I have order a medicine from medlife on 6 of aug 2020 and made online payment for it... Estimated Delivery was 15 of aug but till 29 of aug I dint get my product... Many times I call customer service... Every time I get a reply that today I will get my product but till date I dint get my product and another think I can't cancelled it also...
So please do the needfull...

    Dear Medlife,

    This is the complain wrt my order no OR0957JXB-001A dt 24 th Aug 2020 .
    As per the promocode one item seacode capsul 110 was free of cost with the discount of the cost of this item.
    Now when I received the medicine this item seacod capsul was removed stating not in stock.
    Also no refund was done for this free item .Not even they given any alternate promocode or item.
    This totaly mean that all these promocode and free item is only for booking the orders after that these are removed and practicality fooling the customer.
    If I have used the other promocode I could have got the additional discount.
    This is totally unacceptable being a wrong practice of doing business.
    Medlife is using fake promocode for booking the orders and misleading the customer.
    I called 7 times to customer care but no response they always say we will get a call back and no callback comes.Finally after long discussion with customer care they told there will not be any refund for this free item.and they put my call on hold for 10 mins and then after call got automatically discounted.
    This is the way medlife is manuplating and attactracting customer and while final billing remove the promocode or free item

      This has happened many times that in application medicines shows but when actual delivery comes, more than half of the medicines were out of stock. After complaining also same issue still persists. If Medlife is not able to provide medicines it must be closed and if company doesn't shutdown atleast improvement must be done like showing out of stock during selection of medicines.

        I ordered a medicine on 20th Aug 2020 and the time of delivery is 26th Aug 2020

        Still am didn't get any update from medlife about the order

        I done online payment for this earlier, but there is no proper tracking system provide by company

        Also i tried to connect via toll free number given in the app there is no response apart from ivr tue

        Please kindly do the needfull.

          I am Sayaji eknath bhosale order medicine from Mrs. Jyoti on phone call from behalf of MEDLIFE. On dated 14/07/2020. Bill invoice received on my mobile on medilife app. The total bill amount was Rs. 2206.66 The medicine was out of stock. The payment paid from my debit card. . Bank name - Abhyudaya co-op bank ltd, kharghar branch-410210.
          From 14/07/2020 till now I haven't received the refund amount. Rs. 2135.84
          I have called several times to the customer care also.

          It's being more than a month but i haven't received the refund.
          I hope that my problem will be resolved as soon as possible.

            This is about order OR3836NVA-004A. Return was initiated on 11th July and the medicines were picked up from home on 14th July. Status of order shows refund complete but nothing is received till date. Its been 43 days now and still waiting for my refund. Followed up zillion times with the customer care but every time they have a standard reply, "Your request has been forwarded to respective team".

              Please note that I'm getting innumerable calls from medlife even if I have already complained about it through call and mailing at their email address. I want to stop receiving this calls completely, it's really irritating. Make sure that I stop receiving medlife calls completely.

                Please note I have been receiving innumerable phone call from Medilife even after requesting since long. Have already asked them not to disturb but for the business promotion my phone is ringing and a music is on. You can do your business promotion but this is not the way. I shall be thankful if you could stop this phone call .

                  I got a call from medlife for ordering medicine, I ordered the regular medicine that I used to place order online. However I got a medicine with different power so I returned it on 17th july. In app it shows pickup completed.
                  When I tried to track status the app crashes. I tried with reinstalling as well but same result.
                  I wrote mail as well but they replied like sorry for inconvenience and ll look into matter.
                  It's more than a month I didn't get refund but I get regular calls for ordering medicine..
                  The amount to be refunded is 1177.19 rs

                    Hi,

                    I purchased some medicine on 16th February and incorrect medicine delivered. So same day I requested return and refund request.

                    I called many times but no one was coming to collect the medicine than covid 19 lockdown started post that I called again many times.

                    After all 2 months back person visited to collect the medicine.

                    Again refund is not yet provided I called many times and eveytime I get a response like we have escalated it to the team they will do it .

                      On 30th July I booked medicine through medlife but due to poor service I cancelled my medicine & I transferred rs 500 rs to wallet of medlife but after cancellation of medicine still my money has not been refunded to my account sbi online banking

                                I have ordered medicines in medlife. Medlife is concerned about orders and payments. They wont bother about the deliver, whether the customer received their package or not, they wont check with delivery agents. Its been 15days i havent recieved my package
                                Medlife doesnt provide details about the delivery and their agents so that customers can keep the track
                                If we call to customer care, from day1 onwards theyll say it will be delivered today, theyll keep on saying the same thing if it is more than 15days also.
                                But they cant accept is issue with them

                                If they cant provide service to the customer then why to promote that delivery will be in 2days. Fake promises and while ordering theyll show as all medicines are available, but after billing theyll say out of stock

                                  It's more than a month of mental harassment from medlife. I booked a labtest with medlife and test was done on 17/7/2020 in which "Blood Culture" Test was also included. But when I received the reports the blood culture report was missing and then I made a call to medlife. They told me that medlife is not doing blood culture test and a refund of ₹860/- will be given to me in not more than 7 working days. It's been more than a month now from 17/7/20 and I have not received my refund amount. I am just getting fake promises. Please try to understand and resolve my refund issue in this critical time. My medlife order id 5567558. Please do the needful and help me to get the refund from medlife.

                                    After making a written complaint to medlife on the 11th August of supply of medicines supplied of excess charges i was promised a refund of rs500. Its past a week no refund has been made nor a call to say abt the delay. Being a senoir citizen if feel false promises were made just to pacify me. Kindly look into the matter and inform me about the delay. MRS T GONSALVES

                                      I have placed an order in June 2020 with a coupon for cashback and discount .the discount was not given at the time .I contacted the customer service rep immediately and they informed me that it will be done . It has been nearly two months and nothing has happened yet. I have raised multiple complaints via email but to no avail. They have no service experience seems like.
                                      I am fed up. Was purchasing for the last two years almost monthly for 3_5000 rupees...
                                      Have abandoned them completely now...other service providers are so much more hassle free... providing quick resolution to issues...

                                      Medlife is not providing what they promise. If they do not wish to provide discount, why have the offer?
                                      I am totally fed up and have told all my family memebers and relatives to purchase elsewhere

                                        For the below two order number's i have raised return requests on 29th july 2020 and today is 14th august, almost 16 days now but still my refund has not been initiated yet. Although the return pickup has done on 6th august and the it reached to your warehouse on 8th august itself. Find the attached snapshots for your reference. Not sure what is the reason return has not intiated yet. Requesting you to initiate the refund asap. I have to get total rs: 1712 from medlife. As it's huge amount i am not sure what to do.
