I had received sms for flat 25% discount with rs 300 paypal cash back on dt. 31-3-19. I had placed order for medicine considering this offer. After placing order, i had received confirmation for my order. After few days i received phone call from medlife mentioning that there is shortage of one item nurokind plus which i had ordered 240 capsules but medilife was having only 110 capsules. So upon request from medlife i had accepted to receive short quantity over telephone. On dt. 8-3-19 medicine were delivered to me. Upon checking i found that in nurokind plus and shelcal 500 mg discount was given 20% instead of 25% promised. So i got less discount amount by 5% and 12% gst on this amount for no fault of mine. Medlife must credit this amount to my account. If not given i have no other alternative than to approach consumer court to get justice and also to approach all departments to bring this type of cheating and penalize medlife.     I ordered 5 quantity of dabur amla oil 180ml of amount 88 rs and total bill of rs 355 after all discount.
    But i recieve only 1 bottle at the time of delivery and del8very boy told me to pay the full amount of bill because i open the box and i paid 355 for all 5 bootle.
    This is a cheat against customer and it is not acceptable.
    Tell me the solutaion against this problem .
    The call center also not pickes up the call.

      I have made payment on 28th March and same day I have cancelled my order

      #OR9371LJA-001A But so far I have not received refund. It's customer care is

      also not toll free and executive are not connected in stipulated time. Even there

      is no email confirmation of any order only SMS is sent. No provision of

      Grievance redressal committee.

      This kind of process is not expected as they are advertising so big.
      Kindly refund me my amount as early as possible.

          Basalog refill in 3 quantity costing 1166.63 and insugen r refill in 3 quantity costing 409.70 not received in the pack. I informed the customer service representative and lodged the customer service said sorry we would talk to our warehouse and advise me to book a new order for the same. Full amount paid in advance but expensive medicines not delivered only temsan h 2 strips worth 68.67 and 75.45. Delivered.

          Please send me the medicine or refund my money.

I had complained before but customer service promised me that refund will come back in 24 hrs (30mar-31mar) but i hadn't. Very bad experience.               From past 4 hours i have been receiving continuous sms messages to my mobile stating that "alert exoiring soon, avail medlife full body checkup @499"

              My phone is buzzing every seconds as these medlife messages are being fired in bulk and it just wouldn't stop.

              I think there is some problem with the medlife sms system that its firing these bulk messages. Could you please rectify this? I just cant use my phone because of this.

                I ordered medicines worth ₹10, 000 from medlife but since my dad was hospitalised the doctor asked to stop taking a few medicines the order for which was already placed i tried to get in touch with medlife to notify them regarding the same but they are always busy keeping you on hold and don’t bother to call you back and the phone just gets disconnected and at the end of every unsuccessful conversation atleast ₹40 of my balance gets deducted. I then placed a return request for the medicines that the doctor asked to stop. After a few hours when my mother was sorting out all her medicines she realised that the company delivered olmezest 40 instead of olmezest h 40. When i got to know about this i immediately contacted my doctor and asked if it would be fine to take olmezest 40 instead of olmezest h 40 my doctor said no. After that i tried to edit my return request but since i was not able to do that i immediately wrote to them about this but they did not call me or write to me about it. I kept writing to them and calling to them but they did not bother to call me or write to me about it. I am tired of finding ways and means to contact them and buring my money on calls which are on hold 75% of the time at the end they can’t hear or they just simply disconnect the call.
                I have made a complaint to the national consumer team to seek redressal all those who are facing same kind of service issues because of medlife can do the same.
                Even after constant efforts to connect to them they do not care to replace the incorrect medicines delivered by them with the correct one. I had ordered 15strips of that medicine the cost of 1 strip is ₹158. So now you know the amount of money that is wasted on these wrong medicines and the company doesn’t care about it at all.

                  I am yet to receive the ordered no. Or2860gfa-002a placed through the prescription please note that if i will not get all the medicine in time, then what is the use placing the order.

                  We have noticed that that most of the time you do not deliver all the medicne. As such before delivering send the detail. Your representative informed it will be send in mail the detail of medicine and price.

                  During telephonic discussion she told the price will be rs.829 now it show rs 777.68 as such before sending, if you will not inform i will return the same.

