I have had medical insurance since 2016 but have not been provided with the cards. I had submitted mine and my wife's photographs last year but have not been issued with the cards till date.
Would request early action and issue cards at the earliest. Kindly advise if there is another site i have to register my complaint. Please advise i need to provide any other information....

Patient was admitted in max hospital noida and hospital raised the cashless but cashless was not approved then attendant paid self. After 3 hours of discharging, got the approval. Then burning ghat issues me a certificate which i had to submit municipal corporation to get my father's death certificate. I submitted my claim no: 14656134 on 9th jun 2017 and it was approved my claim. But still till the date i did not get my money refund back. Now i am worried abt my claim.
