which reference to above complaint for making online payments and other issues related to app, I received a call from medlife executive for resolution.
To my surprise, executive was more interested in nullifying the complaint with discounts and offers. He was unable to show any path/link for my queries related to card payment. On the contrary, the offer which he gave stating straight 25% off (no min.order) on my next order (on applying code) was fake and misleading. When I applied the code the message came that it is for the minimum order of rupees 1000/ 1200.
It is so disappointing that despite of my repeated denial for any lucrative offers and discounts, he kept on insisting on it which ultimately turned out to be so ungenuine.
Dear Medlife, please improve your customer service. Then you need not make any false promises to retain customers.
