I have been contacting you since early July 2020 to stop your promotional messages on my mobile and over the email.
It's the height now. Even after so many emails and messages over Twitter, I still receive your messages everyday. It is so annoying and disgusting.

Every time you reply that the request has been forwarded to appropriate team and nothing happens.

I want you to stop this harassment immediately other wise I have no option but to approach consumer court.

    Such pathetic service from Medlife. So i have stopped placing orders from them. I want to delete my medlife account permanently but there's no any option of deleting account in medlife page or app. I receive 5-10 promotional and ads text messages from medlife and it is irritating.

    I had called, WhatsApp'ed and mailed the customer care. But it is not yet done.

      With reference to order no. Or3340tea-020a.
      I returned the sri sri almond oil capsules because they send me the old stock of it.
      And they are not returning my amount. It has been more than 30 days i returned the item to them.
      And also they have blocked my number also.

        I have ordered medicine from medlife app. It had been delivered on 1aug, 2020. Without prior information one of my medicine removed from the cart and the money was refunded that showing in the app still as pending. I raise a complain after 5 days when still the refund isn't reflected in my bank account. They assure me that concern team will get back to me and help me in this regard but still no one called. From last 2 days when I tried calling them after few times those choosing ivr options the call gets disconnected automatically. Totally in mess with this type of careless behaviours.

          I an requesting company to delist my number from there telemarketing department since they call near about 15 times a day but they ignore. Then I mailed there customer care for help but from 5 days they also not able to solve my problem.
          they are disturbing my mental peace and disturbs me a lot.

            My order no #OR2463JXA-001A is supposed to be delivered on 3 rd aug, but not yet delivered till 12/08/20. their customer care no[protected] is not reachable, i have mailed them on customer care email and twitter handle as well, but no response. Medlife is such a irrresponsible company as customer care is also not connecting. i have writtene them to refund my money and to hell with the medicine as i consider this is fraudsters compnay.

              I have order 6 items woth 992 ₹on 16 july 2020 and paid successfully via debit card ××××××××××09 and transaction id - ml-or2030yrb-001a[protected]. After 1 day they declared unavailability of 3 item worth 638₹. Rest items were deliverd on 18 july 2020. But refunding has not been initiated even after almost one month later.

                I have ordered product on 2 aug and delivery date was on 8 aug but not reymy product till now. Customer care cut the phone every time when i call them this site is fraud these people not even deliver the product. I have already paid the amount i want my money back.

                  I suganda was a user for med life app before, i have uninstalled the app becoz of rapid calls atleast 8 to 10 times a day from random numbers, i have also blocked some numbers, even though i am getting calls from medlife daily,
                  If i really in need of medicines i will order through app which i used to do, but due to this calls issue i uninstalled the app and i also informed to the medlife team, they assured that there will be no unnecessary calls but it is repeating.
                  If this continues i just put the reviews what ur team is doing how they are disturbing to make everyone aware before they download ur app

                    I placed an order for medicines on the 4th aug being assured 18% for my medicines worth almost rs 1500, i recd my medicine yesterday. With the bill of only 16% with not all the approitate medivines and paid by card the amt of 1350. I phoned c care this morning and was told that the amt paid was less and hence the discount was less. Couldnt i be informed by sms about the 3 bottles of 250 ml of dulphaac was not at hand as so a 150 was sent instead. Being a senior citizen if feel cheated and lost trust wih medlife after being regular buyng my medication from ur pharmacy. Kindly look into this matter and refrain from these hardships for seniors where every amt counts. Mrs tency gonsalves

                      My order id for medlife is or 1517pgb005a. I subscribed for medicine on medlife app. They delivered the medicine on 8th of august 2020, but when i open the package one of the medicine named (Mucinac 600mg 60tab) were missing from the package. It was mentioned on delivery slip but was missing from the package. They duped me around rs 1500. I immediately contact delivery boy, he told me that he deliver the whole package as it is and infact deliver package was intact, basically medlife never shipped the package. When i complained about this matter to medlife, they only gave assurance.

                        I’m getting too many messages and calls from the med life and we have not registered any account with them we are getting very frustrated and irritated by repeatedly calling and messages please note down my number +91-[protected] kindly please do something and notify them to remove the number of all we are very frustrated with them. We are getting calls since last three months and there is no such option to unsubscribe or remove this detail from the medlife account that we have not created yet. Kindly please help us we will be very grateful.

