My Order No is OR4024ZDB-019A. Payment has been done but delivery is not yet. And I m getting msg for COD. I m continusly contacting customer care, everytime I m getting same response that they already informed their delivery team that payment is done. Delivery person is saying there is no update from company. It's really very bad experience. Same thing happened earlier also and at last they cancel the order. It's really pathetic service.

    I am receiving calls from medlife customer service on a regular basis even though I have shared my concern to stop calling me unnecessarily. Yet I am being spammed with calls frequently which is causing me a lot of disturbance and annoyance, especially when I am occupied with my office work.

          Order to medlife on 5 December and received medicine on 9 December but I received wrong medicine so I placed a return request and they take it on 12 December but I not received my refund yet.i always call and they behave rude with me.

            I am your regular Customer with phone no. [protected]/Chennai.
            There is Short Delivery of 10 Nos. Deplatt CV20 Caps for the delivery made on 19th under Order No. 013A. Complaint for this registered & reminded so many times to Customer Care. Till date there is no response for the Registered Complaint. How long I have to Wait?

            The Confirmed order 016A on 22nd & to be delivered on 23rd has been cancelled without my knowledge & Consent. It is very Shocking to me & how can this happen to your Regular Customer.
            Pray early follow up action for the Registered Complaint & to set right the deficiencies pointed out.
            The order 016A may be Created Again & the same may be Arranged to be Delivered Early. Sreedharan Ganesan.

              ने Medlife से कुछ homeophatic medicines (SBL Drop No.2 and SBL Drop No.3) order किए जिसका मुल्य था 227 रुपये.

              मैंने फर्स्ट time इस application से समान खरीदा था औऱ मैं उम्मीद कर रहा था कि ये अच्छे medicines भेजेंगे. लेकिन जब दवा deliver हुआ और मैंने box खोला तो उसमे मैंने देखा की medicines का एक बोतल आधा और एक थोड़ा खाली था. मैं समझ गया कि इन्होंने used medicine भेजा है और मैंने बिना देरी किए रिटर्न request raise कर दिया. इन्होंने एक्सेप्ट भी किया लेकिन आज 4 दिन हो गए लेकिन ये medicines pickup नही कर रहें औऱ मेरा पैसा भी वापस नहीं भेज रहे.

              साथ ही इनका delivery पार्टनर ऑर्डर pick करने नहीं आया और मेरे नाम पर fake remarks डाला कि customer ने pickup cancel किया औऱ इसी वजह से pickup reschedule करना परा . जबकि ऐसा बिल्कुल नहीं था.उसने मुझे call करके address confirm किया लेकिन वो नहीं आया फिर अगले दिन भी वो प्रोडक्ट वापस लेने नहीं आए.
              ऐसे में मेरा पूरा दिन इस इन्तेज़ार में बर्बाद हो गया.

              इसी बीच इनके application पर status show हो रहा है की order picked हो चुका है जबकि ऐसा नहीं हुआ है.क्युकी ये order pick नहीं किया है इन्होने, और अगर ये लिख रहे की ऑर्डर picked हो चुका hai तो मेरा पैसा मेरे account मे refund करे.

              मैंने 2 बार इनको call करके complaint किया लेकिन इनकी support टीम के तरफ से कोई समाधान नहीं हुआ.

              पहले तो इन्होंने medicine निकाल कर भेजा और उसके बाद जब मैंने रिटर्न के लिए request किया तो ये प्रोडक्ट वापस नहीं ले जा रहे और ना ही मेरा पैसा वापस कर रहे.

              ये दोनों तरफ से फ्रॉड कर रहे और मेरे पास अब कोई दूसरा विकल्प नहीं बचा क्युकी मैंने इनको बोला लेकिन इनका सपोर्ट सर्विस भी कोई एक्शन नहीं ले रहा.

              मैं एक bachelor हू और मे बचत करते हुए अपना दवा खाना पीना सब कर्ता हू. और मेरे पैसे इनके पास रुके हुए है जिसकी वजह से मुझे परेशानियां हो रही है.

              इस वजह से मुझे मुझे मानसिक और शारीरिक तकलीफ दोनों हो रही है साथ ही मेरा पैसा भी phasa हुआ है इनके पास.

              निवेदन है कि मेरी मदद करे और मेरे पैसे compensation के साथ मुझे वापस दिलवाने की कृपा करें और इनको सख़्ती से संदेश दे

              अपनी बातों को प्रमाणित करने के लिए ये कुछ साक्ष्य मै साथ मे अटैच कर रहा हू

                Medlife has cheated the customer by not sharing the requested invoice after multiple follow-ups. They book medicine on app, but dont share the invoice neither has any option for customer to download it.
                This is the basic right of customer to get the invoice once they book the medicine.
                I sent Medlife multiple reminders (request#[protected]and they said they will share ASAP but after months of follow-up they have still not shared the requested information.

