As cashless facility was on hold, i had to go with reimbursement option for my father's claim. Submitted all documents. Now mediassist is asking me clarification of "why cashless facility is not used though hospital is in network list". I had crossed checked with customer 10 times. They said ruby hall clinic, pune is not in network list. So reimbursement option is fine.
Could you please tell why clarification is required if mediassist/united india insurance itself has put 'cashless facility on hold' for many private hospitals on hold?
Could you please how shall i produce it, any specific format?

there should be some easy process
[protected] is all time engage or cant talk, long waiting but no reply
giving intimation by web site but it say policy no. does not match
