Medlife delivery executive show too much attitude as if he is boss of the company. Also, they do not mention on there website that they do not deliver order to your location but at the time of delivery the executive will call 2-3 km away for pick-up. When you complaint them they will argue with you. It is fine if you are not delivering certain location but you should restrict such type of order from your website. You are allowing ordering from your website and later on cancelling them and holding customer money for few days.

          Order number is or0893yvb-004a. I ordered several medincine from medlife on 21st of august.in the same order i received three wrong items. One is trichoz oil-1 number and another one is tricomax shampoo - 2 numbers totally three items. I asked for the return of the items because it was not the correct items. On 1st of september ecom courier came for the pickup and in the pickup sheet o found out the description of the items was wrongly mentioned.in the pickup sheet it was mentioned number of item as 10. So the courier service people were confused and they wrote a email to medlife regarding the correct information. But after 3 days they told me they didn't get any reply for the mail which they have written to medlife. So they returned the items back to me itself. I am unable to create return again from my end. When i contacted medlife customer service they are telling me that they update the information to the concerned authorities. Till now no action has been taken. It's been already 10 days the return time period is 30 days only still i am having the wrong medicine worth 764 rupees. It's really disappointing to see this kind of experience from medlife. So kindly help me to return the irem and get the refund amount of 764 from medlife

            On 21st of August i ordered 6 strips of tricomax tablet. When i received the package i found that only 5 strip of tricomax tablets was only there. One strip of tricomax tablet was missing so i immediately contacted the medlife customer service and i informed the missing tablet. They told me that they will verify with the warehouse and refund my money back. After that i contacted medlife customer service more than 20 times regarding the missing tablet. Till now i have not received any replacement or refund for the missing strip of tablet which was 148. I feel frustrated and exhausted for the past two week during my experience with the medlife customer service. Please help me to get my refund amount 148 from medlife.               Hello team,

              My mother is not feeling well and i have ordered oximeter through medlife online on mon, 17th aug 2020 and i received a damaged oximeter and we cannot keep the finger in it as the inside rubber slap is blocking so i have requested for a return and no one has come for pick up, but in the website it was saying refund completed and refunded. I have been calling chandrapal [protected] he is not lifting the phone. On 10 sep 2020 i have called him on whats app and he lifted the phone whe i asked him why are you lifting the phone as i am calling you since 2 weeks. He replied saying i was busy! And he was using bad language. As a customer i want this issue to be resolved asap.

              Customer care people are not responding and they only says we are escalating, but no final conclusion

                  This happens every time. Should i order from other apps as they deliver next day?

                  I think no one bothers for customers at medlife. I will never be ordering from medlife i think if this is the scenario.

                    I ordered medicine from medlife with order id or7104nxb-001a
                    But they send me completely wrong medicine

                    I raise a complain for return on 28th aug 2020, but till date (9th september), i did not got any response from medlife
                    When try to call customer care number they block my number now i am not able to call them

                      It seems Medlife provides training of abuses to its delivery boy rather than etiquette. Never buy from Medlife, better go for Pharmeasy or others. Medlife's employees are sheer irresponsible and do not act on the complaint even after 2 months. They don't believe in customer respect, just doing business by providing discounts.

                          This is a serious complaint against Medlife International Pvt. Ltd., operating with the official website https://www.medlife.com & the official android application by the name of Medlife - India's largest E-Health Platform developed by Medlife Wellness Retail Pvt. Ltd.
                          I, Arpan Ghosh, S/O Debabrata Ghosh, of 6/4 D. A. Chowdhury Road, Budge Budge, 24PGS(S), Kolkata-700137, hereby inform you that I have been exploited financially and harassed mentally by the company (Medlife International Pvt. Ltd. or Medlife Wellness Retail Pvt. Ltd.) staff members regarding one of my orders placed from my mobile number [protected], on the 2nd August, 2020 through their android application, followed by an e-consultation and order confirmation and payment of the order value of INR. 1350.90 via Amazon Pay on 6th August, 2020 & the subsequent delivery of the sealed package of the medicines, i.e. 4 strips of Olmezest 40mg (strip of 10 tablets) & 5 strips of Zoryl MV 1mg (strip of 15 tablets) on 7th August, 2020.
                          As I received the sealed package on the 7th of August, 2020, I opened it thereafter and noticed that all the medicine strips are in damaged condition (seal broken) except one strip of Olmezest 40mg. So I raised a request of return on the 7th August, 2020 through the same android application, and mentioned the fact of damaged medicines through the comment. The delivery person came on 11th August 2020, but denied to pick up the order with appropriate receipt. So, I make a complaint on the customer care helpline number, & till now I was only given a timeline of 2-3 working days, but the issue was not solved, and I didn't get my refund. I called the customer care almost 10-12 times in between, but they are indifferent in this case.
                          Please look into the matter, and take strong action against the concerned authority.

                            I placed an order from #or2863eua-001a to #or2863eua-014a.

                            Some of the orders i paid thru online. Here are the details
                            #or2863eua-001a - ₹539.39, or2863eua-002a - 1192.36, #or2863eua-006a ₹1087.50, #or2863eua-008a ₹1087.50, #or2863eua-009a ₹1087.50,
                            #or2863eua-012a ₹1087.50, #or2863eua-013a ₹1087.50, #or2863eua-014a ₹1160.00

                            These are the order number and respective amounts paid in online, but the delivery agent said that it wasn't updated so i paid through google pay. Rs.4070 to gpay mobile no [protected] and rs.8776 to mobile no: [protected].

