We are getting too many messages and calls from the med life and we have not registered any account with them we are getting very frustrated and irritated by repeatedly calling and messages please note down my number [protected]kindly please do something and notify them to remove the number of all we are very frustrated with them. We are getting calls since last three months and there is no such option to unsubscribe or remove this detail from the medlife account that we have not created yet. Kindly please help us we will be very grateful.
Medlife customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Even I am frustrated with Medlife calls, in my life time I have never faced such harrasment from any company. A lot of company do give promotional call. but not every day 3 times and weekly 21 times and monthly 84 times. This company should be dragged to court. This is harrasment and nothing else.

    Paid money twice for same medicine in advance due to payment error from medlife. Their courier guy still ask for money for delivering medicine. Never got my medicines. Also i didn't got my refund of second payment. Tried their customer care their response was only to pass on time. No resolution from medlife yet. Or5260feb-001a. Medlife people are just cheaters fooling customers.

      I want to delete my medlife account permanently since they send a thousand messages everyday day about offers and stuffs and it's so irritating but there isn't any option in app or website so please delete it immediately i just can't deal with them it is very frustrating to receive their messages every seconds every single day so please consider my complaint please.

        Dear med life,

        Stop playing with people life...

        I just spoke to floor escalation supervisor (Dhiraj pal) but he has no knowledge about process and do not have a solution to resolve my problem.

        I would recommend medlife to stop their business and do the root cause of all their management, quality related issues.

        Its my warning to you = if i dont receive my refund or medicine by today before 5 pm i will go to any extend and make sure your all social media will have this conversion.

        Medlife executive would be responsible for their own reputation in the market.

        Also i am going to register fraud complaint in "aaple sarkar" maharashtra government web site and recommend to cancel medilife license to operate in maharashtra.

        I spoke to your supervisor sushant kamble but he has no solution.

        He said tomorrow we will arrange call back.

        I would like to know what sla for complaint resolution?

        Third class level of service provided by medlife. I am going to use all possible social media (Facebook / wats app) to spread this issue which will impact medlife reputation.

        Also will raise formal fraud fir in nearest police station.

        I want my refund tonight or else deliver all medicine by tomorrow before 11 am.

        I am very disappointed and frustrated with your service.

        Please consider my email as friendly reminder next time will sue all your executive in court.

        Very very very diwngrade service by medlife.

        I will recommend all my facebook friends not to use medlife and use other companies.



        This is with reference to the non-receipt of medicine on time. I have made two orders for medicines and made payment on 07.02.2020 through internet banking –axis bank.

        We have raised a complaint after 48 hours for non-receipt of medicine on 10.02.2020 by 7.05 p. M (Executive – harshad gavande)

        Or4353feb-002a for rs 544.94
        Or7363deb-004a for rs 250.31

        Accordingly, we have received delivery of medicine on 11.02.2020 against order no. Or7363deb-004a.

        Today delivery boy has returned the below order due to non-receipt of payment whereas payment is already done on 07.07.2020. Hence again we have add on query on 12.02.2020 by 9.55 a. M (Executive – harsh parmar) for pending order order no. Or4353feb-002a on earlier complaint raised on 10.02.2020.

          Request to refer my order #OR9435GPA-007A as ordered on 31-Jan-2020 name ARIN DAN to supply 3 items. Medlife has delivered only 2 items and confirmed to refund excess amount Rs 390-48 for non delivery of item and the same is confirmed in message on 2-Feb-2020 But till date Medlife has not refunded as the amount is not yet credited to my account.
          Received phone call from Medlife about refund for non supplying medicine.
          But till date I find no credit to my account. It is getting delay more than two weeks till no action is initiated to refund.

            Dear sir,

            I am regular customer of medlife since the time when company have started.

            Following are the issues that i am facing on my last 3 to 4 orders.

            Delivery of medicines and order confirmation is very slow..
            As always I Couldn't make Card payment...
            App features very confusing..
            Previously on order confirmation, card/wallet payment was allowed..Now no idea how to do it.

            Payment Link sent by customer care is for order tracking and not payment...

            Executive on IVR says you have opted for COD??
            No such thing mentioned while placing order.
            Delivered medicines after 5-6 days of ordering even after several mails and calls requesting quick delivery for 72 year old.
            i think App is not suitable for urgent medicines...

