Received expired hairgro forte tablets on 25th aug 2020 after a month delayed delivery, requested for return of the expired medicines and pickup completed on 27th aug 2020, since then im continuously contacting customer care service via both telephonic and email but they are not processing my refund, everytime i call they tell 3 to 5 working days. They are fraudsters and cheaters they are not giving acknowledgement and a date for a refund of amount. Order ID: OR0271VVB-001A

      I ordered 30 tablets of Ramipress 10 mg in last weak of August 2020 against which MEDLIFE raised bill of Rs 509.21. But when I opened the delivery I was surprised to see some other medicine which is of no use for me. I informed the company on the same day through med life app. But till September 12 I got no reply. On September 12 I wrote a mail . The company informed they will arrange the pick up of wrong delivery very soon but till date i.e. 2nd October 2020 no response.

        Purchase made in January 2020.
        Immediately only one medicine return request made.
        Several times contacted customer care by phone, by Email, by WhatsApp. No action.

          I am really disappointed with this product as it came unsealed. Also the amount of Sanitizer inside was half the bottle(I have added pictures as proof). Along with it I had to pay more price compared to what I was actually asked to pay. This really disappointed me AND I want refund as soon as possible.

              Hi,

              Order id: or6127vhb-008a has been cancelled on[protected] but money is not refunded back. Medlife team committed refund would be done by 3 - 5 days but unfortunately refund is still pending. Let me know why so much delay for refund. I follow up multiple times not action form medlife.

                This is to report on Medlife on following issues

                1. Misusing customer data.
                2. Creating order without customer consent
                3. Uploading fake and invalid prescription in the order their team create without customer consent

                I had two instances where their team created a delivery order (pay on delivery) without my knowledge. On inquiry they just cancel the order and don't give any explanation.

                We don't know whether it's a new medicine delivery scam by Medlife.

                Another annoying part is spamming us with daily calls, even after asking their team not to call, the call keeps coming from different parts of the country.

                Also on the back end created order when they cancelled they mentioned Cancellation date in January.

                We wonder is our data safe with Medlife.

                    To be precise 8-10 times i have told the calling person from medlife not to call but they keep calling..

                      I have ordered 20 strips of Nicogum 2 mg through Medlife phone app and paid the full amount for 20 strips in advance.

                      But they send only 11 strips instead of 20.

                      I have raised complaint on this to their customer care, but it's 6 days and have not received any resolution yet.

                          Hi. My registered mobile number is [protected]. I have recd my order id or2886wb-065a on 5th sept.20. I have order for branded co oximeter but recd duplicate product. My order price was rs 1166.66. On same day i requested for return and product was successfully taken back. Till now i havnt recd any refund amount in my bank. This company is calling 5-6 times in a day for placing order but never call for refund status. Very unethical co. Pls take strict action against this company and dont allow them to do business as they are providing duplicate product and dont provide refund.

                            I want to delete my medlife account permanently but there's no any option of deleting account in medlife page or app. I receive 5-10 promotional and ads text messages from medlife and it irritating.

                            Please do something needful as early aa possible.

                                  My order is incomplete, one item is missing - benadon 40mg - 6 strips.

                                  - order got delivered on 18th
                                  - i opened the package on 20th night
                                  - i see benadon 40mg is missing
                                  - called up your customer care "megna yagnasree" spoke to me and she is bluntly saying as per policy we cannot do any thing now and she need to learn how to speak to customers.
                                  - how can you say you cannot do anything when it is your mistake that you haven't delivered the item and not even informed?
                                  - i requested to resned my product or refund
                                  But i get response as we cannot do as i need to raise complaint within 24hrs. Cann you send me the missing item or refund the amount asap.

                                    With reference to the above order, it was updated that the order has been delivered on 3rd august 2020 at 04:37am.
                                    I have raised the complaint via medlife telephonic customer support on the same day (03aug 2020) that i have not received the order and it is a wrong update.
                                    Till now (18 sep 2020) i did not received any update regarding this complaint even after several enquires about the status.

                                      Hi concerned person,

                                      On a daily basis, i receive more than 6 calls from medlife and that too from different numbers. I have already blocked the numbers, still on a daily basis i received these calls from some new numbers. I have already made this complaint several times on the whatsapp help, also i have told their calling officer as well, but the moment i say please block my number they hung up on me. I don't want these calls.
