    I ordered for medicine on 12th and 14th december got the wrong medicines delivered both the times. I have returned all the medicines i got a refund for the 14th december medicines and not 12th december despite of following up every single day. I did not get any refund. Your service is hopeless. I am always promised for the refund within 48 hours medlife

      Order no. Or3196xj-030a - got message that the order has been delivered which is still not delivered. Called medlife cutomer care 3 times in the last 5 days, no action taken till now.

      Order no. Or3196xj-028a - returned medicenes worth of rs. 1006, one week over no refund yet.

      Order no. Or3980an-018a - called medlife that that i want to return injections, some customer care person saying you have to inform with 24 hours and some saying 48 hours, looks like they are simply doing time pass. I asked fine if you don't want to take it back at least give me injections with latest expiry as the injections which were delivered were having less expiry date but for this also they didn't agree. Wrote mail to [protected]@medlife.com but no response.

      All i want to say that they they have got horrible customer care support, they will always say sorry for the inconvenience, instead of saying this why don't you resolve customer issues.

      Medlife is really frustrating me by failing to deliver my father's medicines.from last 5 days i received messages that order is out for delivery.. but they not... also they r mentioning wrong number of delivery boy... Really frustrating

        Refund of rs. 1693.59 is still not credited to my account. Its been 8 days, still refund is not received.

        I have got message in my mobile on 6th march, 2020; 8.54am : "refund of 1693.59 charged in excess for order or1711asa-002a will be credited based on the payment mode chosen by you".

        Please look into the matter & do the needful at the earliest.

          I ordered zobone 4mg injection on 26.2.2020 and paid rs.2399.66 through mobikwik on 27.2.20. On 28.2.20 i received a message that the order was cancelled because of stock issues. They assured processing of refund. Even after 15 days they have not refunded the amount. I told them if there was any problem in sending the amount they can place the amount in my wallet which can be used for future purchases. But no action whatsoever.

            This is totally false - i received a sms from medlife that my item was out of stock and they have initiated a refund. This was on march 4th. Now they say i cancelled the order. I sent them an email, no response.

            Now after reading peoples complaints, i came to know that this medlife is a fraud company, cheating many people. They cancel item and will not refund the amount. I will never again order from medlife and advise everyone never to buy anything from medlife.

              Dear team,

              I was ordered medicine on 6th march and still medicine not received.
              Is this your 24 hours service.
              I am trying to pay through paypal for my medicine, but getting some error "something go wrong".
              If i am doing other payment through paypal so it will be fine, but issue occurs only in medlife payment.
              Second thing i want to tell you, no one support properly from your side. If i am called to your customer service, taking to much time for response from your side and also cll charges applied on it.

              Today i had called to custocare care team, she told medicine not availble now. But no one intimation to me.
              Seriously pathetic service

                @medlifecare ashamed!
                This is with regret i am saying how a medlife company is spoiling their reputation. I got different medicine as what i ordered and raise the request on 28-feb-2020 for return but till now there is no action took till now. Every time i call the customer care, they hardly get serious and says that we will resolve with in 48 hours... And this has been since 28 feb, 2020
                You better take this case seriously
                Else i am gonna sue you

                  I have placed my order with medlife on 6 march 2020 and today received message that order is out for delivery and received a mobile number of agent.
                  I call on that number in evening but the person reply me that this is wrong number.

                  I have not received my delivery and now the status is showing as pack is delivered.

                  I have paid the bill but not received any medicine.

                    Highly dissatified with your services. The company has accepted the payment of out of stock medicines without prior information and then they call and request to not to cancel the whole order just for two medicines and the money shall be reimbursed in the source account. I havent recieved my refund and this is for the second time that the same thing happened. I will never ever recommend this site to anyone and shall file a legal complaint....

                    This is with regret I am saying how a Medlife services company are spoiling their reputation by calling customers everytime and all the time, bugging for new orders.
                    So far I have good experience in delivery and that too on time.

                    But totally frustrated with with their services/support person calling on hourly/daily basis and asking if I have new orders. They will do this even after they know that I have placed order recently. Is it food that I order on daily basis?

                    Several times I have poured my frustration and they have told they will add my number in DND, but no luck

                      Or6873rfb-001a but i did not receive the order yet and no one is replying from customer care, this is my first order and worst experience and last order too, these people are cheating people by making false promises and taking money, don't believe in this people, if they don't deliver in time why should they make false promises and take money from people, so government should take an action against this company, and the app works very bad, already the day has gone and and still showing it will deliverd by 7 mar

                        I was waiting for my order and on the day it was going to be delivered, it said that we will not dilever your order as one of the product i ordered was not available. It was extremely important to get the medication that day. If they might have told me before hand then i would have arranged the medicine from some other source. I am very upset with the service provided by the medlife.

                            Wrong medicine sent. Requested refund. Medicines picked up on feb 22nd. No update after that. Customer care informed that they have received the medicines and will raise the credit note in 48 hrs and refund will be initiated on 3rd march. Till now i didnt receive any update. Tried contacting the customer care but not getting connected. But easily getting connected with the pharmacist since they only look to steal customer's money. Sent mails also but no response. Very poor customer support received.

                              I have order 90 qty of tablets and i recieve only 30 qty. This is the first time i have order on medlife. When i contacted customer care they are saying verified cctv footage and packing has 90 qty. Where is the qty got missing, your delivery boy has stolen it, who is responsible for this.                               I can't get through to their customer care. Either through call, whatsapp, email, twitter.
                              I am constantly charged for calling their customer care without any response from their company end.
                              They modified my order by cancelling some items from my order, without any details about the refund of the payment i already did. So i went ahead and cancelled the entire order. They confirmed the cancellation through sms but no other information regarding refund. I have been continuously trying to reach out to them, but no response from their end. This is terrible service

                                I ordered a medicine and now I've canceled it but I can't get my money back as I have already paid the amount. I tried calling for about 30 times the phone gets disconnected. Worst aap ever...atleast they can call back or connect my call to the customer care executive but it's meaning less first I paid the money now the order got cancel and don't even getting my money back

                                  I have ordered from medlife and my order number is or1337hv-020a. I have not received my order on time. I cancelled my order & refund policy on medlife's app. But they did not responding also their toll free number is chargeable and they did not pic the calls so long. Very disappointed by medlife. Very bad and frustrating services. Don't want to use this app next time, waste of time and money

                                    I want to delete my medlife account permanently with registered mobile number [protected] since they send many messages and calls everyday about offers and stuffs. It's so irritating, but there isn't any option in app or website to delete the account. Even i sent email. Still, they have not deleted the account. So, please take action to delete the account at the earliest.

                                    I have ordered some medicine and medlife cancelled my both orders. Still I m waiting for the refund. My order IDs are OR4423YT-003A and OR4423YT-002A. They are not replying my mail as well as no response from medlife customer care.
                                    I want to delete my account of mobile number [protected], as this mobile number is not working since few days.
                                    I am facing the same issue, told them several times to not to call. Every time they say, i have added your number to dnd list, you will not receive any call. But still every day two three four times they keep calling. Its pathetic and wished i never registered initially