            Please resolve at the earliest as I might switch to another app (for quick delivery and online payments) which I certainly do not want to do.

              The above order was placed for OneTouch ULTRA Strips – 50

              This item was delivered on or around 7th Feb. 2020. As I was out of station, it was delivered to the security personnel. I have returned to station only today and upon opening the parcel box, I see that OneTouch SELECT Strips – 50 has been delivered instead of the ordered item

              I have contacted the customercare personnel in this regard but the concerned person claims that he is unable to initiate a return.

              I fail to understand why a return cannot be initiated in this regard as the mistake is from your end and the wrong item has been delivered. It is shocking to note that your personnel cannot even distinguish between OneTouch Select and OneTouch Ultra strips.

              The wrongly delivered item is intact and I rquest you to initiate a return / replacement of this item immediately.

                i have order 30 tablet of glador m1 forte and you have sent me 3 strip of tablet from which 2 strips are expiry date
                when i call call center they told me we will take return these tablet and create return request, but till date there no person come to take medicine.

                  Hello Team,

                  Please find my concern regarding Medlife Pharmacy as below.
                  But whatever medicine i ordered Medlife people don't have those. For those only i transfer money to medlife wallet. Please find the order details as below.
                  Pentasure dm and alfa gpc i need, but Medlife cancelled it, first you took order and money then you cancelled it by saying reason unavailability of ordered items.

                  Initially i ordered : OR5897UDB-001A & later on OR9947BEB-001A, due to my helplessness of money.
                  1. 2-pentasure (Pentasure Dm Diabetes Care-1KG) in Order : OR5897UDB-001A and it got cancelled (due to unavailability of Pentasure)
                  2. i ordered Alfa -GPC 400 mg and D-protein in Order ID: OR9947BEB-001A, but here Alfa GPC 400mg got cancelled (due to unavailability of Alfa-GPC 400mg ) D-protein (quantity-3) has been delivered to my Bihar Address yesterday (10/02/2020 ).

                  So, finally again i am running out of my desired medicine/Protein items.
                  now their is two solution
                  1.either MEDLIFE give me those medicine (pentasure DM /Alfa GPC ) it will consume my money immediately, as i need it for by Bed ridden father, post brain hemorrhage/Surgery/Carnioplasty he is in this situation since April'2019;

                  OR
                  2.Transfer my wallet money - INR 2214.40 RS to my bank account (given already twice to customer care executive). so that i can order it from another vendor, those are having pentasure DM.

                  But after my repeated request, Medlife guys behavior are very bad, no one is responding it properly, Medlife CSR are taking all details and not coming back, this process is happening repeatedly and i am suffering from mental torture from Med Life.

                  Although it is needed for my bed ridden father, post brain hemorrhage.

                  Neither Medlife are giving my money back nor they are giving my desired medicine.

                  please help me to get me money back, so that i can order Pentasure from other vendors as well.
                  1. Neither Medlife is having desired medicine, that i ordered nor you are giving my money back.
                  2. i am suffering tortured mentally from Medlife.

                  Really its very worst service by MedLife, that i will remember in my life item.

                    I had placed an order for one touch select testing strips-50nos on 30.01.2020 and paid online rs. 930.75.
                    At the time of placing the ordre the company did not check the availibility of the same and asked me to proceed for payment.
                    Same day thecompany canelled the order for the reason out of stock.
                    The amount has not been refunded inspite of my repeated calls to their toll free no. And no action has been taken as yet.

                        My self and my spouse gave blood samples on 08.02.2020 at my residence. Today the test reports are uploaded. My wife report is uploaded fully; whereas my report is not.

                        The report uploaded is having only 4 pages and most of the test results are not found. Please check your records and see that the complete report is uploaded.

                        One of the items is missing from my delivered order but when i check online order details it says 'delivered'.For that missing item, i have got no refund or any message saying that it will be delivered later.
                        I am disappointed with my 1st order itself from Medlife.

                          Hi sir/madam,

                          I had placed an order on dec 13th 2019 amount of inr 598. During order placement i made a payment, but the order shipped with cod tag. Hence delivery person refused handover the order.
                          Above said order got cancelled (21/12/2019) by medlife and the amount still not refunded.

