I had recd this msg*early bird offer on full body lab test for rs5175 @ rs1249, includes 76 parameters.
Use: big450, get extra rs450 off
Max rs250 amazon cb
Call/sms: [protected]*. But when i went ahead to book they refused to give the extra 450 but agreed that i was correct in interpreting the message and the team sending message have done some wrong. The test cost was not 1249 but 1699.
However as you were at mistake why i should bear. I have also approached the ministry of consumer affairs to stop the deceiving messages. Hope you do the rectifiction at your end else it brings disrepute to you.

    Hi i have ordered medicine on 04th october it got delivered on i got message of delivery on 06th october but i wasn't available on that day later i called that delivery person and told him that im out of station could you please deliver me evenings he told me that he will deliver next day i agreed on that but yet now he hasn't delivered.. If i call now they won't even pick up the call.. Whether i should wait or i should purchase from any other medical.. Delivery service is very poor

      I have paid the amount of my order on the same day but two days before delivery boy came for delivery and ask for money the same has been complain to the medlife but till now they don't solved the problem and today also the delivery boy came and asked for money and return the order.

        I have already done online payment for my medicine... But it has not been delivered since last 10 days... Either return my money or get my medicine delivery as fast as possible.. Otherwise i will take strict actions against this... This is the worst medicine app i have ever used... Customer executive has talked to me several times but they are not returning my money back... Give my money or be ready for its consequences

          I have ordered some medicines from medlife
          On 20th september. There was 1 medicine named efezac showed available nd i have ordered it. I did receive the link for online payment and i did a payment of 6161 vai sbi debit card underr order or1559eva-001a. But the order was cancelled due to lack of stock nd refund was intiated on 21st september.. But still i hv not received the amount.. I have called to the cusotmer care and they have told that the refund is successful with transaction id eulgnlt2evohe76ujss but i have received none.

          How many days more it will take to refund my money. Really not happy. Its not a small amount. Can you please check with your bank why there is delay in my money receiving

            Sir/madam,
            I am madhusmita pattanayak ordering medicine (Zadines 25ng and amril forte two in monthly basic for three month. Monthly around +rs2000. It suppose to deliver by maximum 25th of the month. On 24th or 25th i received a message that "your medicine is out for delivery, get ready with rs 2117.5), later on received a message that your address is untraceable. Again on 26th also received a message that" your medicine is out for delivery, get ready with rs 2117.5), that day also i did not get my medicine. Since 27th of sept i have been calling in [protected] daily, they are telling one answer that today 100% you will receive your medicine. When i ask them if my issue will not resolved by you people, then to whom should i talk, arrogantly they replay, i lodge your complain, now you wait, we can not help beyond this, i do not know how you are employing this type of irresponsible employee which lead to customer dis satisfaction, and alternatively we will chose some other option, some of the employee name was chanda and aisu. If i do not get a quick and reasonable replay from your end (In my regd mob no) then i will switch over to some other online pharmacy, thanking you,

              In the last 1.5 months, I have placed 4 medicines orders. But medlife have cancelled all the orders and didn't refund the money. It's tragic that a professional company like medlife is cheating on customers. My appeal to everyone is that don't buy medicine from medlife. They are fraud.

                  I requested for blood test for 2 members of my family. One of test was crp.in the app there was no other option. They send the report of qualitative test but i wanted quantitative one.

                  There was no option on their app neither they confirmed at the time of confirmation. I was not even aware that there is qualitative test in crp also.

                  I have already taken the doctors appointment which will now go waste without the report.

                  I requested them to re-do the test or refund my money so that i get it done somewhere else.

                  They are not ready for any of the options

                        I ordered medicine from medlife on 5/09/2019 order delivery date was 7/09/2019 and i haven't received my order yet today is 21/09/2019. I called medlife support 10 times and every time they told me it will be delivered in 24 hours. They have pathetic service and should be banned fro selling medicines it's a serious issue they are playing with people's life.

