Order no 3219ETA-010A On line payment made on 11th april
amount Rs 344.81. On 14th the delivery person again demanded
payment. on refusal to pay again he did not deliver. company has not so
far made refund of the money

    I have placed two orders online on medlife on 13th april & 15th april. The delivery of 1st order was assured by 16th april and 2nd order was assured by 18th april
    After continuous follow up at medlife helpline no., 1 of 2 orders delivered with short supply of items.
    The other order has could not be delivered and has been cancelled by medlife unilaterally without intimation to me.
    Also, refund not initiated on account of short supply of items of delivered order and refund of cancelled orders.
    Medlife has been requested with repeated reminders to initiate refund due to modification of delivered order on account of short supply of items and other refund due to cancellation of order by you. But, they didn't take any action so far. Medlife has not even responded to me.
    This is really frustrating and disappointing that in spite of continuous calling at medlife helpline number, the medlife could not deliver the orders despite delay of more than two week's time. Also, they are not processing refund for short supply delivery and cancelled order.

      On 11th April 2020 I made online payment of Rs 344.81 to Medlife.
      on 14th April the suplly man again wanted payment and w hen I
      refused payment he did not deliver the message.

      This was brought to medlife through many mails but no reply.
      Also no action to refund money or supply medicine

        I ordered few medicines on 15th april 2020 from medlife mobile app and i paid the amount of rs. 608.82/- online that time, they accepted the order and after some time they cancelled the order still they didn't initiate the refund, i tried calling multiple time to medlife customer care but they are disconnecting the calls, after multiple times mails also they are not atall responding to any of my mail.

          Dear sir/madam,

          I have placed an order on 17th apr`20 vide order no. Or7013iib-001a in medlife app.
          Where order items have been revised and one medicine was removed since the same is not avilable.
          After that all rest medicine along with one 500 ml sanitizer yet to deliver and also it delivered on 23rd apr'20 morning at 9:30am.
          Where in packege one item is missing and the same item is also mentioned in invoice, it means invoice was generated with 500ml sanitizer and i have paid the amount also but the same is not received.

          Also please note, 500ml sanitizer unit couldn't be packed in your raguler package, we should give another package but another package also not given to me.

          Please check and revert back as soon as possible.

            My father ordered Medlife automatic blood pressure monitoritor device. But they delivered blood sugar monitor device. While called their number for return, no one is picking up. Please do the needful to resolve this issue and return the wrong product as soon as possible.

              Hi,
              I got frustrated with way medlife works. They only keep sending thier promotional sms and whenever I place order they cancel it after giving the reason that the product is not available. I placed order 4 times and everytime they cancelled it. So i want delete my account with them.

                Pathetic experience with medlife company, 1st time i tried to buy the medicine through app where the medicine was available and i booked on 22april 2020, where there was no update on medicine delivery and on 25th april 2020 i maid the online payment for the same medicine and they can build the trust of genuine customer and deliver the medicine soon, but after some time they cancelled my order and just drafted a msg that we refunded your money and it will take 6-7 days to reflect to your account, same less service when i contacted customer support they said they don't have stock and can't do anything for immediate refund or rearrange the medicine, when i said i do the fir against fooling customer and holding him from 4 days and now holding my money they said go ahead and complaint, same less service specially in medical field, i think this is one of ceo strategies to hold the customer and fool them once they will make the payment.

                    I recently ordered n-95 masks for which the amount of 600 was paid online too. Due to the product unavailablity, i received a following message:

                    Your order or5263wgb-002a has been modified due to unavailability of the following products, mask n95 safent mens pm2.5 - large. We will be delivering the remaining medicines as per promised schedule. Customer support[protected]

                    And the delivery guy delivered other medicines i had ordered and said i would be receiving my refund amount for the unavailable mask in next 48 hours. It’s been more than 15 days and no response to my calls or mails from medlife.

                      I had placed an order for medicines worth rs. 1083.19 on 14th april 2020. I paid the full amount. But, on april 18th i received few medicines worth rs. 218.23.

                      As, the rest of the amount not credited, i tried to contact the customer service but could not able to contact. So, i sent mail twice to the customer care, from there also not received any answer.

                      When shall i receive the remaining amount back?

                        I ordered medicines on 4th April 2020 and was promised to delivered them by 17th April 2020. On 16th, I received a message that my order was cancelled without any valid reason. Now it’s been a week and I still haven’t received my refund in my account.
                        This is not done. I’ve to order medicines from other websites and now I’m out of options.

                          I placed a order on 13.04.2020 & its number was or6698gjb-001a the app suggested deliveries on 16.04.2020, i called up the customer care on friday 17.04.2020 the lady said that my order will be delivered by 19.04.2020 max, i made my payment in advance using my cc, but till date i have not received my medicines, also now when i am calling their customer care the calls are dropping, never expected that companies like medlife can be such a fraud, if they do not have sources for deliveries why are they accepting orders from customers & why dont they refund the money as indian railway has done. Really a bad experience of wasting time as well as money also.

                            Med life is known for its poor service and it proves everytime. Today also i spoke with one of the customer care regarding delivery of medicine and instead of helping they were in doubt/not sure about delivery date of the medicine. My father is a stroke patient and i was to get delivery of the order on 21st april and till today i haven’t received the order, on asking customer care said they didn’t knew abt it and do not know further by when will it be delivered as few medicines were not available and still asking me to make online payment.
                            When your customer care people doesn’t know anything and even cannot contact procurement team to know the status of the medicine then why you all keep such people in ur company and if you don’t have stock of medicines for critical patient then why you even claim to be best and ask your customers to take subscriptions of medicines for a year.
                            And this is not the first time, earlier also many times i had come up with such kinda issues,, had some patients been there at your home and you don’t get medicines available with you for them,, at that time then you will be understanding my situation.

                              I have returned order because of low quality product delivered for staderderd quickly product charged
                              12 days back but still refund not credited for order no
                              Or6956kbh-004a and or6956kbh-005a of rs 600/- & 700/-
                              Which reverse pich up completed on 10th april only
                              Still they have not refund is not inciated
                              Please large a complaint against this issue refund as soon as possible.

                                I was ordered my medicines 4th april, they accepted my order than they cenceltation my order, than msg me my refund is returned 7days, right now today is 19day, i m not getting my money in my account. Its request to you 🙏 please return my refund, it's very dispointig me again nd again. So many times i emailed and called but not responding, very bad services. Plz do my refund early as possible otherwise i will be taken action against your company, it's not fair for customers.😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

                                  My order no. Is or5364fpa-002a. I was supposed to get the delivery by 30th march... But it never arrived and my order is cancelled. I've been mailing themalmost everyday regarding the order and issue of refund but there's no response at all. Even customer care isnt working! It's going to be a month now... Plz look into this and issue me the refund at the earliest.

                                    Excess amount of rs 632 paid against a medlife order i'd or6191vha-009a dtd 13th april 20 at time of placing order. I paid an amount of rs 1521.61 against this order but when receive my order which is invoiced of rs 888.70. I sent emails regarding this issue to care and support team of medlife but till today i didn't receive any response from them regarding my refund request. You're therefore requested to take appropriate steps to ensure my refund.

                                      Order value rs. 2706.25/-

                                      2. Medlife cancelled the order at their end.

                                      3. Customer care simply parrot that the refund has been initiated on march 31, 2020. But, till date, there is no refund to my credit card a/c, from which i paid online.

                                      4. No response to e-mail from customer care. Even mail to saurabh. [protected]@medlife.com remains unanswered till date.

                                      I don't know, if at all there is any hope of getting back my money.
