I have ordered medicine from cheater medlife app and they sent me the wrong medis so i re-ordered the same medicine ..again they had sent me the wrong one..now i hv 2 wrong medicines with me to return.. i have to forcefully return the medicines bcz they are wrong ones..They had picked the wrong medicines from my side but till now they have not intatiated the refund of amount 340rs to my bank account.And it has been two months.
Even i had ticked the option in the app, , if the medicine may not be available then let me know by the call..but they didnt bother to inform.
I hv wrote many emails in this reagard to medlife app but all is in vain..
Please help me i m fed up with their behaviour ..this is happening to me 2nd time.

      I had placed an order on Medlife for medicines on 21st October, however wrong medicines were delivered to me on 23rd October. So I raised a complaint to return the medicines and initiate my refund. There was no action from them and I kept calling them again and again. The status in the app showed that the medicines were already picked up however the same was not the case. After so many calls they finally arranged to pick up the medicines and an executive came to pick up the medicines on 6th November, the same was then updated in the app and it was showing that medicines were picked up on 7th. Today it is 13th November and they are telling that they are yet to receive the medicines and so they can not initiate the refund. It has been more than 20 days and my refund has still not been initiated and they are telling that they can not initiate the refund without receiving the medicines. The fault is at their end and I am not getting my refund. Kindly help me with same.

        I have called up their customer care thrice and have asked them to remove my number from their spam Sms list. I still receive minimum 20 marketing messages from Medlife

          There is no option to completely delete my account with Medlife.
          I have emailed and called them but they have not deleted my account yet.
          So please take action and make sure my account with my registered mobile number is completely deleted.

            Every day atelast they will call 10 times in a day and trouble.
            Despite requesting them 1000 times to deregister my number they are not doing it.

              I keep getting spam marketing calls from Medlife four or five times a day. This is really disturbing and is a potential breach into my privacy. I've complained about it, but if they don't stop, I'll be bound to take legal action.

                  On 23rd Oct I received couple of calls from Medlife telemarketing for order and I placed order with one of them over phone for which they shared an SMS link of razorpay for payment & I paid Rs. 3, 981.33/- . After payment they cancelled the order & when I called customer care they told don't worry it'll be refunded in couple of days.

                  I had waited till 27th Oct but no refund received then I called customer care again and executive informed me to share transaction details with customer care by mail and they'll let me know when I'll receive my refund and also mentioned that I should mention order # "006A", accordingly I shared details however now (6th Nov) they are telling they have not received my online payment.

                  Looks like Medlife has some connection with fraudsters or co. itself fraud 1st they'll call customer, get order & payment then cancel the order and take the money and on complaint they'll say simply not received customer payment. Don't know how it'll be solved, I want my hard earned money back.

                    I keep getting unsolicited marketing calls from Medlife. This is despite complaining to them every time on call and via emails. Calls are received from different numbers every time. This is really disturbing and there seems to be no solution or end to this. This is serious breach of privacy and amounts to harassment of general public.

                      I received a faulty thermometer. I placed a return order and the date for pickup was given as 29th September 2020. It is 2nd November and no one come till now. I have called Support 5-6 times and everyone has lied till now. Some even lie saying that I never called them. On Twitter, they asked me to wait and after 4 days, they tell me that they can cancelled my pickup request without any valid reason. I called Support again today and the person kept saying "I am unable to hear you" when I asked about refund.

                          Certain medicines were ordered by the undersigned through Medlife App, which has been confirmed by Medlife vide order no. OR0387WOA-003A on 16.09.20 and the Tax Invoice was generated by Medlife bearing No. CCU04/21/3130/58 dated 18.09.20 of Rs. 1826.59 against pre-payment but Medlife delivered WRONG Medicines on 19.09.20 evening though the correct invoice was attached with the packet. In spite of my repeated follow up and their verbal and written assurance, Medlife failed to make Refund / Replacement against WRONG Medicines delivered on 19.09.2019.

