On 12dec2019 i tried to pay medlife for my medicine order worth 723.94 thru net banking and my money got deducted frm account but i dint see any payment update on medlife app finally delivery agent keeps telling me to pay cod then only delivery will b done. I also checked with customer care n thy told unless i do cod thy will bot deliver. Finally after cod i got my medicine but i dint get my refund of amount which is paid thru net banking. I am continuously checking with medlife customer care n thy told its been received and we will forward ur request to finance department to issue refund as its duplicate payment. Regarding this i mailed twice and called several times but my issue is still not resolved. I am fed up of this kind of service and never will go fr medlife and will not recommend anybdy too. I hope if this forum can help me to resolve my matter else i dont think i will get my money back.

Will medlife process my refund or not. When it comes to collect payment from customer side they will not deliver the product until thy receive the money but when it comes to refund the duplicate payment which happened due to their saying and app issue thy dont want to do that. Atleast ur finance team shud get back to me telling the status. Aasholes

    Pathetic service i order medicine on 16th and was supposed to be delivered on 18th. No one called no once came to deliver. Then on 19th i called back and was informed 1 medicine is less in stock so no deliver. I asked to reduce stock and deliver. I was informed it will be delivered on 20th. I called back on 20th again i was informed the same medicine is again less in stock. No one bother to inform me about the same. How poor service is this. I asked to speak to manager and i was on hold for 15mins and line disconnected. This kind of business you people do. I am a ckd patient and this is the treatment you people provide.

      Hello,

      This is to bring to your attention, from dec 2nd, 2019 i am continuously following about my below issue/concern with medlife's various staff members and departments.
      But no one is responding of my emails or even no one is calling me to discuss on this issue and provide me a tentative eta.

      For a single order i paid twice, first through online, since medlife don't have my online payment track. Later i had to pay cod as well to get my medicines.

      Now i am asking for refund of my online payment rs 262.00 which i made for the same order.

      Please look into it and resolve it asap.

        I ordered some medicines for my wife from medlife on cod basis on 11.07.19 order id no. Or4934zqa-001a. The medicines were delivered on 14.07.19 as per my request and payment was made instantly. But after opening the box i found that the medicines were not the medicines i ordered. But the invoice was correct being no. Ccu[protected] dated 13.07.19. I immdiately tried to contact the delivery boy but he was not available on the given number. I then talked to their toll free number several times so that i may get refund the amount and they take back the medicines. But nothing done as per assurance. I left the country (Which they knew well as i told them several times) and returned on 26th sept, 2019 but money was not refunded. Recently some person from the company asked me to return the medicine to kolkata and the amount of rs.4672/- will be refunded. I returned the medicines by dtdc on 09.12.19 but nothing has been done regarding refund.

          Hello.I returned my medicines to your representative, but the money has not been refunded. App shows money has been refunded, but I haven't received it yet .Order id - OR4159NGA-005A.The amount is Rs.1198.80.Wallet has Balance of Rs 0. It has been over 2 weeks now, I request you to refund my money otherwise I will be forced to complain against you in CONSUMER FORUM.

          A phone call came asking my Bank Account details to process the refund. Although I provided it, no money transfer has been done until now. It has been over 40 days now. get the refund done ASAP

              I have booked an order for insulin catridge and made payment in medlife on 02december. But the order got cancelled automatically on 08th december. When i contacted medlife customer service, they said the ordered bottles were broken and they asked me to create a new order. I created a new order, paid the amount again and my second order was delivered.

              But my first order amount was not refunded yet. Could you please check and update me.

              Below is the message i got on 8th december.
              "medlife has initiated refund of your order or5622gza-001a. Refund will be credited based on payment mode chosen by you".

                Hi,

                I had ordered medicines on 7th of december and i received the medicine 9th of december. I paid 6470 rs. But due to sortage of some medicines the total bill was for 5606 rs.

                I am struggling from last 7 days with medlife for my refund but not getting any satisfactory answer seems they have not updated their records properly.

                Below is the order number.

                I have to receive the refund for 864 rs which is not initiated from their end and no confirmation when they will give this amount.

                This is a mental harassment, please take any action as soon as possible.

                This mail is on very Serious Note...

                I am writing this mail after several follow up from Medlife different departments (i.e Customer Care Support, Franchise, Facebook medium, Mail on Customer Care) for my Refund of Rs. 58800 (fifty eight Thousand Eight Hundred only)...

                I am very unhappy & angry from Medlife !!! They don't bother about their customers..

                Reasons for above statement is below,

                I am taking follow up since 21st march 2020 from Medlife Customer care Service for my Refund Process but They always say that Transaction is initiated from our end it will reflect in your account in 7 Working days, I obliged your request and wait for 8 Working days but amount is not reflect in my bank account as well as in my credit cards...
                Whne I am taking follow up your customer care executive say not audible and disconnect our call and they don't have courtesy to call again to Customer...

