There are two payment done on 9th February for the order which I placed for rs. 90.15/-. However still one payment not credited to my account which had cancelled while I'm making payment.

More than 5 times I called the customer care team and still they are asking me to wait 7 more working days to get the refund which I really don't understand.

Please look into this let me know the status of my refund at the earliest possible

    Due to cancellation of my order due to non availability of the item, i am entitled for the refund amount, but till date there has been no refund.

    Query department when called, keeps us on hold for more than 5-10 mins and then the call simply gets disconnected. I have no way to reach them, i mailed my complaint already to [protected]@medlife.com and [protected]@medlife.com, but no one has responded to those e-mails.

    Below is the sms that i had received due to no stock for one of the items in my order (15th feb 2020)

    Refund of 617.5 charged in excess for order or3046la-009a will be credited based on the payment mode chosen by you.

    Please help process my refund asap.

      I have received medicine on 29th feb ie on saturday. On sunday i open the box and found one medicine is missing entirely. I have made complete payment of the medicine rs. 5865, however out of 4 different medicines 1 is missing.

      I called your customer care but not getting any response from them.

      Missing medicine details
      Ctd t 40/6.25 mg. quantity 180
      Price : 1509

      I have photographs for proof if needed. Box was fully occupied with remaining 3 medicines means there is no space for fourth medicine. Which means it was missed to put during packaging.
      How can medlife be so irresponsible???

      My order levacetam 500 was delivered at wrong address it was not on right addresse..and in my order detail it is showing that your order is delivered...

      The delivery charge is applied even for the order of value Rs.350.
      You can find this in medlife FAQ but they are doing business against what they say.
      "We charge you a nominal fee of Rs. 25 for orders that are below Rs. 200 in total value. We offer free delivery on medicine orders above Rs. 200"

        I'm a regular customer of medlife and i needed invoice for some of my orders. I opened the app and opened my orders and to my surprise they do not provide invoice!!! Worst part of medlife is they do not provide invoice bills in their app, which almost all other apps do. I wanted invoice of my orders and despite of sending them hundreds of email and calling them i still didn't get any response from them. Now i'm sure in future i won't ordering any thing from medlife.

          I have ordered medicines from medlife on 20 jan 2020
          Order or1242sga-015a,
          Complaint reference-id : 1071242

          On medlife first they give bill to pay, than they check stock availability.
          I have paid trough net banking 814.25.
          I got sms about cancellation and refund:
          Medlife has initiated refund of your order or1242sga-015a. Refund will be credited based on payment mode chosen by you
          Your order or1242sga-015a has been cancelled due to stock issues. We hope to serve you in future.

          After a week money didn't come, i wrote complaint to customer care :

          Customer care assured me that issue ll be solved soon. After another week no money. I wrote few times, same reply always - we are sorry, give us more time. How much more to wait-no idea.
          Today is 29/02/2020.

          Few times I requested my bank branch to help, they sent official letter to Medlife. After this Representative from Medlife contacted me, asked once again details of transaction... After some time they have refunded money finally.

            Already 8 business days has gone but i still didn't received my money back.

            Even i am not getting any communication from medlife on this.

              OR4747VS-003A this order is cancelled on 12 /2/2020 them self because of no stock. but still the amount is not re-funded to me so kindly do need full. I contact customer care.. they replied will do within two days.. after 4 days i again try to contact but i couldn't get line they put my call on hold for five minutes three times..i am their customer but if they need customer like me.no problem.. but should refund my money its small to them but valuable to me

                It's a very bad experience with medlife. I ordered some prescribed medicines on 21st feb, 2020. The estimated delivery date was being shown 22nd feb, 2020 but i didn't get the medicines yet still now. I got a sms from medlife on 22nd feb, 2020.. Here is the sms..."your order or4634kpa-004a is out for delivery by subhojit chakraborty ([protected])." but unfortunately the delivery boy is very unprofessional. He is not receiving my phone call. Why such irresponsible behavior?! I need my medicine today. I've already paid total amount of those medicines. Please solve this issue.

                  Hi,
                  I had placed an order in mid fed 2020 for dfo red cream along with other medicines, they confirmed the order and then after a day, informed me that this particular cream was not in stock.
                  However, on 21st, checked for this medicines in their site and found that it was available, and then ordered two tubes 50 gms each, they confirmed the roder.
                  Just now one mukesh calls me from medlife and informs that it is not in stock and can supply substitute of dfo red, when i said i want to complain about this, he said he will transfer the call and disconnected.

