I have order on medlife on 23 march 2020. Afer two days they modified my order. 7 items converted into 3 items.
So i cancel my order on 25 march.
Today is 13th day of cancellation.
But refund is not initiated and not received in my account.
I call to customer care for last 5 days they says it will take 5 to 7 days.
Please give refund to my account. My order id is or8585xla-005a.

I ordered medicines but delay in delivery, its estimate date 1-4-2020 today at 9:00pm & I payment successful.

    It was about to be delivered by 4th april but still not delivered. Suddenly i received the message that the order was cancelled based on my request. I was in dire need of medicine. Can they prove that i request for cancellation of order? They have not even initiated steps to refund the money. I think we need to report this in mci, cyber portal, pg portal, pm cell, consumer court etc

    I was dissatisfied that their response system is bad and they are not serious about delivering the life saving medicine and they just cancelled the order at last minute without any reason. However I got my amount back

      I had placed an order for medicines on the medlife platform (Total amount was 683.51) and had paid the same on 25th march. I received a message on 29th march from medlife team quoting my order was modified due to unavailability of medicines i had ordered.

      I had to cancel this order (On 29th march) due to unavailability of medicines upon which i received a message from medlife team affirming this action and it also stated that the refund details shall be communicated shortly.

      It's been 9 days since order cancellation and i haven't received my refund back yet.

      Below are the details to help you guys further on this issue.

        I have ordered my regular medicines from medlife but order was cancelled because of their stock availability got message that your amount will be credited but it has been around 10 days i haven't got my money order no or0210tza-004a amounting 615 rupees have called 1000 times to call centre they just disconnect call, have mailed 4 days before still no action is taken
        I don't think any action will be taken as familiar with behaviour but still filling a complaint let's see what happens

        My order number OR1454IQA-008A. I last order on 28/03/2020. Delivery is requested on 02/04/2020. But medicine is not yet delivered. Baby's in medicine.

        Please give my money back as soon as possibl.
        I had cancelled the order OR3336HEB-002A a long back. However, its still reflecting as active order. I did touch based with customer care they said the order will be cancelled and I will receive the refund soon but nothing has been done yet.

            I placed order for medicines with order id: or9845wwa-007a and i paid online amount of 856.40/- through phone pe. But today when i checking status of order it is showing status of only one medicine of 222/- then what about my remaining medicines for which i already paid amount. Kindly deliver all products else refund my amount.

            I placed 3 orders ( id - OR7824VHB-001A OR7824VHB-002A and OR7824VHB-003A) and haven’t received any refund. It’s more than OR7824VHB-002A and a one week. Please initiate my refund as soon as possible. I even tired calling you many times.

              I ordered some medicines from medlife-order #or9051rla-003a, which also included 5 units of humalog mix 50/50 100 iu, which i did not receive. The pack was delivered on april 2nd, upon inquiring about the insulin pack, which was supposed to come in ice-pack, the delivery person said that he missed it in the store, and would deliver it the next day. Next day, he called up and said that he could not find that pack anywhere in the store room. I am a 71-year-old lady and my life is pretty much dependent on insulin. Medlife's customer care is almost nonexistent and nowhere in the app is there a way to chat or raise a complaint. Email doesn't yield any response either. Please help me getting delivery asap or arrange for refund.

                I want to delete my medlife account permanently but there's no any option of deleting account in medlife page or app. I receive 5-10 delayed delivery apology messages, promotional and ads text messages from medlife and it irritating ad frustating.

                Please do something needful as early as possible.

                I can give my mobile number where i get messages from medlife.

                Kindly confirm me once done.

                  Please refer order or8155aja-003a placed on 30-mar-2020 and verification by doctor done on same day for 7 items order value rs 1071.76 with assurance all medicines will be delivered by 13-april-'20 and delay due to shortage of staffs. Astonishingly, on 4-april-'20 i find my order is active with 2 items only. What happened to other items.
                  How medlife can decide to eliminate medicines after doctor verification. This will be brought to public notification as medlife is manipulating medicines without informing reasons for cut down medicines.
                  Request to cancel my order and stop doing such malpractices without information to client. This is a serious offence after accepting order medicines how medlife can manipulate order.

                  Medlife has not revised order status. It is not understood how a patient with diabetic, prostate and high pressure can use only 2 items against Doctor recommendation of 7 items. If Medlife cannot supply medicines with 13 days waiting period, then I doubt capabilities of running such e-commerce business of Medlife. Response requested to resolve.

                    I had ordered medicines on medlife on 30th march. My order id is or8762tfa-006a. I want to inform you that the order was cancelled without my permission. I had order these medicines for my grandmother who is a high blood pressure patient. She need these medicines in order to control her blood pressure. This misbehavior of the concerned authority of medlife can cause serious health issues for her. So pls look into this matter so that she can receive the medicine on time admist this corona virus crisis. Also, i want to inform that the app does not function properly and if we want to order for multiple strips, there is a major problem on that. The app works and functions very slowly. Pls do see in all the matters stated above.

                        (Your payment of rs 835.36 has been successfully made for medlife order or3261aua-001a.) due to unavailability some medicine get cancelled (Your order or3261aua-001a has been modified due to unavailability of the following products, deplatt, eugi, feris, gelusil mps, oh d3 plus, tufpro. We will be delivering the remaining medicines as per promised schedule) so i can get only one medicine that's why i cancelled the order (Hi! As requested we've cancelled your order or3261aua-001a. Sorry to see you go) i got again one msg (Medlife has initiated refund of your order or3261aua-001a.                               MedLife had initiated a refund but the money has not been credited to my account.
                              An SMS was send to my mobile number [protected] as an assurance but without results.I had paid in advance.
                              I would like to enquire on this subject.Please acknowledge and do the needful.
                              The username on the site is in the name of Ravindra rao.He is my father while the name of patient is Priyanka.
                              The order was for Resperidal consta injection 25mg.And the mode of payment was through credit card in the name of Priyanka from State Bank of India.I have also registered a query on this regard at Medlife.
                              Due to the COVID-19 pandemic LOCKDOWN in the whole state, I was not able to get the injection from any of the medical stores in the city.It is not available.The E-consultation from the site was also not successful.

                                I regret to inform that due to prevailing circumstances i had ordered some medicines through the medlife app and made payment in advance through my credit card. But as there was consistent delay, which is understandable, i went back to the app and it was purely accidental that my order got cancelled as i was exploring all options. Please address my case at the earliest and provide a solution as i would really not want my money to go waste. May be adjust my stuck money as balance to the subscription slot as i would like to continue association with medlife

                                  Ordered 30 units of 3 sheets of tazloc 40 mg tablet's but after opening the box it was found only 2 sheets of tazloc tablets. This is really not satisfied with the service. Please check and have a resolution.

                                  I am not sure about previously ordered delivery. I use to order and my family members was receiving the product.

                                  Currently lost the trust on medlife.

                                    After placing order for medicines online on their website, they keep on extending the delivery date multiple times stating medicines are not available . This has happened 3rd time and on cancelling order they dont provide the refund of the money. There is no customer care service, they dont reply emails nor receive calls. They have taken atleast 5000 rs and not delivered the medicines . They have opened pharmacy when they dont know that medicines delivery cannot be delayed for the older people

                                      Had placed an order for my parents and firstly there was delay in delivery and then when it finally got delivered, the medicine were missing.

                                      Is this the way to cater to your consumers? In times like corona, it is critical to ensure that the elderly get the medicine they need. Could you please look into it?
