Hi, i'm jitendra kumar singh from delhi, india. On 21 march, 2020, i have booked some medicines (Order no.-or8069pf-006a). They said i would get delivery on 25 march around 11:00pm then they texted that i would receive my medicines on 24 march at 11:00pm. Then they again sent the message that my order is still under process and i'd get my medicines by 28 march at 8:00am. As i've already consumed my all medicines and i don't have any medicines so i contacted them and they said that they don't have few medicines thats why they are not able to send me my medicines so they advised me to book a new order (They modified the existing order) so they can give me the medicines they own so i did the same on 25 march (Order no.- or8069pf-006a) and they told me that they would provide me the medicines in 2-3 days but i didn't get the medicines and it's all in vain when i tried to contact them as they are not receiving my calls. Please tell me about my order and i request you to contact me through phone also. And please provide me my medicines as soon as possible...

    On 23rd of march i have ordered medicine through medlife app (Order id# : or1534dta-003a), also the payment has been done already, though the estimated delivery was within 25th march (As shown in the app) but still it is undelivered and also there is no option of grievance redressal available neither in the app nor in the site, nobody is taking any call. The ordered medicine is very essential for my mother who is above 70 years of age.

      I have ordered bactorub 500ml on 17th march 2020. My register mobile number is [protected]. But as due to corona or their stock issue, i don't know actually medlife canceled the order. And i also paid the sum of 516.60/- by netbanking. It's been 9 days i didn't get the refund or nither notification that my refund gets processed. The order id is or8068mgb-001a. Please let me know when i will get my refund. Please do it needful.

      Till I don't get my money back. And I also can't communicate with them.
      My order was cancelled without any permission even though the entire payment was done.

        I ordered medicine on 18th march 2020 with order number 2817ZEA 001A which was to be delivered on 23/03/2020. But received a message stating that the order was cancelled due to stock issue and the amount will be refunded. But there's no response till date. Please take necessary action and kindly refund the amount.

            I had ordered 2 One Touch testing strips on 14th March 2020 with payment made in advance towards the order. I was assured of the delivery on 17 March 2020. It was then delayed on 18th and then i received a message that the delivery will be made on 19 March 2020. I called on the given number on your app. Then it was clear that the order may not be delivered . The next day i saw the message that the order is unilaterally cancelled by Medlife. From 20 March 2020, i am yet to receive any payment back from Medlife. This I ridiculous and feel cheated by the reputed company like medlife.
            Request to look into the matter and ensure to make my refund without any further delay

            They are big fraud. They will change the orders automatically and ask u to keep the changed product without ur consent. They even don't return or refund for the wrong product.               I had ordered for 3 x10 pack of masks from honeywell. The order was
              Initially set to be delivered on 22nd march and it was delayed to
              24th, which is understandable.
              However when i got the order i was shocked, it was one single mask.
              Just imagine i ordered for 30 and received 1!
              I have tried calling the customer care multiple times and the call
              Does not connect and the call too is a chargeable call and each time i
              Call i get charged rs 20 just to get the call disconnected and listed
              To the ivr.
              Being greedy is one thing but what you guys are doing is pure evil.
              I bought the masks to give to my relatives who are 70+ years old and
              My parents and were dependent on them and you guys are taking
              Advantage of people in need.
              It is only on the time of desperation and need one's true character
              Shows and you guys know how to take advantage of the needy!
              I need a response from you guys and need my order fulfilled.
              Trust me when all this is done i am going to send you guys a notice
              Regarding the incident and will handle it legally. I'm sure i am not

              I have raised a return request of intact medicines and it’s been over a week no action is taken regarding it..I have done everything call, raised query, mail everything but no revert..such bad service.

                I have ordered my medicine on 19 of march 2020 they have shown the delivery date of 21 march 2020 but my medicine is not delivered yet these medicine is very important and i have to take on regular basis i have ordered it according to there delivery estimate so that i will get my medicine until my previous medicine stocks are over but due to there irresponsible behavior my health is on a concern please help i am in trouble due to lockdown market is also closed that's why i can't even buy them from market please help

                  I ordered 3 very costly masks from med life.. When I received order masks I received were open and box was not sealed packed.. It came I open box.. When I called customer care to return or replace then they refused to help.. When I asked to escalate to higher management and redirect my call to them then he put my call on hold for 20 mins and disconnected it after that.. I feel very angry and cheated..

                    I ordered medicine on 4 march but the order got cancelled and the amount of rupee 469 have been deducted. I haven't received the amount even after 20 days what's a shameful services. Beware of frauds. Never place an order payment online. It might be stuck.
                    Medicine delivery company should think towards the customer problem and should solve the issue in no time.

