Pathetic experience with medlife company, 1st time i tried to buy the medicine through app where the medicine was available and i booked on 22april 2020, where there was no update on medicine delivery and on 25th april 2020 i maid the online payment for the same medicine and they can build the trust of genuine customer and deliver the medicine soon, but after some time they cancelled my order and just drafted a msg that we refunded your money and it will take 6-7 days to reflect to your account, same less service when i contacted customer support they said they don't have stock and can't do anything for immediate refund or rearrange the medicine, when i said i do the fir against fooling customer and holding him from 4 days and now holding my money they said go ahead and complaint, same less service specially in medical field, i think this is one of ceo strategies to hold the customer and fool them once they will make the payment.