                I request Medlife should be stopped until these priority features are enabled to do a fair business.
                Request the governing body to take correct action and preserve the consumer rights.

                Thanks. But their customer care only acknowledge the request on mail but are known to NOT TAKE any action.

                I am 100% sure they will acknowledge the complain saying "we are looking into it" and then sleep over it. They have always shown "Dont Care" attitude.

                  I been getting multiple calls everyday from Medlife enquiring to make new orders.

                  Have informed customer care to add my number in DND and every customer care person i requested informed that they have added my number to DND, but still am receiving multiple calls everyday.

                  If a person needs medicine, he/she can call medlife and place order, WHY is this company calling multiple times per day and torturing people to make orders.

                  Need some serious escalation and justification from this issue.

                  I had registered my secondary no in medlife for purchasing medicine. But after knowing that most of the time their medicine stocks were out of stock so did not order anything.
                  But now I am getting calls everyday two or three times from different numbers asking for ordering medicine.
                  Earlier I had politely told them that I already had purchased my medicine and not interested but still getting spam calls.

                    I am too much frustrated with the spam calls and messages from medlife. I have told them not to call me but still they call again and again.I blocked many of their numbers but again and again they call from different numbers.
                    They keep sending sms as well.

                      Nov 19th 2020 I have ordered few medicine in medlife, on the same day I have returned it..they have updated also that product was returned picked up..but till now they are not return my money..1 month over...they are saying we didn't received the product..they are cheating the customers with the name of service..they are not responding also..I want justice regarding this..I want to take action against them..my number [protected]..

                        I have been receiving unnecessary phone calls from medlife custome care, although i have informed the customer care agents to stop calling me and they assured me that they will put my number on donotdisturbace but then also i am receiving calls again and again... I hope to get my complain registered and a quick solution to this unnecessary harassment

                            I am writing to you to raise an issue about: MEDICINES

                            The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered roseday tablets. However, medlife on its own delivered other medicine without my approval. On raising complaint and replacement, the executive came and took 1 packet out of 3 ordered. Other 2 packets are yet lying with me even after raising numerous complaints. Also, the Invoice medlife has sent is for roseday which is not even delivered.

                            It occurred on: 9/12/2020

                            Take back the wrong delivery and refund the amount.

                            I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                              You will not have a guarantee that the representative would come to collect your blood sample till they arrive.
                              Without taking your confirmation they reschedule as per their wish. Don't have a minimum sense to atleast inform.
                              After waiting on fasting for 10-12 hours and once the time slot was over when I called them to check where is he and not yet come ..they say higher department has rescheduled it for the next day.
                              So insane.
                              Don't they even know that how important heath emergency would be. The appointment for doctor which we had taken months together has missed by this.
                              Such a shame not to serve the purpose and no professionalism you bangalore Medlife staff.

                              I don't prefer Medlife to anyone.

                                I ordered medicine for my friend on 30th Nov 2020 and there were two types of medicine and they confirmed the order (OR7755JGC-002A) delivered on 3rd Dec 2020, I paid ₹947.20 upfront however at time of delivery the order was modified by medlife stating one of the medicine was not in stock with the refund of ₹889.95. since then I have been following up with medlife customer care to check the status of the refund however I had a very bad experience with them every time I called, the representatives are not trained well to resolve the issue not even their escalation team they are not professional don’t show any empathy towards it one fellow say it’s 7 working day another one say 10 and next person says 14 working days. The experience was horrible they will place the call on hold more than 20 min and disconnect the call I will have to wait at least 30 min to get a response they start to blame banking procedure for their delays. Also the representatives are not equipped the skills to resolve customer issue.

                                  I get atleast 5-6 calls everyday from Medlife customer care asking if I wanted medicines. I kept sending them emails and kept telling them over the calls not to call me everyday and they say okay yet they keep doing the same everyday. This is getting frustrating and disturbing me when I'm busy.

                                    I want to delete my medlife account permanently with registered mobile number (protected )since they send many messages and calls everyday about offers & stuffs. It's so irritating but there is no option in or website to delete the account permanently. So, kindly take action to delete the account at the earliest.

                                        Getting unnecessary calls and messages 4 times a day even they placed an order saying they are calling from PharmEasy and medlife and PharmEasy are same companies but when i checked in the app the order i placed from PharmEasy was different and medlife was different they were giving fraud information and placed the order
