I had ordered sanitizers on 15.03.2020. It was supposed to be delivered on 17.03.2020. When it was delivered, i called the toll free number to enquire about order status, it is saying that no order has been done from this number. I have attached the order screenshot and transaction detail screenshot. Kindly either deliver the products or refund the money.

    Or8144qfb-002a - i have placed the order online via medlife pharmacry, first thing delivered the different product and i think received order is not original product and the quenety of the product is not fulfilled mention in the bottle, it's looks like a used product or duplicate product. It's not good for health. Please check the order and take action

      On 26.2.2020 an order was placed for zobone 4mg inj. On medlife. An amount of rs.2399.66 was paid through mobikwik on 27.2.2020. On 28.2.2020 early morning we received a sms stating that the order no. Or4193fh-004a has been cancelled due to stock issues. Another sms came simultaneously assuring that refund will be credited based on payment chosen by us. However no refund has been received as on date i. E. Even after 19 days of cancellation of the order by medlife. They were contacted through email and over phone. Other than assuring that the refund would be credited shortly no action has been taken. We suggested in case there was any problem in transferring the amount to mobikwik, they can keep the money in the wallet so that future medicines could be purchased from that amount. Still no response. This is rather a frustrating experience.

        Reference my complaint dated Feb 11 2020.order no. or6217fa-008a.
        which reference to above complaint for making online payments and other issues related to app, I received a call from medlife executive for resolution.

        To my surprise, executive was more interested in nullifying the complaint with discounts and offers. He was unable to show any path/link for my queries related to card payment. On the contrary, the offer which he gave stating straight 25% off (no min.order) on my next order (on applying code) was fake and misleading. When I applied the code the message came that it is for the minimum order of rupees 1000/ 1200.

        It is so disappointing that despite of my repeated denial for any lucrative offers and discounts, he kept on insisting on it which ultimately turned out to be so ungenuine.

        Dear Medlife, please improve your customer service. Then you need not make any false promises to retain customers.

            Order placed and online payed on 7 march 2020 but it was shown as unpaid on app and website. When contacted customer support they sent me another bill where i had to pay 25rs more again. As amount was not big i paid that too but when delivery boy came he asked for cod. When i refused to pay again they cancel the order. Now when i am contacting customer support they are telling me to wait for 5 to 7 days to get whole refund whereas 6 days completed already and i don't thing they will refund my amount.

            My order number is OR9909DDB-001. Order out for delivery 4 days ago. But not yet delivered to my home. Delivery agent speaking rudely. He refused come for Delivery. Because of this lake of interest delay in Delivery. Please take necessary action. Otherwise I will cancel order

              I ordered for avagard sanitiser and all this while i wasnt informed that ypur team is delivering some other herbal sanitizer, they are processing the package without asking me. Its only today that i was able to see the name of the sanitizer since its out for delivery. I need my refund or i need the brand i requested for. How can you deliver something to client without informing them. I spent money on it and you are forcing me to buy something i never ordered for. Please refund my money.

                I had ordered some items on medlife on 15/03/20 & paid full amount by debit card. I received a sms on 15/03 stating health box no: or4281/gb-001a & material will be delivered by18/03/20 10 pm. On 18/03 upon checking i was informed via sms that the order is still being processed & expected to be delivered by 22/03/20 11 am.
                Such rescheduling of delivery is not acceptable. Company should refund my money immediately through dd & send the same by courier to my address.
                Looking forward to expeditious resolving the case.

                  Order number or7372cs-003a have ordered midlife hand sanitizer along with other medicine. When i received the package, sanitizer half of the bottle empty and seal was broken. Lot of scratches found on the bottle as some one used it earlier.

                  Have raised the complaint to their customers care with proof of images of product but no respoce yet since 4days.

                    This is regarding my order or8975vfb-002a. Expected delivery by 16 march 2020.
                    I have not received my order yet.
                    I have also made an online payment for this order.
                    I have repeatedly made calls to number[protected], but never got a satisfactory reply.
                    Now no product being delivered and no refunds being made.
                    The payment too is not reflecting on the mobile app.
                    After the payment made they tell me that the product is out of stock.
                    Think this company is running a scam by taking orders and not delivering or refunding.