                      I didn't get the delivery on time so i cancelled my order and when i contacted customer care they told me that i vll get my money back in a week but it's been 20 days. Please take this into consideration and do the needful at the earliest

                        Hi have ordered dettol antiseptic liquid on medlife on 21st march and canceled after 3 hour due to i need to travel to native due to corona. I have tried to call customer care to know when i will get my refund but after some time call was dropped. Have tried to call multiple time but same things is happening.                         I want to delete my medlife account permanently but there's no any option of deleting account in medlife page or app. I am receiving promotional and ads text messages from medlife and it is irritating.

                              Order I'd or3008lh014a I have placed order on 19 march 2020 received it on Sunday but didn't receive lantus refill qty 2 although paid for it. Delivery person doesn't make us check before. When called him, he said that he doesn't have it. I am Not able to contact customer care. WhatsApp not responding. Pls make them refund my money. I am diabetic and finished with my medicine. I need to buy it from somewhere else. Situation is critical outside.

                                I request you to refund me the amount of rs 1097.00 paid for order 0r4523ug-003a using sbi online netbanking on 13.03.2020 placed for the following items :

                                2 x honeywell n95 e 7002 bu10 white masks rs 499x2=998
                                1 x medlife advanced hand sanitizer strawberry rs 99

                                I had requested for these items and already paid for them online. But later i was contacted by medlife saying the masks were out of stock, and medlife switched them with safent n95 particulate respirator mask instead without my confirmation. Even so, the changed product is still being shown in processing stage.

                                For this delay, i have cancelled my order and request you to refund my money to the same sbi account from which it was deducted.

                                  This product has to be delivered by 19 th of march.. I haven’t revived it neither any status that it’s cancelled or it will be late.. Half of the time your app is out of service.. It only work when you have to order, when you want to track your order it won’t work. I tried even calling customer care but as soon as i enter my phone no. Call gets disconnected

                                    I ordered medicine on 14th March 2 medicine and amount was 530 rs. I made payment through credit card on same day and amount was deducted from my account and I got some error page at that time. I also write you on write to us page but I didn't get any update on that. Now I know that 1 medicine is not available from your end and for other one you want money from my sid again. How can it's possible and please let me know where is my money which deducted from account?
                                    I never seen this type of pathetic service ever. First of all they have chargeable customer care number and after 5-10 min connect to executive and after heard my complaint he disconnected the call. Again I have to spent money to connect with executive. After this 2nd executive not ready to provided the complaint number for this. After he arrange call back after that some lady called me and she confirmed that transaction was not successful but not ready to confirm me on writing. Only verbal confirmation I got from there end.

                                    How can I fight with hdfc credit card on the basis of verbal communication of medlife executive. No one is responsible for any issue each and every person will throw to other departments and no one is eligible to give you surety. I think they people are worked before in SBI bank. Same response as sbi bank employee, no intention to solve the issue. If they are genuine and don't have money then they should respond me in writing when I raise complain about them.

                                    I never seen this type of pathetic service ever and I recommend to everyone that don't buy from here we can't trust on that people who don't care about customer. I took follow-up on mail from last 1 week but still didn't get any reply after confirmation on mail.

                                      I had ordered 3m n95 masks. My order no is or0493yga-012a. I was delivered honeywell masks. I had requested for return because wrong product was delivered. The man which came for pickup refused to return it and abused me. Is this the way you deal with your customers. Highly disappointed. You are cheating people. Delivering wrong products and not returning them. Will tell everybody about your cheating. You are only concerned with making money. Highly disappointed. You are harassing people.

                                        I have to receive a refund of rs.3150 against the above said order placed on 06.03.20 which was returned to medlife which was also acknowledged by medlife on 15.03.20. It was informed to me that i can get the refund of said amount if i call their customer support tel. No.[protected] to transfer from wallet to my bank account. However, for the last 3 days, despite my best efforts i am not getting connected to any executive there and the call gets disconnected after few minutes. This is happening for the last three days and a lot of money towards these calls have been wasted. Therefore, i sent a mail to customer care and followed up with reminders for which till now no reply has been received. I had also sent a whatsapp message to their mobile number[protected] which was received and read by them, however i am yet to get any response nor my amount is refunded to my account. I shall be grateful if you could help me or advise me to get refund from medlife.

                                        I have also sent mails to [protected]@medlife.com regarding the above expressing my inability to call their Call Centre No.[protected] but till date, neither an acknowledgement/response nor money has been refunded to me. I also tried to call[protected] but in vain.