                          1. A complaint on Wrong / Short supply of Medicines delivered by Medlife on 19.09.20 was communicated over phone to Medlife Customer care on 19.09.20 evening.
                          2. As no response was received from Medlife, email was issued to Medlife Customer care on 20.09.20 at12.58 pm.
                          3. On 20.09.20 at 7.51 pm. Medlife communicated through email to "open the package and revert them with the medicine name which is missing along with the quantities so that they would check with our team and assist me further".
                          4. As per Medlife's request, the package was opened and communicated to Medlife Customer care on 21.09.20 at 12.45 am that complete wrong medicines had been supplied though the tax invoice kept inside the package was in my name against my ordered medicines. The relevant visual evidence was also submitted by the undersigned along with email msg. Through the mail I have requested Medlife to do needful to get my all ordered medicines immediately without any further delay and harassment.
                          5. On 21.09.20 at 1.09 pm. Medlife acknowledged receipt of the mail and communicated that they had forwarded the matter to their team to investigate it and do the needful within the next 24 to 48 Hours.
                          6. Again I have reminded Medlife via email dated 22.09.20 to do needful to get my all ordered medicines immediately without any further delay and harassment.
                          7. Medlife has been reminded to make Refund / Replacement against WRONG Medicines delivered vide my email msg dated 24.09.20, 26.09.20 and 30.09.20.
                          8. On 06.10.20, Medlife was communicated through email with the relevant screenshots of Medlife App stating that the items (WRONG Medicines) have been picked up by Medlife representative on 3rd October'20.
                          9. On 08.10.20, Medlife communicated through email that it would be resolved in next 24 hours, i.e., by 09.10.20.
                          Medlife was again reminded on 10.10.20 and 18.10.20 but unfortunately till date no action is visible from Medlife to make Refund / Replacement against WRONG Medicines delivered on 19.09.2019.

                              I need to delete my account from Medlife as they are harrassing me by sending spam messages and calls. I DONT WANT ANYMORE MESSAGES AND CALLS FROM MEDLIFE...PLEASE DELETE MY MEDLIFE ACCOUNT AND STOP HARRASSING ME. I DO NOT WANT THEIR SERVICE ANYMORE.

                                Hi Team,

                                I have placed 2 order. Order number #OR2093IKA-005A placed on 18/10/2020, Order number #OR6177AU-003A. Find screenshots attached on both the order.

                                1) Order #OR2093IKA-005A
                                Order was placed on 18/10, doctors consultation was scheduled on 18th Oct, which has not happened yet. Order was supposed to be delivered today, that is on 20th October. However order is still on the same status since 18th. I HAVE also called up your customer care yesterday, spoke to Suresh he also confirmed that today medicines will be delivered not to worry. But order has not processed any further after 18th, I don't see any delivery agent assigned yet. So how will they deliver today? Even in the order delivery date is today. Why such careless ness regards to medicine delivery? Why medlife always failed to deliver as promised? Why they RISK PEOPLE'S HEALTH LIKE THIS? IF I MISS THE MEDICINE, BECAUSE medlife FAILED TO DELIVER TODAY, HOW WILL they COMPENSATE THE LOSS TO MY HEALTH?

                                2) ORDER #OR6177AU-003A- placed on 19/10, Doctor consultation has not happened yet which was again supposed to be on 19th only. Order is supposed to be delivered tomorrow which is 21/10. No progress so far on the order. And at last moment you will cancel the order saying that stock not available. Also Suresh from customer care has placed my order and order amount confirmed by him after 20% discount on the medicines, 15% on folinal plus, was Rs5205, whereas it is showing Rs5305, while checking with him he says, it will get updated to Rs5205 after a while. But till now it's showing as Rs5305. Medlife need to RECTIFY THE AMOUNT. ALSO PROVIDE STATUS ON THE MEDICINE DELIVERY.

                                Why MEDLIFE IS ALWAYS FAILED TO DELIVER AS PER PROMISED DATE? WHY DO THEY CANCEL THE ORDER AT LAST MOMENT?

                                PLEASE HELP ON THIS IMMEDIATELY. ALSO THEY RESPONSE ON EMAIL AFTER 7-10 DAYS, WHEN ISSUE IS NOT RELEVANT AND BECOME STALE ALREADY.

                                I WANT TO ESCALATE FURTHER ON THIS. MEDLIFE CAN'T PLAY WITH PEOPLE'S HEALTH LIKE THIS.

                                    Rather than doing a bank transfer, they’re asking all my personal card number and details. When asked to do a bank transfer, they rudely disconnected the call saying go take the money from somewhere else Number from which i got a call +91 91299 62548

                                        I have sent around 20 emails to Medlife asking them to unsubscribe me and delete my account and all personal information associated with it. They are not complying to my requests. Medlife is constantly harassing me with repeated unsolicited promotional text messages.

                                        It took this company 4 hours to subscribe me without my consent, and it's been 26 days now since I asked them to unsubscribe me and delete my account. Their customer care executive says that there is no provision to delete my account. How is this legal?

                                        Their privacy policy states that: Medlife is storing personal data of the User, and every User is also entitled to require Medlife to delete and destroy all such information (but not other Users).

                                        How can they not comply with their own terms?
