Dear sir,

This is to brought to your kind notice that i had order some medicines from medlife online. There was one medicine missing in the packet worth rs. 703/- and i brought this to the knowledge of medlife. They said that they will check at their end and arrange to refund the amount. However, i am still following up with them for the said refund.

They did not refunded my money yet nor they have given any satisfactory response.

    Refund of or2344wza-001a (Reference-id : 856937) is pending an old order dated 13 dec which when you could not supply or cancelled you have to reimburse.
    1. Please explain why you are unnecessarily delaying refund of this old order.
    2. If delay is due to "technical issue" then how you are able to refund the current order.
    3. Or is your mind set not to refund the money?
    4. Or if you have refunded email the details.
    In case emails are not answered i will have to contact the next level only. You are all specialists in irritating the customer and chasing him away, then call up and request for order.

      I am a regular medicine purchaser of your company, more then 7days ago some medicines are return from my end, a massege of refund the amount with 3days also receive from your company but refund amount still not credited my account.

        Order no or2344wza-001a dated 11dec 2019 (Reference-id : 856937) was cancelled and refund of 394.37 is pending. Medline could not fulfill complete order and so had to be cancelled. Mr. Rahul answered twice citing "technical reasons" but now after a month they are not responding to emails. If they had credited i want details or refund the cancelled order

        OR2344WZA-001A Wed, Dec 11 was CANCELLED ₹ 394.37 .
        Medlife is citing "technical Reasons" to delay the refund, The trick is they just ask for 48 hours since the date of cancellation and it is now about 2 months since they are holding the money. Once you stop buying from them people from different levels swarm at us literally requesting or apologising and just forget the case. It does not move an inch.
        Please forward to the next level, a person of authority and close the case
        I regret for being a customer being flattered by their customer care full of false promises

But still money not refunded back. While customer care always replies that your order is in process of cancellation.

            I have ordered few medicines online with medlife and paid the complete amount and the delivery boy says that the total amount is not paid and some 300 is still pending. I had to cancel the order

            Second instance: now i have order the medicine again today, it said i have to pay 1840 and i was about to pay the amount the total changed to 2208. How did the price change, i tried couple of time and it is the same thing.

            These people are clearly cheating.

            Other instances: when you select the medicine it says in stock and they just say under process, the process goes on for couple of days and finally they edit your request and send the medicines.

            Now that is a total surprise for the buyer.

            Please do not buy medicines with medlife.

            Medlife is lafaddu lal site. They dont know how to work, unprofessional, pathetic service and worst web site.

              I was ordered last month 26th dec and it got canceled due to not availability of medicine but still i didn't get refund of it even i take follow-up on my complaint from last 15 days but not getting any response.

              Worst and worst ever customer service fake company... Never ever order from this company.. Uselesss fake... Even i think to take this company to court.

              This is not about money this is all about trust of people they just opened a company for betraying the people.

                By mistake i have done payment twice for one of the medicine from medlife on 27/12/19 and requesting for refund of extra paid money since 28/12/19 but since one month but no one taking any serious step. Its pathetic service when it turns to resolve the issue. I am not going to use this app further and also not recommend any one to use it. If in this digital age it's taking so much time just be aware how much they care for consumers.

                  These people always deliver the wrong medicines.

                  I placed an order of one product but they deliver another product than immediately I placed a request of a return. they collected the medicine but they did not refund the amount. this happened for me on Dec 17th, 2019 I waited almost one month and keep on calling to the customer care number. always one answer from them we will get back to you madam. their calling charges also so high I spent a lot for calling to the customer care but the result was A BIG ZERO.

                    I have ordered in medlife mobile app for budamate 200mcg transcaps. But received from medlife wrong medicine that was budamate 200mcg transhalers. Quantity of 3 numbers. On 18th november 2019. From the date of received wrong medicine till today i am trying to return the medicine. I have called 3 times to medlife easy return policy no.[protected]. But they are telling this medicine will be taken back with in 3days. But now 70days passed and no response from medlife. Please refund our money as fast as possible.

                        Reference to our order no. Or8935nga-007a which has not been received by me till date. This is not the first time i am facing this problem.
                        I shall be glad to know when we may expect delivery. This delay on your part is causing us considerable embarrassment.
                        Please intimate me on the phone the status of your delivery schedule as soon as you receive this letter. I may be forced to cancel the order and buy the required medicine from the local market if you fail to reply and cause any more delay. I am always facing this problem on delivery as it was estimated on friday 23 january 2020 and today is saturday
                        It is now up to you to salvage our belied expectations.

                        I want to delete my medlife account permanently but there's no any option of deleting the account in midlife page or app. I receive 5-10 promotional and ads text messages from medlife and it irritating.

                        Please do something needful as early as possible.

                          I ordered medicine on line with medlife through mobile app on 19.12.19. And made the payment online through the link received from medlife for the medicine amounting to ₹502. On 20.12.19, during delivery of the medicines, the delivery man insisted for cash payment for the medicines since the amount paid by me through online was not accounted. Hence i paid the cash and received the medicines. After i wrote to medlife requesting to refund the amount paid through online. Finally on 06.0120 reply from medlife as follows.

                            I have been odered medicines twice through medlife. And i have faced price change issue both times (Ie at the time of placing order payable amount was different and at the time of delivery payable amount increased)

                            1st order - i have ordered some medicine dec 2019 from medlife and payable amount at the time of ordering was around rs. 728 however at the time of delivery the amount changed and the payable amount increased to rs. 843. How the amount increased i don't understand?? This was 1st time hence i ignored and i have paid rs. 843 for the order.

                            2nd order - i have ordered some medicine on 22nd jan 2020 from medlife and payable amount at the time of ordering was around rs. 829 however received sms for confimation of order and the amount changed and increased to rs. 983. How the amount increased i don't understand?? Everytime the amount increased from order value, that means tou are making fools to customers.. I have called customer care also but no satisfactory response.

                              I have requested many time for schedule pickup and contact customer support but pickup is not done yet. For last 10 days no one is coming for the pickup. Plz tell me the final date when i expect the return pickup.
                              Is team waiting for the date when they say that product cannot be returned and so the amount paid cannot be refunded. This is not expected from the top pharma company. Very poor service provided by you.

                                Hello,
                                I placed an order with medlife on 1st january for rs 5048.24 for some medicines and for cash on delivery. On 3rd january i decided that it would be easier if i made the payment with online banking and did that. When the delivery person came over, he declined to accept the online payment and demanded for cash. Since i didnt want to pay twice, i cancelled the order. I was told i would receive the refund with in 7 working days. Now it has been almost 3 weeks and i still haven't received the refund.

                                    Instead my Mumbai address, your team, on a phone call for medicine order has taken my 1 year old Pune address without consulting me. When I received message that order has been delivered for order no. OR9631QHA-014A, I was shocked that no person approached me/my residence and still I received the message. When I check at the app; then I came to know that the medicines has been delivered to my old Pune address where I was living 1 years back.

                                    I have already raised a complaint for refund of the same on 09.01.2020 but till date no satisfactory answer has been provided by Customer care team.

                                    Pl look into the matter at most urgent and initiate refund within 2-3 working days.

                                      I have placed two orders on 16th jan. Delivery time was mentioned as 17 jan 2020. However, the order has not been delivered till now. There is no update provided for reason for delay. This is not acceptable as the order is for medicine. Cancel option is also disabled. Provide an update on my orders immediately.                                       Daily 5-8 irritating promotional text message i am receiving... i want to stop those message and deactivate the account as well.
