Hi,

I had ordered few calcium and heart related medicines for my family member through medlife app on thursday 02/01/2020 as attached. As per app the delivery date is 04/01/2020 (Saturday). Due to some emergency i raised a call to get this delivered by friday. But todays it's 06/01/2020 and still the order has not been delivered, but the app shows as delivery by sat jan 4, 2020 as seen in screenshot. Due to medical emergency i somehow got these medicines (1 strip only) on friday after searching through local chemist for 2 hrs. The app still shows order as "processing" and no other details abt what is stopping to get the order delivered. I have already done the payment of order and now since 3 days i am continuously calling to know the latus. The app does not have any facility to show the actual status about the order, neither the team calls you to know the cause of delay or whether it ready to be shipped etc. Seems to be 1 of the pathetic app. Note: if you want some really critical medicines don't trust this app.

What exactly are they doing on this notification, can you check on that. Today is 8th Jan 2020 and still no updates from your end as in when I would get the delivery of medicines. I am still following up to get the updates whereas you don't have any courtesy to call me and inform about the latest status. Worst app that I could have ever used and worst app to recommend anyone. You don't know the importance of customer awaiting for the medicines who is actually suffering from paralytic stroke.

You made me wait more than 10-12 days and that too delivered partial medicines by forcing me to modify the order and providing only the medicines which were available. I never received any call from your end abt the latest status of my order. After calling repeatedly I was told that it is still in Processing stage. This proves the lack of visibility in your system to the customer speaking support guys as well who can't retrieve the latest status of the order by communicating the procurement/delivery team. A pathetic app that I could say who is least boarded abt patients illness and will never deliver the order on time.

Thanks for not providing any resolution. I have switched my pharmacy dealer itself from Medlife to someone else. Your worst service has been conveyed to my friends and some of them have already stopped using Medlife. Keep up the worst work.
My medlife execute more charge and not taken back ..pls given me my amount..

    I have made an order (with the Name Sucapa Ganguly )of 2Types of Medicines on[protected] and also I have paid the full amount of Rs. 527.54/-through amazon wallet on the same date.
    But there is still showing pending amount of Rs. 527.54/- and has not been delivered of medicines.

    I want to delete my medlife account permanently but there's no any option of deleting account in medlife page or app. I receive 5-10 promotional and ads text messages from medlife and it irritating.

    Please do something needful as early aa possible.
    I can give my mobile number where i get messages from medlife.

      Following medicines were short received and the complaint was registered
      On toll free number.

      Niftas 50 mg 40 units
      Ondero 5 mg 40 units

      Full payment was made on receipt of medicines.
      Please refund or send the short supplied medicines. We were told that the
      Action would be taken within 48 hours of complaint. No response received so far.
      Medlife customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Sir i ordered some medicines on 19 dec they promised to get it delivered by 25 dec. they failed to deliver now they even not issuing me a refund

        Hi,
        I had placed an order on medlife.com on 10th december 2019, order id:or8616uza-001a of order value rs. 3171.20/-
        After 2 days, i got a message from medlife saying that the product is not available and hence are unable to deliver it and they will initiate the refund for the same. I called 3 times and sent mail but still now i didn't received money.
        Medlife customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I ordered some med on 6th December 2019 and my refund has been initiated on 8th December but it did not reached to my paytm wallet yet. Everytime I tried to talk to the customer care service, they always tell me to wait for another 2 days.
        It has been over 10 days now, please I want my money back as soon as possible.

          Hi, i ordered some medicines few months back and it was not available and was not delivered to me. My wallet has balance of rs. 547 due to that. I asked for a refund to my bank account a month back. I was moving abroad and i didn't have time to wait for the medicine again. Medlife agent has promised me last month that my money will be credited to bank account but still no action taken. Please help me.

              I am regular purchaser of medicines from this company. Few medicines of mother was returned to them and they transferred the amount to their wallet. It has been almost 3 weeks i am trying to reach them, sending emails to call me to place order.

              The worst thing is their number is never reachable, it disconnects after 3-4 rings.

              Till date no-one has called from customer care and attended my query.

              Kindly help me in getting my money back to me or utilizing the same to purchase medicines.

              I have not received any updates yet on my complaint. Infact i have placed three new orders after this complaint from different numbers. All of them are pending for confirmation by showing delivery date which has already passed 2 days ago.

              I am requesting everyday to them on watsapp to call me and confirm the order, as it contains my mother's diabetic medicine.

              These are ridiculous people with no sense of responsibility and humanity towards people.

              Kindly help me in getting my money and I am done with them.

