I booked doctors consultancy for my mother 15 days back. I paid rs 299 online.
They called my and fixed time between 10 to11 am. Next day. I waited daily for 3 days. No one called. 4th day i called and cancelled booking.
Since then i called 5 times for my refund.
Every time they told me that your case is in open condition.
Now even they are disconnecting calls from my #.
I suggest such companies shall be black listed with heavy panelty as one one they increase patients problems by not providing agreed service on other hand they ear away hard earned money of patients.

I have send then 5mails, they did not reply even one.

    I have been noticing for a long time that the online medicine aggregator - medlife has been behaving in the most irresponsible manner with respect to medicine supplies. They do it only for the sake of money without caring for the sensitivity of the nature of business.

    This is their mode of functioning.
    1. To catch the customer they take all the items under a single order, without confirming the price or the stock. The customer is first made to feel that he is getting all medicines for a discount and all medicines are also available.

    2. After ordering, a message comes that certain items are not there and they shall send the remaining items.

    3. They never let the customer know what is the new price at this time.

    4. When the medicine is delivered, we have a new price. 100% this is more than the agreed price, never less than the previous (Confirmed price).

    5. They also cleverly erase all the order/price details that we confirmed initially. So that you have no clue what was the money agreed for, which medicine, what price, nothing is known.

    6. When asked for an explanation, they always say, "price and stock are decided dynamically during delivery"

    My question is
    A. If both are decided dynamically then why are they taking the order. What kind of confirmation we get, as a customer during the confirmation - neither price nor stock is confirmed, then what are we accepting the order for?

    B. Is the price of medicines so dynamic sir, that it keeps changing every day? I ordered on may 23rd and the delivery was done on may 25th, within two days price of medicine changed by rs.30.

    My concern is, just to retain the customers they lure by saying they are giving discounts and keeping medicines at a low price. But actually there is nothing like that. They already know the right price, but they undervalue it and they change it anyway during delivery.

    This is cheating and deceiving the customers. Only medlife is doing this nuisance.

      Address: Medlife Online

      I have ordered 2 units of medicines worth rs. 715.52 from medlife vide my order number or3819qca-003a on 17.03.2020. I have received my order on 19.03.20.
      Immediately on receipt of the same, i have opened the box and found that
      Out of 2 units inside the box, one was having no seal at all and found the medicine was tampered with. I have immediately called up the delivery man on phone, as it was only within 1-2 minutes after he left, and informed him that one unit of medicine has no seal and tampered with and requested to see for himself. He, however, refused to come back and informed that it is not his responsibility.
      I have on the same day registered a complained with medlife and was assured by them that defective medicine will be taken back by them and my money will be refunded. On instruction from their customer service, after 3 days the same delivery man came to my door step for return pick up. However, for the reasons known only to him, he did not take back the medicine and left immediately in spite of my repeated requests. Since then i have made numerous complaints with medlife customer service, and every time was assured that my complaint is being processed. However, every time when i login to my account with medlife its showing return pick up completed and refund pending. Today, after two months, i have received an sms (Screen shot attached) informing me that 0 refund has has been initiated against this order. My account with medlife also showing refund complete which is blatant lie.

      Hope, the authorities will take up the matter with medlife and sort out the issue promptly, else i will be left with no other option but to post the matter on social media to make people aware what is in store for them if an order for medicine is placed on medlife.

        On 14.05.2020 i bought the medicine from medlife app, i had to cancel my order due to non-availability of medicine on 15.05.2020, but the refund of the canceled order number or4761nlb-003a has not been done yet.

          I had put rs 1000 in medlife wallet so that i can buy medicines from medlife. I have been placing orders for syzygium jambolanum for my diabeteswhich is a homeopathtic medicine since april 11 as it is essential commodity. This medicine is very important for me due to which my diabetes is in control. Medicines were available when placed the order and it showed me the delivery date. But after delivery date i come to know my items have been cancelled by them. They don't show the cancellation date in their website. I placed to order for general medicines but it also got cancelled by them. I tried to contact them several times but could talk to them. Finally i could call them once. I told them my issue. I was told the medicines were not available so it got cancelled. I requested for refund of my money but they refused to do so saying i have to buy medicine. How to buy any medicine when the order gets cancelled by them. During lockdown they should either stop taking orders or they should refund my money. I hope the authorities take up my matter seriously.

