    They are cheaters, and this company is also fake... Very poor customer service... My order id was pin831848 confirmed (Reference-id : 903013)...

    Order id: or3782sab-001a. I got a damaged product... The herbal capsules and the box was broken and damaged.. I've been requesting them to send me a replacement product, but they it's been more few weeks, still no sign of support or help.

    Everytime they keep saying we have forwarded the problem to the concerned team, but i still haven't got a replacement product... Total waste of money...

    Kindly refund me the full amount back, or else i will take legal action against your company..

          I order galact-elachi powder but i received wrong medicine.. Instead of galact-elachi powder.. I received prohance-hp.. So kindly change it for me soon bcoz i already paid for it. Either you should chnge it or should refund it for me.. And secondly i also try to put return complaint.. But they r not taking it.. I also call for the complaint... But they put my call on hold... So kindly accept my request and also improve for ur app

            I made an order or3862rs­023a of rs 407.97 on 31.12.2019 for amlovas m 5/50 & tonact 10 mg for 30 tabs each and made payment of rs 407.97 through net banking (Rozorpay), but delivery boy came with medicines and did not hand over medicines to me. The rozorpay successful receipt of payment and kotak bank debited message are attached. I made my first complain on 01.01.2020. The medlife replied for immediate solution within 24 hours and message is attached.

            The delivery boy did not hand over medicines to me because payment is pending, where as i paid rs 407.97 through net banking (Rozorpay). This is second time where delivery boy declined the delivery of medicines and i made my second complain on 04.01.2020 and file is attached.

            Regarding order or3862rs023a (Referenceid:933747), which was cancelled citing some reason not to be verified by your doctor etc. It was intimated to me through sms. I had paid rs 407.97 through net banking (Rozorpay) and this amount needs to be credited into my account
            Through which payment had been done. I reminded the medlife that already 9 days are gone, but return amount is not credited. This mail was sent on 08.01.2020 and file is attached.

            Therefore, the current status is that rs. 407.97 is not credited into my account till 13.01.2020.

              I would like to register my complaint against medlife with order number or763ol-003a
              I had order medicine on december7th2019, tengliptin 20 mg with name of remmi lobo. Due to some doctors mistake i had to cancel my order. I asked the to take the medicine through customer care and email from past one month. They are not taking back the medicine. These medicine are not useful to me
              Whenever i email them to take back the medicine, they always mailing back saying they need sometime to resolve the problem
              Its almost two months i am having this issue
              I am simply keeping it at home
              Kindly help

                I have ordered medicines on 26- dec -2019 by order no. Or9767nqa-006a which was delivered on 31 dec 2019 and paid cash on delivery.
                I have checked the order after receiving, the medicines are short in quantity.

                I have ordered 300 unit of prifenex 200 mg tablets but only 150 tablets is delivered in the package with other ordered medicines.

                Iimmediately i have called customer care regarding the short delivery of medicine and she take my bank details and said that the refund will be made after checking in there records and cctv footage in 48 hours.

                But now after 10 days they are saying that they have checked the cctv footage and they have sent full order to me. There is no problem at their end.

                It's there responsibility until the medicine are fully delivered to the consumer.

                I haven't received full quantity of medicine.

                I have ordered medicine from medlife On 20th December 2019 I did receive the link for online payment and i did a payment of 492 via amazon pay.
                But the order was cancelled but still i have not received the amount.., customer care always say it will take 7-8 days

                  My name is hitesh chaugule, and i am still chasing for my refund amount of above order or2202mia-005a for dual payment.
                  On 24th dec i did net banking payment of rs 1989.70 which got failed but amount got deducted from my bank account and the same day order was out for delivery so that delivery boy said we have not received your payment as our server is down so u need to make cash payment, hence i paid cash and took delivery of above order. Later on that net banking amount got credited to medlife. So i lodged a complaint on 01.01.2020 for refund of my net banking amount everything is confirmed from their end regarding payment received etc still i have not received my refund. Everytime they say request has sent to finance dept and refund amt in 3-5 working days. Pls help

                    I had placed an order dated 10th jan (Order number - draft8063bed) for which i was not receiving any call from for doctor confirmation and was getting message again and again that we are try to reach by not successful, till now it was not confirmed.

                    What is the status of this order - draft8063bed

                    Pharmacy is passing ball to customer care and same way customer care is passing same to pharmacy.

