As you told that i will get 165.18 rs in my account.

You have taken my account detail 3 weeks ago.
But did not deposit the amount in the account.
Your website is showing that you have completed the refund but i did not receive any money from your side.

    They say they are the largest in terms of medicine but they should have written where there is medlife there is no life. They give offers which they and there application is not aware off. My medicines where about to get delivered on 30th july but today its 4th of august still there is no traces of my delivery when the payment has been done through online and customer care center has a premium call charges per second 2.5 paise but those # supervisors and executive have no basic concerns towards peoples life and moreover they ban our calls no means of approaching there higher management hell with this company and customers please be aware of these # frauds

      Report not received, delayed by 2 days.
      Customer support is very bad.
      Promised me a call back in 2 hours on Thursday as well as Friday, no one called back, did not receive any message or confirmation about the complaint nor received the report.
      A lot of commitments done depending on this report.
      Please understand the seriousness of the situation and resolve the issue asap.

        They say the order is always confirmed and is being processed. They make the confirmation phone call too.
        But at the end of the day, they will get to know that the medicine we have ordered is out of stock and simply send a message saying the order has been cancelled.
        They call back on our number, giving all their promotional details and not a piece of information about our need.
        They only ask us to register, to get our phone number for their business promotion but never to deliver our need.
        Why cant they be clear about the drug being out of stock on their website or app while we to tend to order? Why only after we place the order and take a breath seeing that fake confirmation green dot?
        Transparency is all we need.
        And yes trust is far gone too.

          I have not recieved my refund although it has been more than 14 days from medlife and they are saying that they have initiated the refund and will reach but it has yet not reached my account please help

            Medlife is sending spam sms to my phone number.

            I have never created an account in Medlife.
            Someone else is using Medlife with my phone number.

            I have many many times emailed and called Medlife Customer Care about the same.

            each time they refused to solve my problem.

            I am emailing them for over 3 months but each time they said to wait for 48 hours.

            And just after the email Medlife sends another Promotional spam sms.

            I am tired of emailing them.

            They are intentionally harrasing me.

            I have all the proofs against them.

            After complaining more than 40 times in emails and repeated calls, still medlife is intentionally spamming my phone number with sms everyday from different sms numbers.

            I have all the proofs against medlife.
            Including call recordings, spam sms, emails and everything.

            I have complained so many times and everytime they said that sms will be stopped after 48 hours.

            It has been more than 90 days but they are still sending promotional sms on my number.

            I am very much frustrated.
            I have told them also to delete my account but they said they will not, i have also recorded the call where they said so.

            For a normal consumer i am very much frustrated about medlife.
            I have told all my friends and family members to never use medlife and i will also make sure in social media also everybody knows how medlife spam their customers phone number with repeated sms and how after complaining so many times they are not unsubscribing my phone number intentionally to harras me.

            Please do take action against medlife, like me many many common people are suffering from such a shameless company.

              The worst day of my life was, when i registered to medlife using my mobile number and after that they call me everyday 10 times and it is really frustrating. I had requested the customer care to resolve my issue but they didn't. I want my problem to get resolved as soon as po6

                I get calls from medlife daily, and that too 5-6 calls daily and then 5 — 6 messages, i have even told them to block my number but it's of no use. It's very irritating, please ddo something about it, i request you, i am literally fed up, and there is no option of deleting an account. And why the hell should i order from their website,, firstly there app is so slow, and then they don't give any discounts, i have other appa which give 20% discount, i purchase from them, plz help me out in this

                  Sir in this pendamic suction why our medicine hold while payment done, doctors call complete, confirm order and received, delivery date 21th july2020, but on 23ed showing order on hold due to stock issue, other i'd or1897fq-002a date 18tg, my question 1. Repeat more than 15 order why same issue done, is your customers survice, 2.in this pendamic setution why hold order medicine, 3.                     I have ordered this medicines on 10 th this month with promised delevery within 15th but on 15th delevery again extended to 17th. On 17th i got a message that your medicines are out for delevery and there given a mobile number of delevery agent. While trying to contact in that number i got a reply that person is not delevery boy and he is fed up this kind of call. Then i complained medlife cusomer care and there gets a link to status of order. At that time it was rotating somewhere in walayar for two days so i requested for refund, and prchased my medicines from local shop. My refund request was accepted by customer care and asked me to deny the delevery. As that mail i have denied the delevery on 19th. Now you are mailing me that the medicines. I dont know to whom it was delevered. So please initiate my refund

                      But to wonder no response or phone call by anybody.
                      Waiting. Worthless and useless supply system.