                          Sub - complaint against medlife online shopping. For cancelled order not refunded my money. Want only delay. Cheated my money-regarding

                          I ordered medicine in medlife online shopping through amazon pay. Paid amount rs. 1777.62. Paid on 02/08/2020. Since they modified my order without knowledge two times without my knowledge. They removed the discount purposely. So i cancelled the order on 06/08/2020 morning 10. 40am. I send the email to cancel the order. But for money interest purpose they are not returning the money. I requested them to return money immediately. Since i told money needed to buy medicine in local shop. But they very purposly/cheating purpose not returning money. I told i will complaint in human resource ministry. But they told not even return money. So i request you please cancel medlife online shopping license and take action against medlife to return my money immediately. Please close their office immediately until they didn' t return money. Please take action to stop payments for all their transactions until they return my money. Atleast fine them since medlife is not refunding customer's money. Medlife staffs torches ingredients me/irritating me for taking my money. 20 staffs sending the same emails. Manager medlife is not controlling the staffs. So i am suffered very much mentally and phisically. So i am going to sucide because of medlife staffs. So arrest them. Fine them 50 lacs. I request please get compensation. Just arrest the staffs. 20 staffs torchering me/insulting me/irritating me. I mentioned staffs names who are torchering me/insulting me. One problem one staff is not taking in charge my case. 20 staffs answering. Manager is not controlling the staffs. So i am suffered very much. Disappointed. So i am going to sucide.

                              Hi medlife team,

                              This is regarding my subject order no. Or2169kca-010a placed on 12 july 2020. Please note that this was a prepaid order and when the medicines were delivered to us on 15 july 2020, the delivery agent again collected the cash from my parents who took delivery of the medicines misstating that the order is unpaid. I was not reachable at that time due to me official commitment and my parents are senior citizens, the delivery agent took benefit of the situation and collected cash from my parents amounting to rs. 1006. I tried to connect with the delivery agent named "balwantshadowfax" reflected in your medlife mobile app on his number "[protected]" as per the link therein but never got my call answered.

                              Thereafter, i raised this complaint on your customer care number[protected] on which i was later confirmed that the warehouse has acknowledged cash collection against the said order and that the payment has accordingly been collected twice. Not once but multiple times, i called customer care before today to check the status of my complaint and on two occasions, i was was confirmed and acknowledged by the customer care expert that the amount has been collected twice against the subject order. They confirmed that they have initiated the refund process which can take few extra days due to lockdown, etc as everybody was operating from home. You may check these facts from the call recording you do for all the customer care call you receive.

                              It has been almost a month now that i have not received the refund. Further, when i called the customer care today again to check the status of my refund, i am told that the warehouse is stating that no cash was collected against this order. Not sure, how come you people can change your statements. After you are confirming that the cash has been collected and acknowledged that payment has been collected twice and will be refunded, how come now you are stating that cash was not collected. Not sure how medlife operates. I and my family are regular customer of medlife and regularly order medicines from medlife and do not expect such a treatment from you guys. I am sure you would also not prefer losing customers like this and cause harm to medlife reputation.

                              Request you to look into this matter on immediate priority and refund the amount wrongly collected twice from us. Please treat this as urgent..!!

                                  The issue that i have experienced was: worst! Worst! Worst!
                                  I ordered a medicine named litholite sr 400 mg, i got a call from the doctor who confirmed my prescription and told me that my medicine has been approved for delivery, after three days on 3rd august, i checked the application of medlife, i found it has been canceled, i have mental patient with me and that medicine is quite most important for him. Without a reminder without any phone call, i got it canceled i don't know how their management work. No customer support, even customer care have no idea for anything, they don't know what to talk about how to deal with the customer, unprofessional behavior.

                                      But did not deposit the amount in the account.
                                      Your website is showing that you have completed the refund but i did not receive any money from your side.

                                        They say they are the largest in terms of medicine but they should have written where there is medlife there is no life. They give offers which they and there application is not aware off. My medicines where about to get delivered on 30th july but today its 4th of august still there is no traces of my delivery when the payment has been done through online and customer care center has a premium call charges per second 2.5 paise but those # supervisors and executive have no basic concerns towards peoples life and moreover they ban our calls no means of approaching there higher management hell with this company and customers please be aware of these # frauds