          I had placed orders for medicines several times from 11/4/2020. You always cancelled my order and placed my money in your Medlife wallet. My money is not for keeping in your wallet.

          You couldn't procure medicines for me since April 11th. Isn't it surprising? You claim to satisfy customers. That doesn't go well with what you assure.
          You have a commitment towards your customers. Since last month 11th April till date what have you been doing?
          I don't trust you anymore.
          Kindly refund my money to my source account (google pay).

          I don't want my money in your wallet.

          I have been patient enough since last month. If we didn't have a lockdown I wouldn't have needed to depend on your website. Your services for medicines come under essential services. You have not been able to fulfill customer's needs even a single time.

          Refund me my money . That's all

            Hi, My first experience was very horrible because I was able to find out after the third call - I will not get a refund. Either give me a refund or arrange another process. Please help me, Admittedly I couldn't complete the right effort. OK
            So why was my goods taken away without informing me, isn't it called theft?

                I have made an order on your app, order id-or4325dib-002a, for 16 tablets of voritrol 200 mg of rs.7521.55. I have cancelled the order on 1st april 2020 as it was getting delayed in delivery. We have not received the refund of the amount till now. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest as it has been 1 month and we have not yet received the refund.

                  This is to bring to everybody's notice how Medlife is cheating innocent customers in the garb of "Largest E-Health Platform".

                  1. Living in Hyderabad, I have access to my preferred pharmacy chain - MedPlus who offer a flat 20% discount on prescription medicines.

                  2. I was given a lucrative 30% discount offer via ICICI bank and decided to try out Medlife and place a high value order worth Rs.6000+ for my mother (who is a senior citizen and requires medication for Diabetes, Blood Pressure and Insulin) on 1st May (Order# OR4477JX-012A).

                  3. When the order was packed after 5 days, I was shocked to see the discount percent was slashed to 16% without any intimation, and was sent out for delivery.

                  4. I immediately alarm the phone support team[protected] who cost a bomb to talk to, considering the tolled tariff. They cited helplessness in this regard, without citing any reason whatsoever.

                  5. The delivery person arrived - I didn't want to send him off as he had made a difficult journey just to deliver my medicine. To my shock, I came to know that not just me - he had 3 such more deliveries today and they have the same case as mine (silent removal of 30% discount) and setting their preferential price. He was already heading back to Medlife carrying 3 rejected orders - this shows the sad state of affairs what Medlife has come down to.

                  6. I am furthermore informed that the root fundamentals of such "cheating" is embedded in Medlife's roots - starting from the top management itself. They just bother doing their business by hook or crook.

                  7. Disheartened to hear this, I collected my order - which was sealed by the packing unit and released my payment before sending him off.

                  8. To my horror, I find 30 units of Ziten-M 20/1000 mg missing from my order. I ring up the phone support immediately, only to get a "note" registered. There is no legal complaint on record - and when I ask for one, they make a casual statement stating that "the order ID will be considered as your complaint reference ID" - which is a very clever way to avoid the legal compliance framework. Tomorrow, they may just deny and say that the complaint never existed!

                  9. They do not allow to verify the sealed contents before payment - and when you make the payment you stand at the risk of their unprofessional procurement team. It has now been 7 days - no positive response, and moreover helpless and clueless support team having no confidence of a resolution timeframe.

                  Some interesting points from their "Terms and Conditions":

                  "During order delivery, Medlife’s delivery team requests every customer to verify the contents and provide an acknowledgement confirming the correctness and completeness of the order."

                  and

                  "Once the order is verified and acknowledged by the customer, the order in full or part cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the delivered order which is highly unlikely."

                  This shows their cheap lackadaisical attitude - even if you need a part medicine, they will not provide the balance order. Moreover, the policy to verify the medicines upon delivery is laughable - when the sealed order requires prior payment to open the package, how can we verify the order without paying? You make the payment and are then subjected to harassment.

                  10. I will spread the work and suggest everyone NOT TO TRUST MEDLIFE for their medicine needs, there are MUCH BETTER providers available who have genuine concern for their customers. I will now have to raise a chargeback dispute with my card company to get a refund done - unless Medlife does so after reading this, which is highly unlikely.

