I am an old customer of Medlife. In the past, it happened many times that my medicines were delayed due to non-availability of one medicine. Every time, I requested to put standing instruction in my account that if any medicine is not available, please send the available medicines in time without asking me. Due to this problem, one I had to cancel the order even when I always pay in advance.
I ordered some medicines worth Rs. 6206.37 on 24th May, 2020 and made full payment in advance. The delivery was scheduled for 26th May, 2020. Since 25th May, 2020, Medlife app is showing the status as “Order Dispatched” till today but I have neither received medicines, nor any communication from you. Your customer care number is never connected.
I got a phone call from your representative for feedback on 29th May, 2020. I explained my problem to them. They checked the status and told me that the consignment is yet to be iscpatched and waiting for one medicine which is not available. I requested them to cancel the order of that medicine and send me the rest. I was promised that I would get the medicines by same day evening 9.00pm.
I told them about difficulty in connecting to your customer care number. They gave me one WhatsApp number [protected] and asked me to write at this number for any issues.
Since 29th May, I have sent 9 messages to this WhatsApp with screenshots but there is no response and I am still awaiting for the medicines. I have already purchased few medicines partially from market for my use.
After lodging online complaint, three days back, got your mail too but I am still awaiting my medicines ordered on 24th May. The app still shows to be delivered on 26th May and order status as "Dispatched". This allis same as of 26th May.
Now, you please rate your service yourself and let me know what should I do?
