I request you to refund me the amount of rs 1097.00 paid for order 0r4523ug-003a using sbi online netbanking on 13.03.2020 placed for the following items :
2 x honeywell n95 e 7002 bu10 white masks rs 499x2=998
1 x medlife advanced hand sanitizer strawberry rs 99
I had requested for these items and already paid for them online. But later i was contacted by medlife saying the masks were out of stock, and medlife switched them with safent n95 particulate respirator mask instead without my confirmation. Even so, the changed product is still being shown in processing stage.
For this delay, i have cancelled my order and request you to refund my money to the same sbi account from which it was deducted.
