I placed order of a medicine called 'prograf 1mg capsules', on app of medlife..my order was booked and I received a confirmation sms, however wen I didn't receive the medicine on the given date of delivery, I checked, and saw that my order had been cancelled.so I placed the order again.n the same thing happened, and I didn't get my medicine..so I called on their customer care number, and they asked to place the order again through call, so I did..again I received SMS confirming my order, but when I did not get the package on due date, I again checked on the app which said my order was again cancelled...
Worried that I was running out on my medicine, I called the customer care number again, the executive told me that they did not have that particular medicine with them, n they failed to arrange it, so they cancelled my order...
I asked them that they should have atleast informed me via SMS that the medicine was not available or they should put updates on their app that a particular medicine is out of stock, so I may arrange it from somewhere else, but they didn't even give me a satisfactory reply...also they made me wait a long time on their customer service number for which they charge a lot of money...i even talked to their senior escalation manager, (Satish)and he didn't even address my problem...I ended up losing sufficient balance from my phone, my time my energy(as I'm a kidney transplant patient), with no idea as to when I'll be receiving my meds..and untill now I haven't had any response from their side...
Medlife customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I am writing this mail after several follow up from Medlife different departments (i.e Customer Care Support, Franchise, Facebook medium, Mail on Customer Care) for my Refund of Rs. 58800 (fifty eight Thousand Eight Hundred only)...
I am very unhappy & angry from Medlife !!! They don't bother about their customers..

I am taking follow up since 21st march 2020 from Medlife Customer care Service for my Refund Process but They always say that Transaction is initiated from our end it will reflect in your account in 7 Working days, I obliged your request and wait for 8 Working days but amount is not reflect in my bank account as well as in my credit cards...
Whne I am taking follow up your customer care executive say not audible and disconnect our call and they don't have courtesy to call again to Customer...
Always your customer care operator is saying that we initiated your refund request you will get it please wait for some days and If ask for transaction ID they are providing me fake multiple transactions for the same order ID, When I have checked from my Bank they are saying no transaction is happened...
I feed up from your Statements I need my money within 48 hours from this mail hit to your inbox, Otherwise I have to file a case in consumer court against Medlife International Pvt Ltd for the fraud of Rs. 58800/-..
Need your intervention in this issue and PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY...
