I order galact-elachi powder but i received wrong medicine.. Instead of galact-elachi powder.. I received prohance-hp.. So kindly change it for me soon bcoz i already paid for it. I made an order or3862rs­023a of rs 407.97 on 31.12.2019 for amlovas m 5/50 & tonact 10 mg for 30 tabs each and made payment of rs 407.97 through net banking (Rozorpay), but delivery boy came with medicines and did not hand over medicines to me. I want to return four quantity of cherrio oral gel but firstly they will not give proper response on it. I called again and again then they accept my request bt submit it wrong. They submit it in five quantity. Now deliver boy didn't accept my reverse pickup parcel of my product because of wrong submission of product....

On 8th dec 2019, i had credited rs 1400.00 in the wallet of the medlife app. And on 10th dec 2019, i made a purchase for rs 654/-. This amount was debited twice from my wallet. I made a complaint regarding the same and was told it would take 7 working days to be refunded to the wallet.
