This is regarding the order placed on 4th april order no: or8538ik-010a and or8538ik-011a for rs.1799 through my sbi account (To address: reliance greens, jamnagar-361142).
On 8th april only one item - rozucor asp 75mg (30 tablets) were provided.
Till date i haven't received the rest of the tablets ordered. I have not received any refund of the rest of the amount[protected].53= rs. 1616.47).

My order or8538ik-010a remains cancelled, nor does it show any current/ remaining orders in my account.
Either provide my tablets ordered or please refund the money.
I have placed numerous calls to your customer care no., but have not been able to speak your executive as your provision to make calls is not viable.

    I order five medicines from medlife app.but l cancelled before delivery.but l already paid by debit card.the amount is1667.44.transaction ID OR9726PKB - 1A_2_C.please return the money to my bank account as early as possible.l need the money most.l have an urgency.please take some initiative.thank you.

      Dear customer care
      Till how long you will fool customers with your fake commitments and lame excuses. I order the urgent medicine (Wide order no - or0965ru-002a)â from your website after checking the delivery time which was showing 48 hours after order but after placing order on 1st may, i got the message to deliver the medicines by 3rd may.
      All of sudden on 3rd may i got the message that i will get the medicines on 5th may by 10 am and when on 5th may i am checking my order detail, it is showing that i will get the medicines on 8th may.
      Are you making foll to customers and doing fraud with them bu making false commitments. I ordered these medicines because i need that on urgent basis as all medicines are used by my parents and they are on regular medications of these medicines due to diabetes and high bp.
      Now if i will not get the medicines by today then i will file a police complaint and case in consumer forum for showing false delivery time on website for earning money from customers and making them fool by delaying the delivery.
      I will definitely highlight this to social media badly as during these days when the situation is really tough, that these kind of # companies are earning money like anything and making customer fool and doing fraud.

        I ordered from medlife for n95 mask, the order was delivered in a day, after sanitizing the packet, it opened then there are broken sealedbox with mask inside it, i saw that it was not n-95. Neither is there a honey ball in it, and the mask size are so big that even the normal person's face is covered, if it is covered by it, then the whole head can be covered. Somebody will definately tamper with mask and changed real mask. I immediately raise the complaint and apply for refund or replace this mask, i was told that i do not give refunds of mask, then i told them that if it is not there then i will not show the item of refund on my app because last 10 year i have been associated with med life, if things that are not refundable do not show refunds and if i checked, the mask which was low rate was showing, it was very expensive mask, that's why i put it on refundable to take them back and said that we have been sent the wrong item. I will be complained, i have come to be picked up, but the people who are from account team in lucknow are saying that their money will not go back, we request you to call medlife i called medlife 6 times in a day and regularly chasing up the matter but i got respond that they are raising the complaint but till now my problem not resolved, the first time in 10 years i have to face the problem it is my request that you please take strong action on this.

          I have ordered 3 medicines with amount of rs333.01, and also made the online payment of it but when the delivery boy gave the packet to me.
          There is only 2 medicines with invoice attached of rs204.01.
          So where is my extra balance of rs129.00 that i have paid.
          I have also attaching invoice as well as payment receipt copy.

            Had placed an order for medicines worth rs. 503 on 22nd april 2020 and paid through paytm ref: [protected]

            On 27th april 202 i got a message of cancellation of order due to unavailability of medicines.

            I received a sms saying for refund. (Sms attached below)

            Dear customer, a refund of rs 503.27 for your order or6341kib-002a has been initiated. The amount will be credited to your payment source by 3-5 days. Kindly refer to your transaction id or6341kib-002a_1_w for any queries. Hope to serve you better next time.

            Its above 5 days and i have not received any refund.

            This is so not accepted that you dont retuen the money that you charged even after failing to deliver the order.

            Please refund my money today urgently.

              I have ordered medicines from medlife order id or5162nya-004a.
              I have been trying to reach customer care since a month but no one responded. The order i received contains missing medicines.
              My accepted ordered contained following items-
              Ecospirin 75- 70 tab
              Ismo 20 - 60 tab
              Wysolone 10 mg - 75 tab
              Wysolone 5 mg - 75 tab

              For above order payment of rs313 was made before delivery.

              The delivered order contains following medicines-

              Ecospirin 75- 70 tab
              Ismo 20 - 30 tab
              Wysolone 5 mg - 45 tab

              So, missing ordered medicines are-

              Ismo 20 - 30 tab
              Wysolone 10 mg - 75 tab
              Wysolone 5 mg - 30 tab

              The undelivered medicines price is rs185.5.
              I wish to have the refund of same.