                          I ordered accu check active diabetes strips of 100 and paid money online. But medlife modified order without my confirmation and delivered different package of 50.
                          Even after raising return request, company has not provided any facility for return and refund of remaining amount.
                          This is really frustrating as it's related to my father's health. Please help.

                            I ordered various medicines via order number or0400nea-003a, or9521mea-010a and or9521mea-011a for total amount of rs. 2, 811.85. On contacting medlife, i was told that the medicines would be delivered by september 13 or 14, 2019 after which i had to relocate to another city. However, the medicines were not received on time and i had to purchase the same from outside. The delivery agent asked to pay and told us that he could not return these medicines. We received medicines on september 16, 2019 and i initiated the return of all the medicines on the same day. Return order was to be picked up in 3 days. However, there is no communication from medlife for pickup and medicines have not been picked up as well, let alone refund. Per my past experiences, we had to go through a lot of hassle ordering medicines on medlife and it was not a good experience at all. I will definitely not recommend this app to anyone. It's better to forego minimum discount rather than blocking money in medlife. Please initiate my refund of rs. 2, 811.85 asap.

                              I ordered multiple medicines via order number or3278zsa-001a for rs. 1935 out of which i had ordered medicine rozavel for 20mg rs. 672 and amount was paid for 20mg medicine but medicine was received for 10mg which was much less in price. I initiated the return the same day but till today, the medicines have not been picked up. Whenever i call customer care, i get a response from the executives that medicines will be picked today or tomorrow but today and tomorrows have never arrived for medlife. I have lost a lot of money to the company in my other order as well and i won't recommend using medlife to anyone after so much hassle. Please get this resolved asap.

                                The medicine is given by the company is not good. The diabetic injection is not placed in the ice packet. It is very hot and it is unusable. I call the customer care many time but i didn't get the any proper solution. One month is about to complete but yet the pickup person not yet came to pick up the medicine. Even i pay the amount of 2300 is worthless.

                                  I have ordered medicine on medlife app on 16th sept 2019 night. When contacted customer care for order confirmation they could not track the same. I uploaded order again on 17th sept' 19 to which customer care assured delivery by 19th sept' 19.
                                  I receive msg. On 19th for order delivery on same day. Then i called delivery boy 'n' numbers of time till 7 pm to deliver medicine within office hours. Delivery boy never responded my call. At 8:45 pm i received msg from medlife that delivery boy attempted to deliver medicine to which he could not do so.

                                  I received msg on 20th that today medicine will be delivered. Now, new delivery boy contact no. Is switched off.

                                  Call center is just saying we are sorry "which is definitely not replacement of my medicine"

                                    I ordered some medicines from Medlife and they delivered wrong medicines. I raised a return request on 5th August and they said that your medicines will be picked by 7th August and your money will be refunded by 9th August. But now today is 19th September, the pickup has not been done yet. and from past 2 months I am calling their customer care executive, they said that "Sir your pickup will be executed within 2 Days" and they are saying this for past 2 months. I have raised more than 10 Complaints. and they said that their TAT for complaints is 7 days but its more than 2 Months none of my complaints get solved. My Order ID is "OR2164VNA002A". They are a big fraud. Never order any medicines from them.

                                      I purchased a lab test pharmacy package "medlife kushal comprehensive" from medlife for my mother. It is the complete package with discount and i paid full amount (Inr 2599) in advance. They have taken all the blood and urine sample on time but did not provided the urine analysis report. Also they did not informed us that the urine analysis report is missing. We called them (Via customer care) and now they are asking to refund inr 50/- for missing urine analysis. Following are my concern about there service.
                                      1. They have not given the service to me for which they committing in there website.
                                      2. Why they have not informed us that one report is missing.
                                      3.in pune no private lab (Including medlife) will do urine analysis in inr 50/- then why refunding only 50/- rupees. I asked medife representative to provide this service /coupon in future because i already paid for the same so she said it will be costly and they will not provide.

                                      If medlife is committing any service in there portal/website then they should fulfill the same.