              DO let me know if i need to file court case against them, I'll be more than grateful to do the same.

                I had ordered one touch ultra sugar testing strips on 21st December 2019. Till date I am chasing for my order. Initially your courier partner did not deliver it saying that it was a COD. Inspire of being prepaid order I don't know why my order was treated as COD. After frequent calls to your office I was assured of delivery of my order. Now for past 4 days your courier partner is harassing me for the delivery. Today when I call them, they say my order is being returned back to you. Subsequent I called your office and they say it will be delivered tomorrow. I don't understand why this harassment inspite of making prepayment.

                  I have order 2medicines on dec 9, 2019.One of them was not available and they have sent me a message that the refund of the medicine (Rs. 944) will be initiated within 24hrs. But till now no action have been taken to refund my money. I am calling the customer care executives on a daily basis. Everytime they r giving me the same reply that they are filing a complaint and it will be resolved. It has been about 24 days i am waiting for my refund. I dont know what to do now. Howcan they just cheat on people like this... pathetic...

                    I was purchased a medicine from medlife app and i bought this medicine from medlife app for the second time, but unfortunately this time my product is defective in inside and outside of the box. Due to this reason on 22/12/2019 i had raise a request for return this, but so far, no courier boy has been sent to return this medicine. Today it has been 10 days, but my defected order has not been withdrawn yet. Is medlife cheating with the customer in the name of return because i have seen other customer reviews where it is clearly written that medlife has been cheating in the name of return. My biggest mistake is that i trusted a cheap company like medlife. Because this company has been cheating the customer in the name of returns.

                      I ordered medicines on 15th december, where the app showed me a delivery date of 16th dec. After waiting for an extra day without having heard from medlife i cancelled the order on 17th december.

                      Since, 17th december 2019 i have called numerous times. Have been put on hold for umpteen number of minutes and even today the status as shared by the rep/agent is that "i have escalated the issue"

                      This is ridiculous, people who buy important and life saving medicines should not use this portal unless they have the patience of waiting for the medicine for two weeks or more. Also, it is advisable not to make online payment so that you dont have to line-up for receiving a refund

                        I have ordered medicine on 17dec and did online payment on same day.
                        On the other day, delivery person ask for money saying this is cod order.
                        He went back as i denied to pay money, i raised complaint in customer care and did mail to both care & support mail id.
                        Since last 13 days i am following for medicine and they are saying we are working on it & you will receive medicine soon. But there is no result.
                        I have asked customer care representative to transfer call to some senior person to escalate problem but they are transferring call and it goes on hold for several minute and no respond there on.
                        Today after 13days whey i called once again, they said your medicine went back as there was no delivery since many days.
                        Delivery person is not providing delivery who has tied up with medlife, no one from medlife even tried to contact to me and saying confirmation of delivery of medicine.
                        I have also twitted this thing on twitter on medlife page and they said they are working on it. But still no result.
                        Now they are saying you need to place another order of medicine because it went back.
                        I have paid money and i am not getting service for it. And who will be responsible for delay for medicine?

                          I've booked order of 1192.75/- (1000ml figaro oil, 1kg patanjali honey, 25ml dettol santizer)
                          I have maid payment using 600 as coupan code and reamaning with card via paypal as gateway. Now my concern is that they modified myorder to 464.25/- (200ml figaro oil, 500g patanjali honey, 25ml dettol santizer) withouting intimation me and my concer. Now when i called they are saying this is our policy. We will refund the remaining amount.

                          So is it the right the if customer is asking 5 mg medicine and you will modified it to 10mg even without taking customers concern.
                          Now because of you i have to bear 600 loss financial loss and the oil which i getting in 175/- (By ordering 1000ml) will get in 288 with your modified order of 200ml). Their is noting my mistake at all. Still as per your your fake and cheating policy i have to bear total loss.

                          Now my request from you is to either provide my medicine which i order without any refund or refund 1192.75/ plus my 600 coupon which will be wasted because of your fake provision and policy.

