I got medlife order delievered on 4th feb 2021. But all the items in order are missing, box was empty. I raised a complaint regarding that but everytime i got a same message that refund will be initiated within 24 hours but 10 days have been passed and no refund is initiated and now no reply on mails are coming and no resolution is provided. From last 10 days i am getting a same reply that refund will be initiated within 24 hours. But yesterday they refused me to refund my money because they told they gave delieverd medicines correctly. My courier was delievered by ecom express but when i ordered my medicine i specially told medlife that dont deliever my order from ecom express and they agreed but then also my order was delievered by them. I have attached all the proofs of my order. Earlier, they keep on telling we will initiate a refund but now they refused..Plz help. ORDER ID:OR1077RJC-002A.

    The issue that I have experienced was: The order was placed on Jan 19th, still hasn't been delivered and the cancellation is pending for two weeks now. The order is neither delivered nor canceled. My money is stuck with them as they refuse to start the refund.

    Despite several calls to their customer service people, who were no help, sending the same template email and no resolution.

      MetLife is a fraud company ..I have raised complaint on the order delivery day stating that half of the products from my oder were missing but still they haven't resolved my issue .. it's been almost a month now..they repeatedly say that they sent all the items ..so i ask then then who has stolen the items ??? Isn't that your responsibility to investigate on this matter ? How do I know what happened in transit ??what I say is take back the order and refund my money back ..I paid full amount but you sent me partial items . disgusting..packing is too worst ..no bubble wrap inside items.. everything is dumped in a box and box is not even sealed properly ..there's a gap and any one can put the hand inside and take the items out ... irresponsible fellows..

        My phone number is registered on medlife. I have repeatedly asked them to delete my account but they don't. Kindly get ny phone number removed from their system.
        Medlife customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I have successfully managed to block 35-40 numbers. Still I get 5-8 calls a day asking me if I need medicines. Wrote to them. They assured me that calls would be stopped in 48 hrs. Its been 4 days. Today I got 8 calls.

            Hi Team,

            My ordere gas been cancelled since they medlife was unable to deliver the medicines and we raised a refund around 45 days back till now we didn't get any refund.We have been calling customer care every week and we are hearing same dialogue that you will receive in 48 hours and dropping mails and same dialogue from them as well that wait for 24 hours.We have even contacted my bank to check if there is any issue and they aksed me to provide statemnet whether medilfe have refunded amount or not.I have been asking them for this but no use.

              This is w.r.t to my order OR7901EUA-014A with the order placement date as of 31st Jan to be delivered at Mandvi Gujarat.

              Although I have made full online payment the delivery partner - Delhivery denied giving the order stating it is COD.

              I'm hereby attaching the medlife app screenshot and the Gpay screenshot for your reference.

              In addition the Delhivery Partner has shared the parcel on which states COD.

              The above is the case 3 days back. Medlife have cancelled my order today morning before my consent and are now not delivering the medicines too. This is a harassment for patients.

                This has happened last time also. I want to file a legal case against Medlife for giving me mental stress. Please provide me details for next step in this.

                They are unable to deliver DABUR HONITUS HONEY ORANGE COUGH DROPS JAR 300.
                why did they take the order for this, if item is not in their stock.
                They amended my order with out consulting it with me.
                They are unable to give me tracking number.
                They are unable to give me courier details.
                They have third class courier partner.
                They named it as SWIFTO LUCKNOW
                and they said my order will be delivered on Mon, 8th Feb '21 | Between 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM. and it is not yet delivered.
                I have got no communication from them or courier partner about delay delivery.
                They are not updating your site, it is still showing delivery on Mon, 8th Feb '21

                    I have complained to their customer (un)care number three times - to stop sending me sms. Everyday they keep sending one or two sms.
                    I went to their website to unsubscribe or remove my number - but they have not provided that option. This is a clear violation of individual cyber rights, but they don't care...

                      #OR1678JVB-004A, Firstly the order which was received by me has Hairbless tablets 3strips. Among which 2 strips were damaged and i can see the tabs coming out. So I raised the request of returning them after sending mail to customer care. Customer care had responded after seeing the images which i had sent. medicines were picked up on 20th jan 2021. but I didn’t received amount back to my card till now. I called customer care many numbers of times, sent mails. Every time i get same reply we raised complaint and your request is on priority. Once they said already they had issued refund and i will get a call back regarding amount credited etc. I didn’t received any amount to my card. When you were supposed to refund the amount within 5-7 working days why its taking months for you to refund money. You are not even showing humanity towards the patients who are suffering from disease and calling you for refund status to purchase medicines again using that refund amount. I am not only a single person with refund issues i saw many number of patients complaints at different platforms daily about medlife cheating and fraud. cheat people and their health definitely a day comes when there will be no time even to realise. Even while writing this i am not sure that i will get that refund amount. Registered mobile no. [protected]

                      I didn’t get any calls or mails from Medlife. I called them Personally and said if incase money is not deposited within 24hrs.Monday morning i will send lawyer notice and file consumer cheating case with all the evidence I gathered from day one of my purchase ( pics of the broken tablets delivered, mails, call recordings of customer care conversations, names of all executives who has answered my calls) immediately money got credited Monday morning.

                                I am receiving up to 5 spam calls and many spam SMS from Medlife every day. It is causing disruptions to my day-to-day activities. I can't find an option to opt-out of promotions and don't have an option to delete my account as well. I want to delete my Medlife account, please help me with it.

                                  Kindly help me and notify medlife to delete my account permanently. It's so irritating. I ordered once and didn't get invoice as well. I complained so many times and sent 6 emails as well. So, I stopped ordering from there.

                                  Now I want to delete my account permanently. I do not want to receive any calls or SMS from them. Else I'll have to file a legal complaint.

                                    We are getting too many messages and calls from the med life and I have complained him many times now we are getting very frustrated and irritated by repeatedly calling and messages please note down my number [protected] and [protected] kindly please do something and notify them to remove the number of all we are very frustrated with them. We are getting calls since last three months and there is no such option to unsubscribe or remove this detail from the medlife account. Kindly please help us we will be very grateful.