                          While check cc of medlife they say initiated, but account statement does not show any credit from medlife. And the same confirmed by bank too.

                          Here i have requested multiple attempt to written format of email that acknowledges the refund initiation from medlife, and medlife cc people refused to provide the same to move forward to trace the amount where exactly got struck.

                          Here i am requesting your help to solve the same, based on medlife responses i came to conclusion that they literally cheating me.

                            Discussed with Ankit from Escalation Team and escalated the issue . Found that the executive team has done the mistake while updating the refund mode process. Again they are asking for bank account details to process the refund and making me go wait again for 5-7 working days.
                            Super worst service from Medlife which I ever experienced first time in life. 24th Jan 2020 refund was initiated for my return order ID OR6385VCB-002A (Reference-Id : 1060289) but it's more than 7 working days still refund not received as per promised to my payment mode

                            I had placed an order on 4th Feb amount of INR Rs.454.46. during order placement I made a payment, but the order got canceled by medlife side, and the amount still not refunded. and I am tried to call medlife costumer care number but they are not resolving my issue, I am attaching my app screen shot. Please check and resolve my problem.

                              To all those buying medicine from a fraud company called medlife

                              I ordered some medicine on 24th december 2019, (Order no - or4521kx-001a) after their website confirmed that medicine is available in stock. I made online payment of rs662.40 on same day.

                              Immediately after receiving my payment, i got sms that we are despatching substitute as medicine ordered in not is stock.

                              I declined the offer and cancelled the order. I was told the credit will reflect in my bank account in 5-7 days.

                              Almost 40-42 days have passed and every time i contact them, i get the same reply.

                              Basically medlife is a bunch of cheats and frauds. Make sure not to pay in advance after you place the order and also make sure that your are getting the right medicine (Not substitute)

                                I booked my appointment of the package 1499 which included my blood test and urine analysis. I recieved my reports on 3rd feb and my demographic details were wrong, i have been mentioned as male instead of female and referred as "mr" before my name which obviously hampered the accuracy of my reports. I contacted your customer care department regarding same and i have not recieved any call or any assurance for retest for the same. I need my further reports for further medical examination and its already being delayed.

                                Rs 4575.01 was paid against this order on 05/01/2020 through online payment. The Order No OR9102HOA-005A and OR9102HOA-006A had the order value of Rs 3110.39/- and Rs 1658.11/-. However, during delivery of the orders, Rs 1658.11/- cash was taken by the delivery personnel which is completely fraud. Hence my request is return the money.

                                  What kind of service you provide. Really do you have any sense how service industry works. Instead of sending 100 promotional sms and mails on daily basis pls improve your service. I have order on 24th jan, 2020 (Order id or2886wb-022a) and got deliver on 25th jan. I had price diff issue, ie you have charged extra by rs 12.4 compared to mrp. Till now i havnt recd my refund after 6 calls.

                                    I ordered medicines from medlife with order id or5156wdb-001a online on 2 feb.
                                    I received confirmation sms the sam day with promised delivey date as 4 feb.
                                    I have even made payment online of amount rs.963
                                    After that when i called them today asking for delivery, they responded as medicines are not available and if this was the case why the order was confurmes. It is related to someone's life and not any normal order.

                                    Also when i cancelled order there is no sms received for refund yet.
                                    My money is stuck with them.
                                    Worst app ever.

                                    Can you please ask them to refund.
                                    My money back.

                                      I had placed the order on 31st Jan 2020, initially they were committed to deliver within two after three days there was no confirmation on order so while tracking found that order is still in process ... But wait .. It was a shocker when i saw the additional discount amount while placing order (coupon) was removed, when spoke to customer executive they were helpless and told me to cancel and reorder .
                                      Since it was second time, I took the screen shot when placing the order. You all can see by yourself.
                                      One more thing when the medicines are out of stock they will not notify us .They take our time and money for granted !!

                                      I have uninstalled the app and never placing or recommend people to place order at Medlife !! Cheaters !! Fraud company !!

                                        Order id 4730044. The entire report of 77 tests were false and incurrate. Please refund our money and consequential losses

                                        Wrong treatment cost and re-test cost and time lost by us.

                                        We have already submitted proof of reports from other genuine lab. Customer service is not responding to our several call and mail.
