I had ordered few medicines in medlifee and had received my order on 13th april.

However delivery team requested me to make the payment in cash claiming that i have not done the payment previously. And i made the payment assuming my previous payment made online may had got failed due to which i had to pay rs.830/- in cash to receive the order, as i needed it urgently for my aged father.

Can you kindly help me initiate the refund of payment done via amazon pay, which i am attaching here.

I had ordered medicines worth rs.725.66/-. Order number : or7246mib-001a. I kept on waiting and the order was still processing till 10 days. My number of items automatically got reduced and and on 16th of april i got the message that my order has been cancelled. I didn't receive any message as to whether the refund has been initiated. I have been calling these people everyday, have even mailed them, still i haven't received any response from their side.

Had ordered oral drops for my kid
. Initially they accepted the order and money got debited from my account.. Later after few days got a message telling that the is not available.. Was supposed to get a refund in 2-3 business days but didn't get a refund still... Had raised a complaint and mailed to the [protected]@ medlife.com but there was no response.. Kindly do refund the amount...

We Ordered medicines on 8-April-2020 for Rs. 1935.88. After two days they modified and removed some items due to unavailability. After order modification The amount was Rs. 693.84 Order Number (OR3741VIB-001A). Even after modification we did not receive any medicines so far and status are also not update. Again the status of pending charges simply vanished from Medlife mobile application. There is no status of remaining amount Rs. 1242.04 and we did not get the refund for the same. Now the current amount showing is Rs 693.84.
As customer care numbers also not picked up we cancelled the order and we need complete refund which we payed (Rs. 1935.88)

I have not received the refund of rs 1350 against order number or4755xna-005a. The order was cancelled from medlife's end.

I received a message on 31 march 2020 that i will be refunded but it is already 16 days and no refund has come through.

I have sent mails to medlife but received no response from them.
Also tried to call their customer care number but it is not working.

Can u please update me on the refund amount on priority basis against Order ID: OR4924JGB-002A & OR4924JGB-003A as I have not received it.

No number mentioned on ur website is working nor responding.

This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable that need to follow up for the money which has been cancelled by you.

I have ordered a medicines on 15 march 202020 and i returned it for some issue but 23 days completed my refund still not initiated i already contact customer care many times and makes complaints regarding refund issue they tolding me give 24 to 48 hour's to resolve the issue then after 48 hour's i contact again they telling same things give 48 hours... Pls help me...
I called lot of time but they disconnect directly and when pick up they put on hold and after 10 to 15 min its disconnect i want to complaint against medlife..

Please help me how can i file the complain in the cyber crime department

Sir I have ordered medicine (order no:OR2822MIB-001A) on 4 April on this month and I did the payment of 1424.98₹/ on the same day and it should be delivered on before 8 April. I got a message that the order will be delay due to that I've cancelled the the order on the same day . But still I didn't receive my refund back in my card .
Kindly please help through this

I ordered for the medicine on 24 march, (Order id : or0073tgb-003a), but medlife cancelled my order on 26 march, and send a message a refund has been initiated.
But even after nearly 20 days i have not received refund.
I also cancelled another order on 28march, (Order id : or0073tgb-004a) but refund is still awaiting.
Due to the lockdown company ask for pre-paid orders only. But after receiving amount they even don't replies to the messages.
Refund details are as under :

I had ordered medicine on 11 april march 2020 and in which 2 medicines got cancelled on 13 april automatically as i dint get refund for those two medicines till 15 april i therefore cancelled the entire order with medlife

I had sent mails to @medlife.com but no response from them.
Also tried to call their customer care number but it is not working.

On 27 th march i placed an order then 28 th march made payment in medlife and 31th march cancelled because not confirmed my order. Then i called medlife care on 2nd april and asked about my refund then they said it will be transfer in to your bank account with in 7 th working days credit your amount. But till dated not received refund yet, so i called than again on 10th and 12 april then they said you will received refund 31th march. So please help me to get my refund amount. I made an order with reference id : or0883mhb-001a on 26th march 2020. But company cancelled the order on 31 march 2020. I got a message that money will be automatically refunded but no refund has been credited to my account till date 13th april 2020. The refund of the amount is of rs.13178/-. I forwarded mails to their support as well as care department but no reply.

The above order was initially placed on 9th april with 7 items. Without informing me your concerned section had cancelled...

Hi, my order no. Is or5364fpa-002a. I was supposed to get the delivery by 30th march... But it never arrived and my order is cancelled. I've been mailing almost everyday them regarding the order and issue of refund but there's no response at all. Even customer care isnt working! Plz look into this and issue me the refund at the earliest.

I have received a sms two says before that order is confirmed and the will be delivered by today that is two days before and asked me to click on the link to make the payment. I made the payment but did not received the package. Today again i received the sms that the product will be delivered but when i contacted the delivery agent he did mot answered the call and now i got a sms that delivery agent coukd not deliver it. I need to know is it realky been attempted or its all fake as i have not received any phone call from the delivery agent rather i contacted him twice but he did nit answered the call.

I want to know the status of the my order whose details are attached and wanted call back.

Myself n my wife ordering medicines from med life for the past 2 years regulary every month.
I placed an order for 60 mg capsules of dabistar on the 1st of april 2020 order no. Or9898ot-016a

Above packet of medicines i received on 04/04/2020 in the evening.
Since i had enough stock of dabistar 75 from your previous order, i only opened the packet today and for my surprise i found 1 strip of glycirest-m 80 mrp 49.73 expiry 05/2020.
Back side of the packing box a hand written sticker or7514cna-006a.

When i called your no.[protected], this morning, got a reply saying that i should have opened the box on receiving n checked the items and now he can not help.
I am a senior citizen of 79 years of age with limited source of finance and not able to loose
Money rs1, 081.91.
Pl look into. I will be much obliged to receive my required medicines which i have already payed for in cash on delivey.
