I use to get 5 promotional calls daily in average...tried requesting them to stop such things...but it is going on

    I have returned product on 7th November 2020. Still I m waiting for refund . I mailed him 18 times and made calls more than times .But they are not refunding . #OR2904LWB-009A

        I have been receiving 10 to 15 sales calls from Medlife every day.
        I have clearly informed the agent on the call to remove my number from the call list so that i do not receive any sales call from them which was acknowledged by the agent on call and promised I would not be receiving the call. However its been 3 days and still I keep receiving the calls from the sales team and it has increased.

        I called the medlife customer care number and requested to speak to the manager where agent promised he would connect my call to the manager and I was placed on hold for 15 to 20 minutes and no one came back to me and i had to disconnect the call and call them back t have the same experience with 3 different agents.

        Agents are rude they placed me on hold even after repeatedly telling them not to plce me on hold. Agents d not have any phone eticates and never acknowledge any of my request or provided any soluion.

        later I got in touch with agent called Umair who connected my cll to the escalation team where I spoke with Kshitiz Jain. I asked Kshitiz to remove all my personal information from there data base so that i would not receive any calls, however the agnet never agreed to delete my personal information from the data base, I requested o speak to his manager for which he rudely answered he cannot do that and he cannot connect my call any where and If i do not wish to speak to him I can hang up the call and he was not willing to help in any means. I requested for hi manager name which was denied. He promised I would be receiving a call back from his manager which I have not received till now.

          I want to delete my medlife account permanently but there's no any option of deleting account in medlife page or app. I receive 5-10 promotional and ads text messages from medlife and it irritating.

          Please do something needful as early aa possible.
          I can give my mobile number where i get messages from medlife.

              Enclosed please find herewith the tax invoice which is marking the medicine which is not found in the parcel. I repeatedly complaint about this but till now the same medicine not deliver to me or the same amount not refund my medlife wallet which is already paid. i have no Bank account.
              This is to inform you that I am about 80 years and and it is very essential for me that medicine so the matter is very urgent.

                ID:__OR9064NWB-003A . On opening the sealed cover on 01/12/2012, found one strip of medicine D Rozavel -20 mg I e 10 no's not packed. I think it is intentional. Otherwise for one strip no one lodged complaint .It costs around Rs.220/- I want to get it from them.Its s gross cheating.

                    I order medicine on 22nd Oct 2020 from Midlife, I got wrong medicine then I request for return medicine and refund amount, then 30 Oct 2020, currier person has pickup medicine from my home, till now we are waiting for refund and i tried to call customer care every two days for refund my money, but till now they are not giving me proper answer, every time they said wait for 48 hrs.

                    and medlife website logged in through this order are showing refund completed but no amount are refund

                        Hit is regarding the medicine order placed online. There is no link to pay online as it was under processing. Once you try to pay it doesn't work and complaints that it is still in process and after sometime it changes to dispatch and now the pay button shows up and when we try to pay it says link expired as your medicine is dispatched. This is an online fraud. As they attract customers with the payment offers via different card but they don't accept payment online as they kept link hidden. This makes the user pay complete amount and he/she is unable to get benefit of online payment which they show as benefit. It is complete cheating.

                              We had ordered the following products on 26th October under order no. OR1573ODC-001A.
                              1. Calcitas D3 Capsules
                              2. Control D Blood Glucose Test Strips 100

                              The same were returned on 29th October and the refund has been received for the first product i.e. Calcitas D3 Capsules. The amount for the refund amount for the same is Rs. 197.49.

                              However, the refund has not yet been initiated for the second item i.e. Control D Blood Glucose Test Strips 100. The product value is Rs. 1, 289.40.

                              We normally order Accuchek active test strips. However, the sales agent confirmed to us that Control D strips will work in Accuchek machine and upon her insistence we purchased these strips.
                              The sales agent gave us wrong information and hence we have returned the product. But inspite of returning the product on 29th October we have still not got the refund.

                              Everyday we are getting false assurances from the customer service agents that the refund will be processed with immediate effect. But these are just standard scripted replies and they have no intention of returning my money.

                              If you check my call logs, you will notice that I have been calling everyday for the last two weeks but still I have not got any resolution from Medlife.
                              This is tantamount to customer harassment and it is causing me a lot of distress.

                              Consumer complaints is a horrible company. Not at all interested in resolving complaints of consumers. You guys should close this site.

                                  I was delivered a a packet for order worth 694Rs. Due to Covid I open any online delivery after 3 days only, being 71 years old. The packet was with out medicine
                                  Took it up with medlife customer care.
                                  They apologize for the inconvenience but says that there policy is to report with in 24 hours and will not take up the complaint
                                  This is not fair and I need this to be addressed

                                    I have repeatedly asked the company not to call me for promotional call. Even after many requests they call me 6-7 times a day in odd times. Even though i blocked many of their numbers they call me eveytime from new numbers. It is very irritating and some of the executives are very rude. They tell that because we aren't buying. I dont understand why do anyone buy medicines when he is not ill or doesn't will to buy. They call me as if i owe them something or have written a contract to buy products only from them. Its really very frustrating. Please stop promotional calls everyday. I will attach call log for your reference.