                        Hi sir,

                        We have ordered medicines from midlife during end of may 2020 month and medicine delivered on june 1st, later we noticed, few medicines received wrong, which we called customer care and asked for return and refund, customer care person scheduled a return pickup on june 6th, how ever it's been more than month now after return proceed, no one came till date to take the products return.in between called customer care more than 20 times even though no response. Kindly do the needful.

                          Never supplied complete order even after making full payment. Every time 2-3 items were removed with reason out of stock. My payment was unnecessarily blocked for 7 days every time due to refund raised.
                          If any item is out of stock, the software shouldn't accept that item while placing order and that item should be removed before making full payment.

                            Dear medlife team,

                            I had to cancel the order because your team could not deliver on time.
                            I do understand that because of lockdown there is surge in demand and you guys are unable to procure orders and are in process of resolving the same but what about us, we too are facing with covid and mental hardship because your team forced me to cancel the order.
                            I am requesting refund of the discount lost due to the following reasons:
                            - if you were unable to fulfil the order, then why at first instance are you guys accepting the order. Stop accepting fresh order. First complete all your pending orders then you guys should have accepted the new orders. Please note i had placed order on 5th july for which medicines were going to be delivered on 8th whereas the same were not even processed till 10th @ 2pm as few medicines were not in stock. So you can see the time difference, there was sufficient time given to your team to make good the order.
                            - i had called your team on 9th july to check the status of the order wherein i clearly communicated that on 10th evening we are going native and we will require the bulk medicines before that wherein your team confirmed that it will be delivered by noon of 10th july. However, i did not receive my delivery by 12 noon nor any call back instead i only had to call back. So i waited for two hours and gave a call at around 2pm wherein i was given to understand that your order has yet not processed as few medicines are not available.
                            So if you guys were not having medicines readily available then at first instance say no even if you were not sure on 5th july but atleast when i gave a call on 9th july you should have communicated me and cancelled the order instead of giving false hope and making us wait till the end and then forcing us to cancel the order. I cancelled the order at 2pm and then i had to roam around locally to medical shops here as the medicines were in bulk so many were not having in qty or few were out of stock.
                            - i have been chasing the team consistently since 10 july for the issue which i faced, over the phone and email.

                            So now instead of just dropping email that your order is cancelled and we cant help and we take your feedback and ensure such thing never happen is pointless.

                            So because of your non fulfilment, i was forced to cancel the order, forgo my discount and face hardship then to purchase medicines locally and to follow up with you guys daily to discuss the issue.

                            In view of the above, now i request not only to refund me back the discount amount which i lost but i also want the compensation for the hardship which i faced to roam around for the medicines in this corona time and am facing now for the constant follow up to get a response.

                            Separately, your team has ample time to give daily two phone calls to purchase medicines even after telling them we are not in need and asking them to block my contact details and still receiving calls. It would have been prudent if the team could have called me when there was a need for the call back wherin i did not got any callback and now you guys are behind me to place the order.

                                  I had purchased a medlife n-95 pollution mask color black (#or6361nua-003a) on 8th july 2020 by complete payment and it was cancelled automatically. Another item (#or6361nua-005a) was ordered without my consent automatically instead of it. I denied accepting the order as it was costlier than the one i wanted.
                                  But till date, i have not received the refund for order #or6361nua-003a and the worst part is, in the status it is showing that the amount is refunded.
                                  I am annoyed with this experience as there is no proper response and customer care support to reach out to and explain the scenario. The contact numbers provided on the website are not responsive also. Cal gets cut everytime. I have sent so many mails but there is no response at all. Worst experience ever.

                                    I have had bad experience with medlife ordering a product but now that issue is i'm getting a lot of promotional sms and unable to deactivate my account.
                                    Their support email address [protected]@medlife.com is no longer valid. Whatsapp number they have provided won't even reply.
                                    Please help remove my account.