                I had made a payment of rs. 1611.94 on 4th march '20 for medicines. The app showed failed transaction, but the amount got debited from my account. I raised the issue with customer care of medlife express they told me to wait.in the mean time delivery of the medicines was done and i was told to pay again the amount o 1611.94 rs. I approached the bank and they told that the amount has been credited to medlife express e-commerce website. I have been emailing medlife asking for a refund. But the only email reply that i got - looking into the issue. Its been 2 months now and they have not refunded the amount. The order details are - #ltlqmk on 4th march '20. I need the refund immediately. Attached the is the transaction detail.

                    Ordered some medicine in medlife on April24. I cancelled my order on April 30 due to delay in delivery. Medlife promised for refund but it's not yet received. My order details are as follow.

                        I have ordered veet full body waxing kit for dry skin - 20 strips (2packs) from "medlife" app on 29th april, 2020 and then only i have cancelled my order.

                        But till now i have not got the refund. Although i got the message that they have initiated the refund. The customer care number is not working and i have also emailed several times to "medlife" but there is no response from them. Please help me to get my money back.

                          I ordered from medlife app on 22nd april 2020 for my parents who are suffering from high diabetes, high blood pressure etc with advance payment option, and expected delivery shown was 23 april 2020.

                          I already paid for this order amount rs. 3557/- via icici banking after applying icici coupon on your app and it shows expected delivery date is 23rd april 2020.

                          But yesterday, i. E. On 1st may 2020, while your delivery person is handing over the medicines, he told us that the payment is not made against this order and took back those critical medicines that medlife deliver it after 10 days. I showed him some proofs regards payment confirmation message from medlife for the same date i. E. 22nd april 2020.

                          While i am trying to make payment again, it shows negative amount. And if i am trying to cancel the order, then it shows unable to cancel as your order is under processing.

                          I attached below some proofs regarding order details, payment confirmation etc.

                          This is an example of poor service and unprofessional way of treating your loyal and needy customers during pandemic. As we are avoiding to go outside because our area is in under red zone else we can purchase it from any local chemist.

                            I have ordered medicine of rs 5069 to medlife. I received medicine on 27th march 2020 by order number or2766csa-011a. They have modified my order and supplied me medicine of amt rs 1759.00 only. I am asking again and again to refund my balance amount, but they are not refunding my balance amount. Call centre person is saying that they had already refund my balance amount, but i have not got single penny in my account. I had even emailed my statement to them, but still not getting any support from team. Please ask conpany to refund my balance amount.

                              Ordered baby food on 28th march 2020 and made online payment of rupees 5720, got confirmation that it will be delivered on 3rd of april 2020, but then there was no mail no msgs from medlife regarding the delivery, i was waiting for the product till 11th of april and then i finally cancelled the product as my money was stuck since then there is no mail no msg regarding refund.                                 Order placed for supply of 4 types of medicines on 8Apr2020.Customer executive of MEDLIFE called on phone and confirmed the order then raised invoice for ₹1000.88 and solicited payment online.Accordingly exact payment made to wallet as no intention to purchase further.But without any prior intimation only 2typrs of medicines were supplied and silent about balance amount paid.After reminding them several times the amount transferred to wallet instead of Bank account from where amount sent to them.When again reminded said that as per their policy amount will not be transferred to Bank account and requested to purchase future requirements.I have informed them repeatedly that I have no future requirement hence to transfer amt to Bank.For that there is no reply.Hence this complaint.

                                  The company has the weakest and un acceptable return polices, i have been calling them for the refund of my medicines since one month and everytime either they cancel my call or say that they have forwarded the complaint. All i get a call from this company is to set an order but these irresponsible people dont have time to look at the issues their customers face. The refund amount stands at 3500 rupees and these irresponsible people cancel my calls and ignore my mails.
                                  I request that my issue is solved as soon as possible, and this is my last time purchase from this irresponsible company.

                                  Worst company. They accepted returns for Rs.800 worth medicines 45 days ago. they haven't deposited anything yet. No reply to emails. Customer care is mere waste. I will never buy from them.

                                    As I am patient suffering from high BP & Cholesterol.This company has blocked my amount & my life saving medicine.
                                    I am directly blaming MEDLIFE for all issue related to health.

                                        Medlife is totally careless about customer service. Medlife do not deliver products in given time.. Even in lockdown it is been 6 days they haven't delivered product. On 26th april i hot a text that product will be delivered to you be ready to recieve it.. They still did not sent it to me. I sent few mails but still they gave no replies.. Medlife should not be trusted.