                            Now, i complain about this on 07/09/2020 about this. On that day, one of the delivery agents said i mistakenly collected here and refunded the amount of 5440 rs. Now, if we tally that still 923 should be refunded. If i call the customer support agent they are saying that i will receive the call within a day and no one called. And the people who answer the emails are less dextrous.

                            One of the agents didn't even understand what is the problem and he is like the worst nightmare. He is saying that company policy is 5-7 working days to process the refund and bla bla (Like repeating) i am posting this because what they are doing is not an ethical and good way to make money. They are calling unnecessarily all the time for taking orders and when we order them their email service is not good and the contact number provided is paid service (You have to have the balance to call cs number). This is a very simple problem and they are making it very, very complex.

                            I could also see that many of the people here complaining about this issue. This is the worst behavior by companies like medlife. They will either go bankrupt within year if they follow this strategy

                              Order id: or0708ara-006a placed an order paid amount is 2342.6 via sbi debit card but due to shortage of escor z, rest amount 304.3 amount is credit to my medlife wallet not in source payment. These is the first mistake you guys have made.

                              Then again i placed an order escor z by using my medlife wallet. But at the time of delivery.. Delivery boy asked me to pay for this purchase wch i already paid by using my medlife wallet. And my wallet balance was 0. Then i refuse to take to medicine from the delivery boy and on the same day i raised this concern with you.

                              On the another day, you guys hv confirmed that there is the error made from ur end.. And your team has agreed to refund my amount.. Still i didn't get. And you are confirming me already that you already refund to source paytm wch i never used while purchase.

                                This is in regards to order no. #or3980xxb-001a which was delivered today 8 days after placing order and constant chasing up and mails to customer care. Today when the person arrived the payment was made by me in full and medicines taken, however now, there are medicines missing from the box delivered which when flagged to the delivery person, mentioned that we have to contact customer care.

                                This is now going beyond comprehension - i am extremely annoyed and this is very harassing. I have summarised the history in this mail below.

                                First, there was this huge delay in the delivery of the medicines.

                                Second, the order and its value was changed without any prior intimation and discounts were reduced from 24.3% to 19.4%

                                Third, now that finally after continuous follow ups - when the medicines have been delivered with money paid in full - it is delivered with some medicines missing.
                                - please note the order #or3980xxb-001a has 20 qty of "novorapid 100 iu penfill injection 3ml". I have paid the money in full but in the box there were only 17 qty of the medicine.
                                - i spoke to the delivery person who said he can't do anything and that i have to call the customer care and they will get the remainder 3 qty sent or send me a refund.
                                - we spoke to customer care who are unable to help, hence we are writing to seek your help.

                                This has become extremely harassing for me as a professional trying to take care of my job wfh and elderlies at home during this pandemic.

                                Please provide a speedy resolution to this as these are expensive medicines worth rs.704 per piece. please get the 3 insulin qty of "novorapid 100 iu penfill injection 3m" sent which was missing from the delivery which has been paid for already.

                                  When someone orders medicines, the response and the follow up and delivery commitments are supposed to be dealt with a little more involvement and care, because its related to patients and some medical emergencies for people staying in towns and medicines are not avilable to buy from stores

                                  And you should deal with reliable delivery partners
                                  Ordered on 1st sep- you have given 3rd sep as delivery date ( covid conditions ), understood, so delayed to 5th sep.
                                  All i received is an sms with an agent number which is invalid .

                                  I called the customer care thrice and mailed them, there's no update or solution, all i hear is "we will escalate the issue". and today the call gets disconnected after choosing IVR options .

                                  I messaged on their FB page and they send an automated response.

                                  WITH THE DELIVERY
                                  There were no updates on the phone from them so far and delivery status has not been updated and medicines have not yet been delivered.
                                  There's no number or address of the delivery hub, so I can go and collect.

                                  They cannot do this with medicines coz it causes serious damage and wastes time and energy of people waiting for medicines with hope

                                    Hello. With utmost grief and mental harassment, I am bound to pen this one down. On 30-th Aug, 20 I placed an Prepaid order on Medlife with it being due for delivery by 5 sep. Going forward, on 3rd Sep, I get a call from the delivery associate seeking money claiming it to be a COD.
                                    Post retaliation, the delivery associate resorted to absolute profanity and abuses on me saying that it will not be delivered come what may. After few hours, all I see is the order status stating thats its delivered.

                                    Despite of raising the complaint, I was assured orally that within 48 hours they will ensure that delivery is done but its more than 48 hours and I still don't have any clues where exactly is the medicine.
                                    Even the customer service is seemingly bogus and spurious which is highly unresponsive.

                                      They call me ivr call and said if order placed a previous order they will give me 25% discount. But when I received the medicine I saw the billing details they give me 15% discount. It is a clear case of Fraud.
                                      As I decided I don't placed any order in Medlife in future and I also tell my relatives and in my circle pls boycott Medlife. I hope this will tech some lessons to Medlife.
