Hi, i have ordered medicine through medlife app on 7th jan 2020, which was showing the delivery date as 9th jan 2020 (Order id - or9524tta-004a). However even on 11th jan 2020, when i checked the order status its still showing as processing. This is the 2nd time that the medicine are not being delivered on time by medlife. I got call from customer care, then they said that they will connect my call to delivery department and they disconnected my call.
On 11th jan evening they called again and now they are telling me that the delivery date given at the time of order is subject to availability of medicine, and they are not able to find some medicine from order, so they are asking me to amend the order. The worst thing is that they are sending everyday at least 3-4 messages regarding the offers in app but they can't send the non-availability of medicine through a message. These medicine are ordered for my mother who is a diabetic and bp patient.
The worst experience from medlife once again and i'm feeling seriously sorry for wasting my time and money on such a useless app.
Never ever gonna repeat this mistake and ofcourse i'll tell my friends and colleagues about this and not to order anything from medlife.
