I cheena jain bank of baroda emplyoee i also submitted reimbursement bill of my father before 3 month ago but no process in this even no satisfactory response i receive it is a continuous domicillary treatment for life time. Why its so delayed and why you could not reimburse my bills? Please explain your criteria of bill reimbursement so can i reimburse our bill.

    As cashless facility was on hold, i had to go with reimbursement option for my father's claim. Submitted all documents. Now mediassist is asking me clarification of "why cashless facility is not used though hospital is in network list". I had crossed checked with customer 10 times. They said ruby hall clinic, pune is not in network list. So reimbursement option is fine.

    Could you please tell why clarification is required if mediassist/united india insurance itself has put 'cashless facility on hold' for many private hospitals on hold?

    Could you please how shall i produce it, any specific format?

    What is status of my claim, any quiry . What can i missing my document, gine me email address.

    Please Confirm me the Status of my Father's Mediclaim NO: 15993597 in the name of Surinder Kumar Garg, There has been a significant delay in the processing of the case. not a reply [protected]@mediassistindia.com last two week mail and daily basic remember in mediassist but not a reply and ticket number 3216965.
    I want my claim money otherwise i complaint in consumer court .My claim id is 15713910 and i submit my claim file on the date of 15-nov-17 and i also give u my aadhar card and pan card .so i waiting your mail answer and my e mail id is [protected]@gmail .com.your process is very slow and i do not setisfied your service.its too much.

      My father was admitted for an operation, craneoplasty. I. Received an initial approval. After 3 days of observation the operation was called and justification has been sent along with claims request. The discharge summary and final bill was sent at 10am today morning. I repeatedly got updates telling there will be an update after half an hour but no use. Luckily i was able to talk to customer are executive around 5pm and he told claims will be approved around 6pm. The insurance office is available only till 7pm in the hospital. At 7.40pm i receive a notification telling additional information required patient's initial medical records.. Why couldn't this have happened earlier. Now it's a waste of time for us full of today and tom extra hospital charges. And the customer won't pick the call to attend any queries later on. Such is the pathetic customer service. I want the claim to be released right away else i'm escalating this issue.

      They are telling every one the same thing that you get updates in half an hour but never get back at all. Its not only difficult but all most impossible to speak to there call center executive, even emails are not replied . There service is hope less. I submitted my documents for the claim on 24 Feb, 2018 but i got the message that cancelled cheque is missing which was sent along with the documents.I could able to speak only once to call center executive and was told that cheque is with bill number two and then i sent a mail to customer care but still the claim has not been settled. I am planning to move to consumer court.

        I have made a reimbursement claim for amounted 45000 INR, claim number 16457686 for my wife Elizabeth. Now I got the messenger like INR 38290 is under process. I want to know what happened to the rest amount, so I called their customer care numbers but none of them is working. Poor and Worst service. There numbers are not working and they are not servicing well. I want to solve this ASAP

              Hello,

              The domiciliary claim that was lodged by my father has not been settled even after 6 months by the bangalore office. I have tried to phone their call center but i have not been successful in months now even after waiting for hours on ivr. I have been looking for an escalation matrix, but there is no information on the escalation matrix as well. Can you please help in getting the escalation matrix.

                Hi,

                It's almost 50 days that i had submitted reimbursement claim along with clarification of why cashless facility is not used instead of reimbursement. I have explained that given Ruby hospital, Sassoon Road is not in the list as conveyed to me by customer care before admission of my father to hospital.So i had gone with reimbursement option.

                Still they asked me for clarification. So finally i have written above declaration on plane white paper and signed and emailed to them.I am waiting to hear progress with it.

                i am very disappointed with such kind of service from Mediassist.
                Could you please assist me with this?

                  I recently underwent d&c procedure at a clinic because of a missed abortion. I submitted relevant bills and report but my claim has been repudiated on the grounds that i was treated as out patient.
                  I was treated by my gynaecologist and procedures were carried out in a way she thought it would be correct.
                  Hence i was treated without being admitted or hospitalised as she thought it was not required.
                  But i underwent dilatation and curretage which is very well covered under mediclaim policy.
                  I want to lodge a complaint for the same.

                    Im Sudha.G working in Axis Bank LTD.On[protected] my spouse(husband-dependant of my claim-Naveen Kumar Nomula) has undergone under PRPO treatment due to self Leg Injury .I have submitted all the original bills and documents under pre-hospitalisation which has reached Medi Assist office on 08.01.18 of amount Rs 12805.

                    But they have wrongly processed my claim as Main Hospitalisation and kept my claim in pending stage.

                    My claim was pending since one and half month.After so many follow-ups, no one from Medi assist has responded to my calls properly and finally Suguna garu(Superiori who looks after Medi claims) has told on 12.02.18 that my claim will be settled under Pre-Hospitalisation by weekend(i.e 17.02.18).

                    I had a call with the customer care representative(Mithun), he had a word with suguna mam and telling now that it cant be settled under Pre-hospitalization claim.

                    Pre-hospitalisation claim settlement doesn't relate with main hospitalization claim as my previous claim of pre-hospitalisation(Self claim-of Typhoid) was settled with no hospitalisation documents

                            I have admitted to hospital as i got hepatitis and because of that i became very weak and they told me to admit so admitted and i applied for cashless but that process was too slow and became delayed. So i paid all my hospitalization bill and got discharged. Then i applied for reimbursement and submitted all required documents but claim denied. I don't even know the reason.

                              Hello sir,
                              You assist in this matter will be highly appreciated. It’s been 6 months to get the reimbursement for my claims. To many follow-up’s, inefficient process and communications, no transparency. The claim has not been handled by mediassit as promised by them in their policy.

                                I submitted the claim on dt. 29 september, 2017. The reference # is 15573517.
                                It is more than 4 months and the claim is yet not settled.
                                The query and documents asked then after, were also submitted before 2.5 months.
                                Since then, there is no progress in the claim settlement. The status checked online on their site shows “in progress” since a long.
                                Pl help.

                                  As i have to undergone my parents cataract operation from caseless hospital network of mediassist, i have to submit e card of my parents. Same will not download from the site (Message show error during downloading e card). So i was sent a lots of mail and reminder mail to mediassist. But there is no reply till date from them.
                                  So please do the needful asap.

                                    I dheeraj gupta employee of canara bank bearing staff id 92609 had apllied claims in mediassiat portal bearing claim. Number16248006 and 16265739 are denied and the reasonof deniel given by tpa mediaasist was this treatment is not covered under policy, but mediaasit was unable to. Provide list of diseases treated under policy and tpa mediassist was not cooperate and not provided the terms and conditions of policy which is under policy

                                      I am writing to inform you that i have been waiting for more than 3 months to get my claim for inr 10640 approved.
                                      My claim number is 15698815 which was raised on 8th november 2017 but to my utter surprise even after 3 months it is still in limbo.

                                      I have called the help desk umpteen number of times but every time i get the same response that things are being looked into.

                                        I had hospitalised my father on 1st nov 2017 and i submitted all original bills in time to madiassist office. Till date my claim is not processed. Every 2nd or 3 rd day i call representative and ask to process claim but they kept pending saying original bills are not there. Representative every time confirm that original bills are there and says today i will process but till date not processed.
