I want to delete my medlife account permanently but they don't have such options in their app or website. Medlife per day sends promotional ads and text messages and it's irritating.

Please do something needful as early as possible.

      I have ordered from medlife limcee plus and had paid for the order via gpay, order number: or8498iya-008a.
      They have cancelled the order with the message "out of stock" but didnot refund my money although the website showing that "money refunded".

      I am very happy with Consumer forum. As soon as I launched complaint medlife gave my money back. Thanks a lot! I will never buy from medlife again as I faced these type of issue thrice.

        I want to delete my account permanently from medlife. There is no option available on your website. From one month i am requesting you by emails and calls to stop messaging on my contact no. By using name of kasif but every day i am getting messages and becoming frustrated.

        Kindly request you to delete my account now as soon as possible.

            [protected]: i want to delete my medlife account permanently with the registered mobile number. They send many messages and calls every day about offers and stuff. It's so irritating and i said that please don't call me and put my number in dnd list but they never listen to me, always says i will put your number after that you won't receive a call next day but next again they call me. I have blocked their numbers but they always call me with a different number.

              I recently ordered n-95 mask last month whose order id is "or6570uza-007a" but when i saw the product it was damaged and also the quality was not good at all. The moment i saw the defect i initiated for refund and return of the product. But till today the mask hasn't been picked up whereas in my mobile application it shows that the product has been picked up
              So far i have not received any amount back which was utter waste buying it.

                I had booked a lab test service from medlife online. Firstly no one called me to confirm. Secondly when i called the customer care, they said they have assigned technician named bilal ahmed. Who i tried contacting but he did not answer. I again called up customer care, they assured the booking is confirmed and the technician will turn up.. Since morning next day i called up the technician but he did not pickup any calls of mine when i called customer care all they could tell me is to take the technicians number and call him when i informed he is not responding, they still could not do anything except fake promises. Need a strict action against the technician bilal ahmed..

                  Ordered meidicine online https://www.medlife.com/.
                  Paid the amount as well. It was supposed to deliver on two days back. It is not yet delivered. Worst thing calls to customer care is getting disconnected[protected]. Mail to mail id [protected]@medlife.com bounced.

                    Previous month i have ordered medicines from medlife where i paid online twice but i didn't get refund. One of your customer told that the payment hasnt been received. And now today i checked that order and previous payment was reflected. I want the refund back. I have also contacted the bank and they said to contact you. Order number - or7653iab-013a.                       After repeated follow ups still my refund amount is not processed by medlife. First they cancel my order without any reason and then don't issue refund for that. What kind of behaviour is this? The order was cancelled on 16th may and it's been over 25 days and still no refund.

                            Regarding order or6426tfb-002a. It was supposed to be delivered on 29th may but is not delivered yet. I followed up multiple times over email and call but issue is not resolved yet. Also they are wrongly showing the status as delivered on the online website. It's enough following up, i want my money back now, if you are not able to deliver it cancel and refund my money.

                              Hi team,

                              I have placed an order on 30th may 2020 having order id : or2570sab-013a and avail icici coupon and make payment online of amount 1291.15.

                              When delivery person come to my home asking to make payment of 1291.15 as it mentioed as cod for which i deny to pay and the order undelivered.

                              After multiple attempt to medlife customer care now they saying there is a techinal issue in medlifr end for which order shows cod even if payemnt done so you need to place a new order after cancel the old order and no offer code (Icici) will be applicable.

                              My question is if there is issue with medlife end why should i suffer and loose my coupon benefits.

                                I have ordered the medicines via prepaid mode but the status was cod with courier service. I sent few mails to medilife, no response then i made a call they assured me it was fixed but still it wasn't updated to the courier service. So i placed a cancel request and it's been 2-3 weeks still it's not processed. Medilife offers poor customer service.

                                    Sir,

                                    I am an old customer of Medlife. In the past, it happened many times that my medicines were delayed due to non-availability of one medicine. Every time, I requested to put standing instruction in my account that if any medicine is not available, please send the available medicines in time without asking me. Due to this problem, one I had to cancel the order even when I always pay in advance.

                                    I ordered some medicines worth Rs. 6206.37 on 24th May, 2020 and made full payment in advance. The delivery was scheduled for 26th May, 2020. Since 25th May, 2020, Medlife app is showing the status as “Order Dispatched” till today but I have neither received medicines, nor any communication from you. Your customer care number is never connected.

                                    I got a phone call from your representative for feedback on 29th May, 2020. I explained my problem to them. They checked the status and told me that the consignment is yet to be iscpatched and waiting for one medicine which is not available. I requested them to cancel the order of that medicine and send me the rest. I was promised that I would get the medicines by same day evening 9.00pm.

                                    I told them about difficulty in connecting to your customer care number. They gave me one WhatsApp number [protected] and asked me to write at this number for any issues.

                                    Since 29th May, I have sent 9 messages to this WhatsApp with screenshots but there is no response and I am still awaiting for the medicines. I have already purchased few medicines partially from market for my use.

                                    After lodging online complaint, three days back, got your mail too but I am still awaiting my medicines ordered on 24th May. The app still shows to be delivered on 26th May and order status as "Dispatched". This allis same as of 26th May.

                                    Now, you please rate your service yourself and let me know what should I do?

                                      They have sent me the peadiatric medicine okacet which was expired in 10/2019.

                                      If i did not look the dates correctly and i had used the medicine how it would have affected the child.

                                      It just shows how badly you care for the customers/patients.

                                      I want the proper response to the same.

                                      You need to pay me rs 10, 000 for your negligence. Otherwise i will file a case against you in the future.

                                      Treat this as more urgent.