                    I, Mujtaba Ahmed, would like to inform you that I placed an order on Medlife in the month of April 2020 and received the Glucometer accucheck on 3rd April, applied for return of the item on 4th April 2020 and till date medlife people are making the customers fool in the name of lockdown. I applied for refund because the items are expired already. I made 11 calls to Medlife and everyone says different story such as lockdown issue, not yet confirmed, technical issue, etc but till now no one is providing solution and no person is coming and collecting the item back.

                    I asked them one simple question, when there is a need of new orders, they are coming up with new strategies like 30% discount, 75% discount, they are delivering the items on time but when it comes to the mistake which they had done, asking them to collect the item back, no one is giving assurance of collecting the item back.

                    I am sharing the pictures of the items which I received with the bill receipts for your records.

                    Request you to do the needful on a top priority.

                      Order# or4934ljb-001a i have ordered a sugar testing kit. I received it but the packaging as well as inside medlife box seal was also broken and taped with brown taping. Sugar test kit was missing in that box, only testing stripes and lotion was in the box.
                      Please take back those testing stripes and lotion and process the full refund otherwise send me the testing kit too as soon as possible.
                      This is really very upsetting and disgusting service. I have mailed to medlife support but no resolution yet.

                      Please take action and resolve this issue.
                      I have emailed all these details with pictures from my email id shubh. [protected]@gmail.com on 24 april same day of delivery to your support email address but no reply from their end till now.

                              I ordered medicines from medlife on tuesday april 28th. After a few days i got a message stating that i would have to pay the money online to avoid contact with the delivery person. So i paid it through paytm. But when the medicines arrived the delivery person said that it was cash on delivery and i would have to pay i order to recieve the medicines. He didn’t give the medicines. I tried calling medlife but they always say that they are redirecting the call then just hang up.
                              I cannot cancel the order and i want my money back. Plz help me.

                                Sir, i have placed an order on 6th april, order no - or7214yx-010a. But unfortunately i have made online payment 2 times for the same order of rs 998.63. For your reference i have attached my bank statement of 6th april which shows 2 times payment done. So i request you to please refund me rs of 998.63 + rs 998.63 = rs 1997.26. I have received the order with cash on delivery.
                                I have got refund of rs 998.63 only. As i have mentioned that i have made two times internet banking payment of rs 998.63. (I have attached my bank statement for your kind perusal).
                                When i received the item i had to pay rs 998.63. By cash. As in the invoice it was mentioned mode of payment by cash and amount payable rs 998.63. (I have attached the invoice also for your reference. I hope you would be kind enough and grant me the refund amount of rs 998.63 after your proper investigation. Waiting eagerly for an early reply. Thank you.

                                    I had booked a sanitizer cost rs. 200/- & paid by me in advance through netbanking. But after 5 days the order was cancelled and new order was created. The same order also cancelled by the company itself. After lodging a complaint on customer care the amount is not refunded and informed that due to technical issue the amount could not be processed. The customer care also could not provide the exact date or time for resolution of complaint.
                                    This is the way i have been harassed and the item which was very necessary in this pandemic situation was not delivered.

                                      Tag Medlife issue as resolved. Communication gap and no response from 2 May to 10 May on Medlife issue has raised a doubt on order created on 28 April. Anyway Medlife has resolved the issue.

                                        Medlife has accepted medicines 4 items ref.: or7837kma-003a on tuesday 28/4//20 at total price of rs. 567.11
                                        Medlife confirm in text message to pay on 2/5/20, - total amount rs 567.11 to make delivery of medicines on 5/5/20.
                                        After receiving money through phonepe, medlife has neither delivered medicines nor confirming delivery.
                                        Unable to reach over phone and no response from medlife even after sending text message, e-mail... It is not clear when all medicines will be delivered.
                                        Request to intervene as medicines are important in present lock down situation.

                                        No steps to resolve my complaints. Medlife has neither made any phone call nor has sent any text message to resolve...Complaints remain pending till date

                                        E-commerce has been encouraged in our country. Medlife has neither delivery medicines nor stating any date for supply. It looks like cheating as no communication from Medlife after money paid Rs 567.11on 2-May'20 and remain silent. How Medlige tagged Resolved without addressing my problem and playing trick on issue like medicines which is important for patient and thus loosing trust. Ten days past after order and no action by Medlife