                    On saturday (22nd feb 2020) i ordered (No - or9456te-005a) some generic medicine and later which got confirmed by their doctor and i paid for the same. Post that i have been getting back to back calls again from their different doctor for the same order. I raised the issue on their customer care and they agreed that there is some tech issue which will get resolved on priority and you will get your product by sunday.
                    But today again i got another call from doctor and i asked why i am getting calls again and again, he being very rude - disconnected the call and later my order also canceled without any pre intimation.
                    I want action on this issue on priority to get this resolved.

                      I have made online payment to medlife for the medicines i ordered. But while delivering the medicines the delivery boy said that it is not a prepaid order.
                      On there app it was shown that the order was prepaid & i am communicating with them & they are agreed that the money is paid. They also agreed to return my money but making too much delay in returning it. Now approx 2 months are over & still my money is not returned

                      I ordered a product which was damaged, seal broken, leaked in the package. Medlife is not ready to accept my return rewuest. Worst service. Not recommending Medlife to anyone from now.

                        Dear sir/ madam
                        I had placed an order for purchase of medicine vide order no or9024wna-002a on 08.02.2020 and the medicines have been received by me. But, the excess amount of rs. 10.87 which was charged extra has not been refunded to my account. Although, it was assured to get the amount back in 5 days, till date no initiation seems to have been taken as more than 8 days have already passed.

                        Similarly, another order vide no. Or3085heb-001 was placed and the said medicine has since been received by me. But, the excess amount of rs. 162.01 which was collected for the fault of "medlife" has not yet been refunded. I fail to understand, when the amount is paid in a fraction of second, it is taking a handsome time of more than 8 days to get the money back. It is therefore strongly felt that, apathetic attitude is being taken by the company to refund the money.

                        While contacting the company, they are telling that, as per rbi norms, it will take 5-7 business days to refund the amount. But, they are not providing any such circular/ reference of rbi.

                        It is hard to understand when the amount is being debited in a second, why these people are taking so much time to refund the amount. Kindly take up the issue as, these issues are happening quite often to all customers.

                          Medlife is not refunding my money, i have ordered an order on 9th february 2020 and cancelled the order on 12th february 2020 due to out of stock of medicines i have to cancel the order and till now on 18th february 2020 i have not got the refund initiated by medlife so please refund me the amount as soon as possible in the manner in which i have placed the order
                          But till 21 feburary 2020 i haven't got the money refunded back

                                I have been continuously trying to contact the medlife customer care number as well as email to unsubscribe me from your sms /mail service but nobody responds. I think none of the company have any rights to keep the numbers save in your records?

                                I want to unsubscribe from all your services. If it's not processed you'll be forcing me to approach consumer court to investigate into how the phone numbers are being misused as somewhere it's against the indian law.

                                  I placed an order on 28th of jan which stands undelivered till date (17.02.2020). They kept on modifying my order according to themselves telling that there was a shortage. But when i would contact the customer care they said that the order has been marked as urgent and they have the medicine in stock. But again after a few days they would say that it was not available that day. This process has been going on repeat since the first week after order placement. Also they said that they required a physical prescription but haven't send any of the staff to collect it, and i have ordered the same content medicine a lot of times before, and haven't submitted any physical prescription then. They are fooling the customers. Poor service.

                                    In my order number : or7617te-019a, i had placed order for 5 types of medicine, i got 4 medicine but did not receive fol xt 20 units costing of rs 251.20.
                                    I immediately drafted mail to customer care team and informed about the miss, got a reply in 2 days stating they will check video footage and respond back, later got a call from medlife and was told that they checked the footage and found that medicine was missed from the package team and amount would be refunded in 5 working days, again after 3 days got a mail stating they sent all the medicines and there was no miss,
                                    Being a regular customer ordering medicines from medlife for over a 5 years, do i need to cheat medlife for just 250 rs. I am really disappointed with this service

                                        I would like to inform you that i am very unsatisfied for the bad services of medlife international pvt ltd.. The main issue was i have successfully done my payment (Rs.1160.93) to medlife team with this is the prepaid order.. But they handover to the expressbees courier partner to my product to cod mode, you can check to tracking the xpressbees site also but i have always contacted to medlife team by call the customer care for this cod issue but the medlife team always told no issue you received this product on time with prepaid mode but the courier team told me he not give me the medicine cause as per courier system showing cod dated 12th february 2020. Then i have contacted too many time to the customer care of medlife team but they always told me they will be told the expressbees team for give me this product for this prepaid order.. But they always told lie & their all executive, i am also contacted via email [protected]@medlife.com/[protected]@medlife.com but they not respond by email. I am now decided to complaint against this case.. I want to decided to consumer for i want to medicine cause this is too urgent for us & the patient is age of 70 yrs of old but the medlife team going to very bad relation to customer.. Please give me this medicine in urgent basis & i want to report the medlife team for this type of big issues..