                            I had placed an order on medlife.com on 15th december 2019, order id: or6217io-004a of order value rs. 161.60/-
                            After couple of days, i got a call from medlife saying that the product is not available and hence are unable to deliver it and they will initiate the refund for the same.
                            On 18th decmber 2019, i only got a partial refund of rs. 113.60/- for that order and i had to cancel that order for a full refund.
                            Till the date, i haven't received my full refund for that cancelled order.
                            Neither i received the product, nor i received my refund yet. I'm continuously following with medlife for my refund but they haven't given it yet even after 15 days of cancelling the order.
                            I had emailed to medlife customer support team on [protected]@medlife.com for my refund issue (Ticket/reference id: 872826) and mr. Gautam bhardwaj is handling that ticket from medlife. I'm replying daily to that email to get an update on my refund issue and mr. Gautam is sending only stereotyped automated responses to my emails saying that the team is looking into it. He is not even bothered to read and go through my emails before sending those automated replies. I had also requested many times to escalate the issue to the their higher management on priority basis but no luck.. No one is looking into it and responding to it from medlife. I'm calling medlife customer care number[protected] for my refund on daily basis since 10 days now but there's no followup, no response. I'm fade up with this pathetic, unprofessional, unresponsive support and cheat behavior of medlife customer support team and hence wanted to file a legal complaint against them vis medlife and mr. Gautam. Please resolve my issue immediately. Thank you!

                              I had transaction with order I'd OR8569NEA-015A with amount Rs. 557.09 on date 5th December 2019. After cancellation of order till date refund not received after mail communication and multiple follow up.
                              Registered number for order is [protected]. Payment mode was partly from credit card and remaining from paytm. Please update ASAP for my refund status.

                              MEDLIFE LAB IS WORST AND IRRESPONSIBLE
                              I have made payment of 406 on 2nd January 2029 for my lab Blood test using Amazon Pay as of now I didn't got my blood report.
                              When I called customer care they told that payment is not paid. But I paid on that day in front of lab collecting person through payment link which is sended by so called medlife company.
                              Please Solve this problem as soon as possible.

                              This is last, I should never use Midlife App for my life Even I called customer care so many times but it's not solved yet. If this is continuous further i will put all the problem I faced in Google review
                              It's really very disappointed from your side as you guys are playing with health isuuse. I know I didn't get any reply from your side because previously also I sended mail but that doesn't helped and no reply. If your company not maintain proper custermer care support then you should shout down your company

                              Please send Lab report as soon as possibl. If not Refund my money I should not use your service it's useless and unfaithful

                                No respone for any one to collect the medicine even after couple of mails sent and no rely from the medlife person even after so many call. Fed up of the way you treat the customer. Process the refund at the earliest.
                                If i call customer care i only get the msg ur call will be connected pls wait even i hold the call for 10 minuted no one will reponse.
                                Looking forward for the refund & pick up of medicine at the earlist

                                  I have ordered some medicines to medlife on 21.11.2019 as under.
                                  1. Cilacar 10mg - 30 tabs
                                  2. Ecosprin av 10/75-30 caps
                                  3. Metzok 50 mg - 30 tab
                                  4. Telma h 40/12.5 mg - 30 tabs
                                  5. Zoyrl m1 mg-30 tabs.
                                  Out of which i received wrong medicines as under
                                  Medicines received.
                                  1. Cilacar 10mg - 30 tabs.
                                  2. Neurobion plus - 30 tabs
                                  3. Nurokind nest - (3x10) - one box
                                  In this regard, i requested for return and after 15 days later one representative came and received only 10 medicines (Cilacar 10 mg - 10 tabs) only. So again i called customer care (Mail and call recordings attached) for return and refund the amount but till now i am calling them and they are giving me assurance to receive and refund the amount, but till now no once came to pic the wrong medicines nor refunded the amount. Only one medicine cilacar (10 tabs) received and reimbursed.
                                  Rest wrong medicines not received till now.

                                    I have ordered medicine from medlife website. The amount haa been deducted twice from my account. I have paid by the amount through debit card. I told the delivery person that the amount have been deducted from my account. He told me that the amount has not been received and it's showing as fail, when i asked to show the last transaction details, he is not listening to me and telling me that i need to swipe the card again. So the double amount has been deducted and its not yet been refunded till now. Please resolve my issue asap. It almost 17 days from the date of ordered.

                                      Hello. I returned my medicines to your representative, but the money has not been refunded. App shows money has been refunded, but i haven't received it yet. Order id - or8001rb-012a. The amount is rs 167.41 wallet has balance of rs 0. It has been over 2 weeks now, i request you to refund my money otherwise i will be forced to complain against you in consumer forum, news paper, social media to aware public not to buy medicine from this fraud company.

                                        I have ordered some medicines from medlife, shipment no. : awb[protected], in an emergency condition. The shipment is present in my city gaya from 17-dec-2019, but still they have not delivered the medicine to my home address. Since, the patient condition is not good, so this is not acceptable. Every time whenever we call to costumer care, they are saying they will delivery by tomorrow. Could you please take some action on this.
