I have ordered for 3 stips of lmp 9 and 4 hand sanitizers on 10th april, and they both were showing available in the app, i paid for the whole order via google pay, order was to be delivered by 13th april, but on 13th april they showed me that hand sanitizers are out of stock, and my order got modified, so i cancelled the order all together, but there no communication till now from medlife team about refund process, i have sent mail to their designated mail also but no reply till date. Please look into this matter.

Updated by Rakesh Kumar Rong I just received a call from a number originated from uttar pradesh, and he sounds like he is a representative from medlife and asked me about my issue about the refund situation, I told him and after that he said that dut to some technical error they cannot transfer my refund to my the original source of payment, i.e gpay, he needed my debit card number bank name expiry date etc, at first I gave him my debit card no thinking he could transfer me online then when he asked about the expiry date printed on the card then I came to my senses ! What a fool I am! He is trying to scam me !
when I asked him why he need my debit card expriy date and all he just argeued for some time and disconnected the call. Beware people, I am attaching screenshot of the number so medlife could confirm if it's their representatives number or what!
