I have ordered medicine in medlife but the delivered item is some wrong medicine (tacrolimus capsules) so iam contacting the customer care of medlife but they are not responding...

    Order id : draft4744wsd dt 4th april togather with prescription.in prescription there is tablet telmisartan amh 40 mgs which contain 1) telmisartan 40mg 2) hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg & 3) amlodipine 5mg. But you have supplied telmisartan 40mg which is not the actual tablet at all what i will use. There are many sustitute of this tab in the market such as telmikind amh 40mg or telma amh 40 mg.

      The above order was initially placed on 9th april with 7 items. Without informing me your concerned section had cancelled certain medicine's which are now placed under order or8338vr-005a today adding one additional item. I had already paid through icici credit card rs. 5109.56 for the first order of which it shows now as -3643.30 for the cancelled medicine's. Anyway, with new order or8338vr-005a i paid rs. 3311.94 today online. If possible adjust the amount to my available extra amount with you and refund the remaining rs. 331.96 urgently to solve my financial credit balance. If not possible to adjust, then immediately arrange to refund the total amount of 3643.30 to the credit card from which you received the payment.
      Kindly advise your concerned people, before cancelling any order, they must take permission of the client and not decide themselves to cancel and leave the customer in trouble like present situation. Today i ordered alternate to the cancelled medicine's which i would have done if informed 3 days ago.

        Sir, i had order pampers active baby from your medlife app and payment has been also paid to you, but order was cancelled your side on 30 mar 2020 but my refund amount not received in my account till to date. I want say to you that i talk to your customer care no (Customer care employee) then said to me that my refund amount initiate in my account up to 10 apr 2020, but today is 11 apr 2020 and now my refund amount not initiate in my account.

        It is requested that please may be credit my refund amount in my account.

          Hello, my order id is or5752xib-001a, i ordered the product on 9 th april, i have ordered 2 strips of keraboost, 10 strips of shecal 500, 10 strips of rocaltrol 0.25.

          Now the first issue what happened to me, i discussed these here, - i wanted to buy shelcal 500, whose price is rs/-90, but after payment (Checkout time) i saw shelcal 500 product price amount increased to rs/-98.895, how it is possible, every where the price is rs/- 90 for these medicine as i already ordered the product and paid the amount i was unable to cancel it as the payment was done, so i want the chargeback of the extra amount which was taken from medlife for that particular product..

          I have documented proof.. So plz refund my extra debited money..

          My second issue is today morning i saw that medlife cancelled my order, and creates a new order where they provide 10 strips of shelcal 500and 2 strips of keraboost tablet.. They cut my medicine rocaltrol 0.25, and surprisingly they made a refund request of the rest of the amount.

          Now the issue is that, as i have used icici credit card, for that i get 30% off on medicine, but they cancelled the order so the order became less than rs/- 1500 and discount reduced to 18%. After giving 18% discount on these two products they refund rest of the amount.

          I am totally surprised how medlife can do these to me, i am totally shocked if they think product is not in stock why they give the freedom to us to order???

          How they cut my product and rearrange it with their own, who give them permission??

          Why the whole order is not get cancelled and why not they refunded the whole amount?? Is it my fault?

          Why they reduced the discount from 30% to 18%?

          Now my point us when i try to contact customer service as i was unable to cancel the order from my own, they did not pick up my call, it is chargeable i already charged many times but at the time"ap line be bane raye, hamare pratinidhi apse jaldi hi bat karenge" and the call cuts, now plz tell me from where i get the support so that my problem will resolved as they are asking for call assistant, which is not available..

          If the medicine cannot be sold with 30% discount, i don't need that medicine, i need immediate cancellation and immediate refund..

          Such a shame, medlife is doing is business by scamming indian pepole, how can you do these when whole world is suffering and ur company is playing with medicine discounts??

          So my point was clear, either send the product only at 30% discount or cancel the whole product and refund my money.

          So that i can buy these from any other company, their i will get 25% discount, only for 30% i choosed medlife, but it was waste time, waste of money, just a headeacque..

          So resolve the case, asap, how shameless customer service u are.. Rediculous.. Worst service i have ever seen in my life at the field of online medicine delivery..

            I have ordered 2 box of medicine and paid total amount 1430 for this. Due to shortage they delivered only 1box.
            Not received refund for this yet.
            Refund expected is 715rs.
            Even followed up with repeated mails and calls not getting satisfactory answer from medlife. Please help to get refund.

                I wish to complain about the order or2817zea-001a medicine eyetamin total (20 units) costing rs.454.40 that i ordered on 18-march-2020 on the www.medlife.com through online transaction.

                I am complaining because the order was canceled due to stock issues on 20-march-2020. To resolve this problem i would like you to refund the amount to the same transacted bank.

                When i first learned of this problem, i contacted the website's complaint unit and presented the same problem as soon as the order was canceled, the medlife had updated a message on the ph. No:[protected] on 23-march-2020 that they would refund the amount of the canceled order but nothing has been done in so long and i belive tgis response is unfair because they promised to refund and amount but that hasn't been done. I would like a reply explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.

                I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If i do not hear from you within 3 days i will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I may be contacted at [protected]@gmail.com and ph.                     I have ordered 60 pcs oxetol 300mg on 31/01/2020, order id - or4374cra004a, amount rs.462.48. I have paid online through pay pal voucher of rs. 500 expired on 01/04/2020. Expected delivery of the medecine was 04/04/2020. But it not delivered by medlife. On 06/04/2020, i got a message thay my order has been cancelled and there is no any reason mentioned. Medlife return the amount in pay pal a\c, but due to voucher expired on 01/04/2020, the amount returned by medlife deducted by pal. Now here is my question to medlife that why i will suffer for medlife mistake. It is a huge moneytori loss for me. I have call several times to your csr, but their answer is not satisfactory and very rude. The don't want to listen me. I am your permanent customer and i never think such type of treatment by medlife. I am very shocked.
                    I hope the problem is solved by medlife for smooth operation in future.

                      I had placed order on 24 March and is not delivered yet. I had to call each day to know the status. And I was informed daily to wait 24 hours. I'm pissed off with the customer service. This is my first order and the worst one.

                            Refund not credited in my account for my cancelled order or7175fq-010a & no reply for my emails too.

                            My order quantity of modified with out any information against confirm paid order online rs.7170.82 by debit card.

                            So i cancelled order on 04/04/2020 & received sms that refund process will be informed but till date do not receive any confirmation or communication after that.

                                The order was made on March 2020 and was supposed to be delivered by March 31. However, the order isn't delivered till date and the customer is not responding either. The last response I got from them was 6 days ago that read 'Greetings from Medlife!

                                    Please process the refund. you have not initiated my refund against cancellation of product. I have called customer care atleast 50 times and everytime there is no response at all. Call even didn't connect to customer care. Order id - OR5940Y1A-001A. I am in very much need of my money.

                                    Due to lockdown we couldn't even go out. So we order medicines and other health products online. And if it couldn't be deliver then whats the point in ordering.

                                      This is regarding or3524gy-005a.
                                      Medicines delivered were not as per the quantity ordered, and a refund was requested. Everytime calling the customer service is a pain as they don't give any valuable information, and just say backend team is investigating. Not sure what they have been investigating. Refund amount is close to ₹960.
                                      Customer service is so bad that they in turn shout at us.

                                        I placed 3 orders ( id - OR7824VHB-001A OR7824VHB-002A and OR7824VHB-003A) and haven’t received any refund. It’s more than OR7824VHB-002A and a one week. Please initiate my refund as soon as possible. I tried calling you.. pathetic services
