I receive 4-5 calls on a daily basis from different numbers from Medlife. I would request them to remove my name and contact details from their database and stop calling me. My name is ANSHIKA KATHURIA. Have already blocked 15-20 numbers of Medlife. This is extremely annoying and the company just lost a customer due to their excessive spam calling....

पिछले 1साल से मेरे नं [protected] पर मैसेज आता है मैने इसको बंद कराने के लिए बहुत मेल किया है लेकिन मैसेज आना बंद नही हुआ है क्यों ।

    Medlife calls me daily 3-4 times through various numbers. I have told them multiple times to please stop calling but nothing has resolved. They keep on disturbing me by calling....

    From past saveral months I am getting calls from medlifd customer care to sell their products.I told them everyday not to call me.I dont want to purchase the product.still they are calling me everyday.I am highly getting troubled frim medlife....

        I have ordered medicine on 21st Dec 2020 being order ID - OR3559DWB-009A but on 23rd Dec they have delivered me only 1 medicine out of 12-13 medicines and When I complain about it they have escalated the issue and refunded me only 914 out of 2160 amount and told me that they will refund 1254 also but there has been almost a month has passed and I havent got any 1254 amount of refund yet and now they are not even responding to my emails properly...

        I want to delete my medlife account permanently but there's no any option of deleting account in medlife page or app. I receive 5-10 promotional/advertising text messages and calls from medlife and it irritating.

        Please do something needful as early aa possible.
        I can give my mobile number where i get messages from medlife.

              I have placed orders for the supply of 11 items of medicines on 11th instant. Order confirmed. ID OR5830GJB-005A. Informed that the medicines will be delivered on 14th by 10:00. On 13th by 5.42 am received message informing that the above order has been dispatched. On the same day by 20.12 hours message received informing that the delivery agent picked up the order. When I tracked the order, it was informed that the medicines will be delivered between 10:00 to 21:00 on 13th. But I have neither received any information nor the medicines delivered till now ie. 8.40 pm. on[protected]. In a similar occasion, I have been forced to cancel the orders in Nov. end. I think there is no other go except to cancel the orders this time also.

                Wrong medicines were delivered by medlife on 8th of December 2020. After several follow-ups and requests for refund the medicines were picked up after 10 days on 19th of December.

                So, from last 35 days I have been following up with them over phone and twitter to get my refund amount and no such serious actions have taken as of now, every time they says a technical issue at their end.

                Please look into the matter as soon as possible. My order number is OR7115OSA-011A.

                  I am receiving atleast 7-8 calls from medlife customer service daily asking me if I have any medicine order.
                  Even though I have shared my concern to stop calling...and activate "Do Not Disturb" on my mobile number several times. They don't listen and keep disturbing and irritating me.

                    My sister booked some medicines for my mother from Medlife. There were no issues on placing the orders and receiving them. But from that moment of placing order once, we are getting calls on minutes basis. In every one hour we get atleast 30 calls. If we blocked one number then they use different one to call. Every time they said we have an offer for you. Even if a person is getting offer or free medicines, nobody in this world wants to eat...

                    Medicine ordered on 31/12/20 and paid for this online. Still company booked delivery as cash on delivery. Medicine arrived here on 4/1/21. Every day I am talking to medlife for non delivery but every one is passing the ball. No solution till time.

                      They have taken money and send Cash on Delivery courier and now they are not delivering my order neither they are issuing refund for the same order. I have contacted them several times and now they are not even giving me a call back.

                        We have Ordered Medicine on 28th December which got delivered on 29th December however one of the medicine costing 1000 not included in the packet however charged for same. Upon filling complaint against the same they promise that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours but it's been 6 days now still issue not solved and amount also not refunded. Every day they are just ignoring by stating the same statement that we are looking into it and every executive is giving false statement. So I would like to submit a complaint against the Medlife for cheating me by making false statement and not refunding the amount till date and giving me daily new date

                          I too want to delete my medlife account but unable to get an option on their app/site. Keep getting promotional calls/messages and emails throughout the day. Fed up of their way of promotion and have blocked lot of numbers I get calls from. It was a big mistake to register on their site. Please suggest a way to get them blocked permanently. Thanks.
