5-irresponsible staffs

I ordered 7 item for and only 2 were shipped and that too wrong one so i got disappointed and cancelled the order. I will recommend medlife yo anyone and also i will not using it again.

      I had paid 2270.70 against order or0524a-003a. Order has been accepted successfully and reviesed at some time due to medicines not able, only one item has which value is 50 rs and order value alter which showing now 50 rs.

      One item of 50 rs i had received against the order or0524a-003a. Against cancelled item by medlife no money return till date, also no information about the return moneny is shared by me till date.

      I had written many mail to [protected]@medlife.com but no revert till date.

      Please refund my prepaid money 2220.70 instantly,

        Hi,

        I have given an order for medicines vide order no.-or0911qjb-001a. It has 4 products,
        Telnimac m — 100 quantity,
        Thyrox 25 — 1 quantity
        Triolmesar — 100 quantity,
        Volibo m 0.2 — 100 quantity

        But when i opened the consignment, even though rest products were okay, there were only 80 quantities of volibo m 0.2.20 tablets were missing.

        I need these 20 tablets on immediate basis and why was i given 20 less. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
        I need an answer to it. Or please refund my money for the 20 tablets.

          My order with the order id or7053awa-002a was cancelled by the company due to unavailability of products. I had ordered it on 29 march 2020, now, it's been 20 days and there is still no sign of any refund. I have emailed on the email id provided on the website but there were no replies and the customer care number provided on the site does not work. I have no clue how to get the matter resolved.

            Dear sir/ma'am

            I am raushan pandey, reg mobile number :- [protected].
            I ordered medicine 6days before & after payment i got information also that you will get medicine on 19 th of april 2020.

            Till now i didn't get any information via email or phone call, text msg, but in medicine order history show your order is cancelled.

            But today when i checked my order status.

            They showed there your order is cancelled.

            Without any information medilife can't cancel the order.

            These medicines are very important for my patient health, if i will not get this medicine till tomorrow evening & if something misshapen with my patients, i will file case against medilife.

            So it's my request please provide me my medicine at given time.

            I am also attaching the screenshot of my order.
            I didn't cancel my order, but they are showing same.

                I had ordered some medicines on medlife app for which i had paid rs 1998 online on 25 th march.. Through debit card.. After some day i got medlife mail that due to non availability of some medicines.. Only items for rs 799 will be delivered and rest amount will be credited back in my bank account.. So i cancelled the rest whole order due to unavailability of important items.. But till today 19 april 2020.. I have not received my refund for my order number or8756jhb-001a.. Amount due 1998.. This was my first experience with medlife.. I hope my account will be credited as early as possible... Rajnandini hati

                  I have been supplied some of the medicine on 12/4 vide order id draft4744wsd dt 06/04 against online payment. It has been observed that though my requsition was " telmisartan amh 40 but you have supplied telmisartan 40. This telmisartan 40 devoides of two esential chemicals amlodipine and hydrochlorothiazole. Kindly either supply the correct medicine or return it back by returning the money paid for these tablets. It seems my earlier complain dt 12/4 was not taken consideration by you.

                  My 12/4 complain not attended by company . You must appreciate that customers give requsitiin for urgent medicine . Delay in your part defited the very purpose.

                  Till today 01/05/2020 complain not resolved . It is related to a vital medicine and to change or to return the money if you take so much time, there is a sufficient reason about your credintial .

                    I had ordered some medicines on medlife app for which i had paid rs 660 online.. Through debit card.. After some days i got medlife mail that due to non availability ofsome medicines.. Only items for rs 115 will be delivered and rest amount will be credited back in my bank account.. Items delivered on 2 april 2020.. But till today 18 april 2020.. I have not received my refund for my order number or1687jib-001a delivered to me on[protected]..net amount due 660-115= 545..                       Medlife refund ordar no or 7669 hwa 002a and transition id no 25456964 dt 29 march 20 amount 2005.38/- but not credit in sbi credit card amount to till date.
                      I am confirm breif details order no about medlife costomar care 10 times. But not attend sbi credit card costomar care 29 march 20 to till date. I am tried to your sbi credit card costomar care not attend call.
                      I am daily call try but after 17 minutes automatically call end.
                      Please help me.
                      Allready complaints consumar fouram but not action re again complain not refund to till date.

                          I placed a wrong item on my order but the customer service is very poor as they don't pick up the call or the return option on their app doesn't work. Kindly look into this matter as Medlife doesn't respond to any query.

                            After collecting the full payment for (11) items medlife have reduced the medicines to (7) items from (11) items amounting to rs. 1073.47 and didn't refunded the excess amount of rs.1, 113.95.

                              But received only 2 masks instead of 3, though the seal of the parcel box was not broken when i myself received it from the delivery person.
                              Kindly either refund the price of the 3rd mask or kindly send me 1 more mask as soon as possible.

                                I called to customer care nearly 40-50 times, call was not connecting.
                                I have paid the amount around 700Rs, medicines supposed to deliver on 2nd April, but till now medicines were not delivered.
                                Order status is showing as Shipped, so not able to cancel the Order.

                                  I had placed order no. Or5285ijb-001a for rs. 803.31. Money was paid, and receipt acknowledged. The app. Showed the order on that date[protected].

                                  Suddenly, the next day[protected], on the app. The order was shown for one medicine for rs. 70.03. I had written a mail, which was not acknowledged.

                                  Toaday only one medicine worth rs. 70.03 has been delivered, and there is no word about the rest of my order.

                                  I want immediate refund of rs. 733.22.

                                    Dear service provider,

                                    I booked an order for medicine with prescription for rs 1806.81 vide order no or8612zhb-001a in the name of mrs shikha ghoshal on 30th march 2020.
                                    I got a call from medlife regarding the medicine details and accordingly i made payment to medlife.
                                    Medlife confirmed the delivery of medicine by 3rd april 20 through sms but suddenly they sent one message that order has been cancelled.
                                    Till date i have not received my money back. I made three complaint letter through app but there is no reply.
                                    I tried to make complain through call center but they say there is no active order. I am now in trouble. Request you to refund my money immediately.

                                      I had ordered 2 units lantus inj. Cartridges on 1 april, 2020.
                                      I was delivered a substitute without any known brand name and a different molecule.
                                      Hence i returned the medicine and pick up was arranged on 3 april, 2020.
                                      However, i have not received any refund to my payment source or medlife wallet since 15 days.
                                      I am not happy with the kind of lethargy when it comes to consumers money refunding.

                                        I have ordered for 3 stips of lmp 9 and 4 hand sanitizers on 10th april, and they both were showing available in the app, i paid for the whole order via google pay, order was to be delivered by 13th april, but on 13th april they showed me that hand sanitizers are out of stock, and my order got modified, so i cancelled the order all together, but there no communication till now from medlife team about refund process, i have sent mail to their designated mail also but no reply till date. Please look into this matter.

                                        I just received a call from a number originated from uttar pradesh, and he sounds like he is a representative from medlife and asked me about my issue about the refund situation, I told him and after that he said that dut to some technical error they cannot transfer my refund to my the original source of payment, i.e gpay, he needed my debit card number bank name expiry date etc, at first I gave him my debit card no thinking he could transfer me online then when he asked about the expiry date printed on the card then I came to my senses ! What a fool I am! He is trying to scam me !

                                        when I asked him why he need my debit card expriy date and all he just argeued for some time and disconnected the call. Beware people, I am attaching screenshot of the number so medlife could confirm if it's their representatives number or what!
