable to understand how can I file FIR against a cow.Please let me know the way and after sending the cerification copy of the first treating doctor, they are asking it again and again. What is the problem???
                  I facing same experience met with an accident on feb 21 and claim process was started on march 13, but still claim was not approved, every two weeks they are asking for new set document which is irrelevant or which was submitted before. they done have any SLA for Claim every time we speak to them, they have same response of in 2 to 3 day we will come back. Total waste
                  My claim is approved on 2nd april but till now the payment is not been initiated by the company.
                  It is provided that the claim will be settled within 5-6 working days

                    Its been 2 weeks over i sent mail to medi assist/medi buddy regarding my mother kidney stone removal treatment..
                    I didnt get the confirmation reply for my queries instead i get reply like we forwarded to concerned team will reply i got same reply 3 times.

                    If i dont get immediate confirmation on this i am going to inform my company to cancel your policy and to buy from other compay and also i will lodge a complaint against mediassist in consumer court.

                      My daughter met with an accident at my house while playing and broke her upper teeth. I had taken assistance from mrs chandani on the case and after the approval from your medi team. I did the operation on cash payment basis from surya nursing home santacruz.

                      In the trail mail i had asked for details of requirement for doing this operation as i was aware that only dental claims arising due to accident are only covered, i did not got any details of this requirement at that time.

                      My 2yrs old daughter had swelling and since we could not take a opg we did the operation on the basis of the images and doctors consultation.

                      I have submitted all the possible doc’s and have stated that i do not have opg report. Still again and again i am harassed with same requirement.

                      Request you to kindly go through the documents submitted by me and please intervene as its almost more than 2 months.

                      I could have gone for cash less and have benefited, taking a reimbursement route has been a headache for me know.

                      Also, would like to bring to your notice that the rm mapped to me are not taking my calls, i am struggling with yogesh to be heard on my calls i suggest the change for axis bank relationship which i have raised to management of axis bank too.

                      My case is simple goofed up due to improper attention of the mapped representative.

                          I have submitted my claim with medibuddy on 21-FEB-2018 and have been waiting till today with no progress and i have been calling MULTIPLE customer care agents and supervisors with zero progress regarding my claim.. i was told like 10 times from 10 different customer care executives that i would recieve a call back in 2 or 3 hours which never happened.

                          I would be more than happy of some one from here could help me with the situation and advise on how to takeup this situation in getting my hospital claim amount.

                            New india assurance — cashless claim not settled for 3 months!

                            I have a mediassist card which is provided by my company (Tcs), and the insurance is with new india assurance company. There is a cashless claim approved in december 2017, and due to some circumstances, i have paid the money to get discharged from the hospital. (The amount was approved). Now its been three months the new india assurance company is not willing to transfer the money to the hospital bank account. Everything is approved then why new india assurance is doing like this as am unsure.

                            Its is medi assist teams responsibility to get this done as our primary contact is medi assist team

                            Multiple times i have contacted medi assist, team and they keeps escalating for last one month and not getting any update. Sometimes the call will get hold and get disconnect.

                              Why the claim not settle in my account from december to til now.

                              I think i doing a big mistake to take your health policy for me.

                                1.Came to know that claim numbers 95664640, 95664584 are denied with reason as Preexisting disease.

                                2.Our Policy was issued in 2002 and the disease was diagnosed in Aug 2014.

                                So how is it preexisting Disease ..?

                                3.For only Financial year[protected]Mediassit is the TPA.

                                4.Where as for[protected] and[protected] the TPA is Vidal Health.

                                5.Policy Number for[protected]=[protected], Vidal has settled under claims under this policy.

                                Can you please revert at the earliest.

                                  This is ajaykumar jivani, worked in tcs for 6.2 year. While i left the company, one claim was pending to approve.

                                  I have been moved to australia after submitting document on 1 jan 2018.
                                  One month later, till one month everything was shown as payable in the status. After one month, suddenly they realised one document is missing which is already there in the file, but i thought to connect to doctor and i am blessed that doctor known my case. He helped me to provide the document and submitted in february.
                                  After lot of followup, they came back to submit via portal. (Very disappointed as i do not have access to ultimatix). Said clearly to them that consider this and i have also sent hardcopy of the same.
                                  After few days, today they came back to ask same document again.
                                  They are doing just waste. Harrasing people, doctor and me.
                                  I would request consumer complaints people to help me with this.

                                  Now they rejected claim after 90 days. I will go to Indian consumer complain site where they will realise whatever he has done is not right.
                                  I have been following up through email for my reembersement for the subject claim no. All the originals documents required for the claim were submitted on 5th of February 2018 and till date no response on the payment status. No response on email and no response on customer care number.

                                  I have Medi claim policy and Claim no.[protected]Sejal Gohil) we have claim the amount of Rs.16469/- instead of that amount we get only Rs. 11319 /- kindly clarify this.they deduct amount 5000/- so there is loss of 5000/-. kindly send me what step should I do for get my full payment.