                    Worst ever service, i had placed my order on 25th march which should be delivered on 30th march, but still i have not received the medicine.

                        Medicines worth rs.600 have not been delivered whereas payment was already made online.

                        No response from so called toll free customer service" :[protected], which charges heavy call cost. They have wasted rs.100 talk time of mine by just keeping me on hold.

                        Delivery boy plays safe by showing the seal packed box, no matter it be an empty box.

                        Desirable resolution: want either the medicine or refund, and not waste my hard earned money.

I have received my order on 29/3/2019 but due to some allergic reaction my doctor told me to discontinue these medicines. I proceed for the return and refund policy on medlife's app. But they did not responding also their toll free number is chargeable and they did not pic the calls so long. Very disappointed by medlife. Very bad and frustrating services. Don't want to use this app next time, waste of time and money

                          I have not received the hard copies of my full body medical dianosis test ie. MEDLIFE KUSHAL COMPREHENSIVE 2, done even after 20 days. I have paid for the report and called up [protected]. several times but all in vain.
                          I ordered 2 on 29th of march and the delivery date of that product was between 31zt march to 1 st april and know yet the product was not delivered . And i had paid in advance. For any problem medlife will be responsible.

                          Life is at threat.

                            Date of supply:30-03-19 against order OR 7580 ES-010A delivered by Sukanta Saha (Mob No.[protected]) around 5p.m.against full payment of Rs.771.00 only.But on opening the box, there was no bill inside it.Also found only 03 strips of Losakind-50 against ordered quantity 04 nos.In fact two doctor's prescription found inside the box, one bearing my name and the other Subrata Dasgupta.After repeated failed attempts with your customer care deptt.which appears to be totally defunct, I had no other alternative other than to contact your delivery boy, who however could not give a satisfactory reply. So please take needful action or else I may be compelled to raise the issue at other forums.

                              On 28 March I had placed one order for supply of eye drop Travacom and the net price was Rs. 588.75.
                              I paid online through sbi credit card. At the time of payment due to network problem first Time payment was not successful. Hence I tried once more. Later on I found that two times payment was debited to my credit card account.
                              For the last two days I am trying to contact the medlife office continuously but could not contact.

                                  I myself, biswa biswas, bearing contact number-[protected], from kolkata city, had ordered medlife, two medicines namely, - oxetol 600 mg & livipil 750 mg. When i spoke with the representative of your concern he had assured that i will get 25 % discount on my first order. Hence i had ordered the said medicines at around 6 pm yesterday - 29.03.2019.

                                  But unfortunately, when i received the bill amount, it was found that the discount was given only 20 %, instead of 25 % as committed.

                                  So, i hereby cancelling the said order with immediate effect

                                    I am new user in medlife, i have placed a order and on the delivery date i didn't get any update after that i called back to customer care team and they said medicine is not avaialble so wait for one day, i wait again, after that i again called back and then with talk with customer care team i have to modify current order to taking available medicines and placed a new order for the remaining medicine, then again same issue arises that medicine still not available and i have to wait fot that medicine for more than a week. Also if i am trying to contact the superior manager of concern team than always no manager team is available, concern team is arranging a called back but not called back i received till yet. So this is how you are providing service to the customer team. My 1st order i have placed on 23rd march 2019 with order id : #or4862lia-002a and 2nd order which is placed for the remaining medicine on 27th march 2019 is #or4862lia-003a. And my medicine is still not available and not getting a satisfactorily answer from the customer team. This is how you are treating to a new customer. This makes me to not use medlife in future.

                                      Worst customer service ever. I had ordered a medicine on 27th march after repeated request they told me they will deliver it by 29th april. As i needed the medication urgently i tried to call them since morning on 29th march. The customer service num kept on putting ime on hold for 9 10 mins at a stretch
                                      And then at 14.46 they changed the scheduled time from 29th march to 3rd april without notice. If this kind of service the want to provide to their customers then steps should be taken against them.

                                        Worst ever service, i had faced as a customer, i had placed to order on 26th march,, which should be delivered on 28th, march,
                                        But still i have not received the medicine.
                                        And not any information about delivery, by given med life,
                                        After continue fallo up using call[protected] to thier customer care still the status is out of delivery, use word technical problems???