                        I had raised an order via Medlife on 15th March 2020 around 10 AM approx. Delivery date shown on the app was 16th March 9:00 PM. Till 16th March afternoon order remained in Processing stage. Suddenly on 17th march it showed delivery date as 18th March. But the order is still in Processing stage. I received a message today as in 17th March that order is packed and estimated to be delivered by 18 March 9:00 PM. Can you tell me what exactly has happened with the order. I have ordered manytimes through your app and it always shows 1 delivery date during ordering but as soon as its ordered it changes date and delivers on some other date which generally takes 1 week to deliver. Are you really concerned about the importance of medicine.

                            Of the 4 orders placed on march 04 2020, 3 orders are arbitrarily cancelled by medlife and one order is cancelled from my end as the same was not dispatched even after several days.

                            Even after 14 days of cancellation of orders the refund is still not made.

                              I had ordered a medlife sanitiser 500ml (Rs 349) on the medlife app (Please note that is an essential item for the ongoing covid crisis). Order was completed with full payment done (Rest of the sanitisers were shown out of stock on the app). I received a msg saying the order was packed but 3 days later i received a msg saying the product was out of stock and an alternate sized bottle will be sent. Payment details were modified in the app with the amount paid as the amount of the small bottle (No refund provided). Today i received an old and used bottle (No seal and part of the product is not present) of rs 69, sticker of medlife has been put on the bottle with manufacturing date as march, 2020.

                              I already called the customer service and raised a complaint but they were not co-operating, they asked me to send the screenshots of the sanitiser to a WhatsApp number which I did but there is no response yet.

                                I have received order on 5th march afternoon and in the evening i have processed it for return and refund. After calling 5 times at customer care, no one has come to picked the order and my refund is still not processed.
                                The product received to me is not exactly what i want so i want to get it returned and want my money back.
                                Customer care agents are fooling us by saying that they have processed our complaint forwards to higher authorities but no action has been taken till yet.
                                I want my money back.

                                  I have placed an order on 13th march which was confirmed by medlife... Before that i placed order on 6th march it took 8 days for processing. They collected original prescription which was duely returned at the time of delivery. Delivery man knew that i have ordered 2nd time from the same pharmasist still they cancelled my order. Medlife alleged me for cancellation... I don't under why patient or customer will cancel there request after making payment. Medlife is playing fraudent act on their part.

                                    As above order ref. Order no. Or 3271 pba-004a has been denied delivery by the person reach today 2nd mar'2020 this is generated against my required medicine to midlife.com as conveyed your doctor consultation team& the process also been done on 27th feb'2020. (According to your process, the delivery informed on 2nd march beside unnecrtain time lapse)
                                    However the delivery informed by medlife office for the delivery& person came on 2nd march accordingly, but the delivery person didn't give my consignment as he uses abusive manneredand and then refuced, then returned back without any basic manners.
                                    Just to add, the medicine i needed an immediate course of consultstion &continue medication prescribed by our doctor.
                                    Pls note. I just asked him to produce invoice before i make him payment as this is very normal every order medlife delivers earlier
                                    Kindly look into the case& give an immediately reply from your side,

                                      Order id:or5305cgb-001a was ordered online, even on delivery date there were no confirmation on availability of the product and delivery date. Even customere care response is very bad, calls were attended after 5-10 mins of waiting and call transfered on asking additional info. Pathetic service, accepting orders and receiving payment with false delivery date without keeping stock or delivery committment is nothing but misleading the consumer or putting consumer in hardship. Their online order processing should be strictly controled.
                                      I had to cancel my order and requested for refund of the payment, for which i recieved their call stating refund will be done in 5 working days.

                                        My parcel with order id :-or9467yqa-002a was supposed to be delivered on 13th march 2020 by suman kumar dey (Ph:- [protected]) but was not delivered next date was set on 15th march 2020 but yet again failed to deliver. I even tried calling him multiple times but no answer came through. Atlast i had sent him text but no reply. I have already paid for the order online. Kindly look into the matter asap. Either deliver my parcel or return my money back.
