I am regular customer of
medlife since the time when company have started.
Following are the issues that i am facing on my last 3 to 4 orders.
Delivery of medicines and order confirmation is very slow..
As always I Couldn't make Card payment...
App features very confusing..
Previously on order confirmation, card/wallet payment was allowed..Now no idea how to do it.
Payment Link sent by customer care is for order tracking and not payment...
Executive on IVR says you have opted for COD??
No such thing mentioned while placing order.
Delivered medicines after 5-6 days of ordering even after several mails and calls requesting quick delivery for 72 year old.
i think App is not suitable for urgent medicines...
Please resolve at the earliest as I might switch to another app (for quick delivery and online payments) which I certainly do not want to do.