                      Hi, i have ordered medicine through medlife app on 7th jan 2020, which was showing the delivery date as 9th jan 2020 (Order id - or9524tta-004a). However even on 11th jan 2020, when i checked the order status its still showing as processing. This is the 2nd time that the medicine are not being delivered on time by medlife. I got call from customer care, then they said that they will connect my call to delivery department and they disconnected my call.

                      On 11th jan evening they called again and now they are telling me that the delivery date given at the time of order is subject to availability of medicine, and they are not able to find some medicine from order, so they are asking me to amend the order. The worst thing is that they are sending everyday at least 3-4 messages regarding the offers in app but they can't send the non-availability of medicine through a message. These medicine are ordered for my mother who is a diabetic and bp patient.

                      The worst experience from medlife once again and i'm feeling seriously sorry for wasting my time and money on such a useless app.

                      Never ever gonna repeat this mistake and ofcourse i'll tell my friends and colleagues about this and not to order anything from medlife.

                        Hello.. Myself khushboo bhatia wadhwani form agra. I ordered some medicines form medlife which ordered id is:-or5554lia-0054. I want to return four quantity of cherrio oral gel but firstly they will not give proper response on it. I called again and again then they accept my request bt submit it wrong. They submit it in five quantity. Now deliver boy didn't accept my reverse pickup parcel of my product because of wrong submission of product. I complaint for it two times but no one give response. They said, "we put a request for correction of product". But still the same condition.
                        Please give attention on it. Its very kindfull.

                          On 8th dec 2019, i had credited rs 1400.00 in the wallet of the medlife app. And on 10th dec 2019, i made a purchase for rs 654/-. This amount was debited twice from my wallet. I made a complaint regarding the same and was told it would take 7 working days to be refunded to the wallet.

                          On 13th dec, the order was cancelled. Till now i have not got back the amount back in my wallet.

                          Regarding this i have already called the customer care no three time and every time i have got the same reply; the matter has been forwarded to finance department.

                          I have raised a complaint on the app and got the same reply.

                          I have emailed them with the complaint but matter still pending even after a month. My complaint in email was replied as order id: or8730zxa-001a

                          Absolutely worst! Its 29th Jan 2020 and I do not see any action taken by Medlife. And now I cannot login to the Medlife App in my mobile it is saying "Invalid Device ID" Worst service ever.

                          Can any one help me on how to escalate the matter.

                            I am a regular customer of medlife, one of your member called me for enquiring further medicinal order and they place offers too. According to that i ordered xarelto 20 mg of 1 strip of 14 tablets worth rs 2030, after 30% dicount the price was 1421 and also cetapin v 0.2mg of 1strip with 15 tablets worth 143 (After discount). I choose cash on delivery, but the problem is that i got the msg that i have to pay 39931 rs and they added so many units of xarelto tablet, i tried to cancel that order. But failed. Now those medicines are shipped. Please resolve this mistake sir

                              My order no is or6572nqa-002a. I have placed order for azulix 2 mg forte 8 strips but i received medicine for azulix 2 mf. So i placed a return request for the same but when the bill was made it was made for 4 qty in 1 row & 4 qty another row. I didnot see this in the bill and as a result i placed return request for 4 medicine only. Later when i wanted to return the medicines they are telling that they have placed manual request regarding it. But till date medicines are not picked up from my home and every time i am calling, the executive is saying that we need 24-48 h to process the request. So how many days will i have to wait? I am really shocked by this behaviour from medlife

                                Order no. Or7685bf-037a not fulfilled as order placed. Return not responding even after same day of delivery concern was raised. Very poor service. Legal action is to be initiated for lack of essential services which may cost life of people due to your negligence. Medicine is to save lies but poor service will take life if such things taker place. (Synlitigators - law firm, mumbai [protected])

                                      I have ordered medicines on 04/01/2020.
                                      And and the delivery was shown by 05/01/2020 but next day I got call from delivery agent that he will not be able to deliver the medicines and he himself without any valid reason said that he will postpone it to 06/01/2020 after asking the reason still he was not ready to explain it and kept the call, then I called on several customer care numbers but the numbers which they have provided on their site are invalid also mailed them for the same but I didn't got any reply
                                      Till now I have not received medicine

                                        Billed 4 strips of Reclimet XR but received only 3 strips. Lodged complaint on 13.12.2019 for refund. Till date not received refund. In the meanwhile called customer care half dozen times or more, but received same reply that due to technical issues it is taking long, we have already lodged a complaint to the repective department and you will get back the refund in the next 48 hours/7days. Most annoying part they have no sense that customers should be kept informed of the proceedings.
