I ordered some medicines from medlife-order #or9051rla-003a, which also included 5 units of humalog mix 50/50 100 iu, which i did not receive. The pack was delivered on april 2nd, upon inquiring about the insulin pack, which was supposed to come in ice-pack, the delivery person said that he missed it in the store, and would deliver it the next day. Next day, he called up and said that he could not find that pack anywhere in the store room. I am a 71-year-old lady and my life is pretty much dependent on insulin. Medlife's customer care is almost nonexistent and nowhere in the app is there a way to chat or raise a complaint. Email doesn't yield any response either. Please help me getting delivery asap or arrange for refund.