                Always your customer care operator is saying that we initiated your refund request you will get it please wait for some days and If ask for transaction ID they are providing me fake multiple transactions for the same order ID, When I have checked from my Bank they are saying no transaction is happened...

                I feed up from your Statements I need my money within 48 hours from this mail hit to your inbox, Otherwise I have to file a case in consumer court against Medlife International Pvt Ltd for the fraud of Rs. 58800/-..

                Need your intervention in this issue and PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY...

                after 1 day they cancel my order and said they had refund amount of rs 168 but i didnot recieved my amount.

                  I am a regular customer for medlife on line medicines but this time my medicine was wrong so i have initiated return in the return app of the medlife, but the same is under process for last 15 days. Have complaints so many time but everytime every customer executive says mam we are highlighting your case your problem will resolve with in 24 hours.. But it passes 15 days still no one came to pick the return medicine... Cost of medicine which hv to return is 1231.. My order id is or4613tya-001a return the medicine agaist this order.. Please help to get my money back

                      I ordered my medicines on 7th dec., 2019 and it was suppose to be delivered by 9:00pm on 12th. Dec., 2019 but it didn't deliver.
                      You people do not understand this is not grocery where delay can be afforded. Those r my depression tablets which i'm taking from past 2 yearand it has not been delivered.

                      I trusted u despite the complains and poor review. Shame on u man. Atleast notify about it. I totally rely on those medicines. Arrange those tablets and give it to me or just close ur company. Medicines are no joke. You are playing with innocent lives. Make the delivery quick.                         I ordered medicine from medlife.com. Firstly they didn't shipped medicine. They were unable to fullfil my order so i cancelled it. I had paid rs 1560.32 of order id or1839oza-001a full amount using paytm wallet. It has been one week i haven't received my refund yet. I called them up many time but they are procrastinating every time. As it is wallet, they should have refund my amount immediately

                          To say the least, I am utterly dejected and dissatisfied over such gross erratic and wishful discount % on ordered medicine.How could you leave a customer to your mercy while there sre plenty of houses that offer a Flat rate of 20% discount on medicines ordered.

                          Secondly, Ozomet V 0.3 was ordered- that was neither intimated to the customer nor supplied.

                          I leave it onto here- where it all started from. I would, for sure, invest fresh and new thoughts before proceeding any furthur.

                                  My order number or9183cwa-007a. I am not able to adjust wallet cash for any of my orders and also they are not refunding my wallet cash rs.1794/-. Will the company refund my amount with interest it’s lying in their account for past 2 months. This company is really cheating everyone eating customers money. The app is very poor does not support in any mobiles. I want my cash to be refunded or adjusted against my order pls do the needful.

                                    I placed order of a medicine called 'prograf 1mg capsules', on app of medlife..my order was booked and I received a confirmation sms, however wen I didn't receive the medicine on the given date of delivery, I checked, and saw that my order had been cancelled.so I placed the order again.n the same thing happened, and I didn't get my medicine..so I called on their customer care number, and they asked to place the order again through call, so I did..again I received SMS confirming my order, but when I did not get the package on due date, I again checked on the app which said my order was again cancelled...
                                    Worried that I was running out on my medicine, I called the customer care number again, the executive told me that they did not have that particular medicine with them, n they failed to arrange it, so they cancelled my order...
                                    I asked them that they should have atleast informed me via SMS that the medicine was not available or they should put updates on their app that a particular medicine is out of stock, so I may arrange it from somewhere else, but they didn't even give me a satisfactory reply...also they made me wait a long time on their customer service number for which they charge a lot of money...i even talked to their senior escalation manager, (Satish)and he didn't even address my problem...I ended up losing sufficient balance from my phone, my time my energy(as I'm a kidney transplant patient), with no idea as to when I'll be receiving my meds..and untill now I haven't had any response from their side...

                                      I placed an order (Or3115kza-001a) on dec 4, order confirmed and assured to deliver by dec 10.
                                      Already informed while placing an order that the medicine is important and it must be delivered by dec 10.
                                      Yesterday (Dec 8) i called your customer executive to know the status but surprisingly your executive told me that some of the medicine which i ordered is out of stock.
                                      If that was the case
                                      1. Why haven't you informed me until i called?
                                      2. Why have you confirmed the order earlier?

                                      Are you going to deliver the remaining medicines by tomorrow (Dec 10) as promised for sure?

                                      Or you just take the order and cancels later because this is not the first time it is happening.

                                      The medicine is for a pregnant lady, is it okay if she skips medicine because of you?

                                        That they are sending number of messages daily to my number i have told them to not to send messages anymore but still i'm getting those irritating messages and i'm sure that don't want those messages i contacted their customer executives and i told them to stop but they didn't.
                                        It was so disturbing to me that every time i have to check the phone because of those irritating messages
