I got a cod on 18 feb 2019. Delivery boy asking me for money that i already paid via amazon. Yesterday i spoke to customer care of medlife and they confirmed that payment was done. This is so saddened that still i didn't receive my medicine.
Please do needful asap or i will go to court

I spoke to CC 6-7 times and they admit that they have got the payment from amazon pay and giving me 24 hrs to deliver my medicine but past 4 days i am still waiting for my medicines. I am trying to cancel my order but not getting success. Now I am helpless. Anyone please share me that how do i take some legal action for this

    I’m deeply pained to inform you laboratory reports has not been received even after 8 days. I h’ve complained umpteen number of times but standard reply has been we have forwarded complaints and will receive the report by evening. There seems to be mess up by your lab people. This has been confirmed by your representative. You are requested to instruct your laboratory to retake the blood samples and prepare the reports. As my doctors are pressing me for reports to diagnose my disease you are requested to either retake the blood or refund money. Please note i’ve opted for medlife kushal compressive 2 for which you have collected rs 1449/-
    Your immediate compliance is requested.

      Please refer to my Medlife online order No.OR3504NFA-003A dt.13-Feb-2019.

      This order was placed for 30 Tablets each of Berocin CZ & Shelcal 500 mg and 1 X Vicks Vaporub 50 gm. Their Ordering menu had displayed availability these items for delivery on 14-Feb-2019 and the amount payable was Rs.561.93.

      Medlife had confirmed, the ordered items will be delivered to me on 14-Feb-2019 between 09 am & 08 pm .

      When I initiated for online payment thru' by Debit card, the Medlife took an amount as Rs.656.93. Thus Medlife had taken an extra amount of Rs.95, without my knowledge. I have realised this descrepancy yesterday only.

      While I was expecting the delivery of the items on 14-Feb-2019, Medlife had sent me a SMS, stating "Order Update: Dear Customer, full stock of BEROCIN CZ are not readily available. We are trying hard to source the same from anywhere in India. You will receive further communication by 15/2 09:00 AM. Inconvenience regretted"

      Today Medlife had sent the same SMS stating "...bla.. bla... You will receive further communication by 16/2 09:00 AM. Inconvenience regretted"

      I called up their customer care #[protected] to know whats going on..
      Their Customer care was very cool in saying, he will raise a complaint and send an update to me tomorrow.

      When I need these medicines very badly for tomorrow, I donot know when they will be supplied. I have lost faith in Medlife online stores. They have cheated me on the deliveries, after taking the money.

      Kindly do the needful for the supply of these medicines by tomoorow 9 am without fail.

      Suitable actions may be initiated on the Medlife company for their breach of trust and cheating.

      Dear Customer, We can see that you have created the Order through our Mobile Application for the product "VICKS VAPORUB LINIMENT 110 ML" which cost 225/- and received the discount of 5%. As per our telephonic discussion with our executive hope, the Issue is resolved. We have charged as per the Invoice copy. Please let us know if you have any other concern on your purchase. Our team will be happy to assist you.
      Your Customer Care executive's who spoke to me over phone is a useless person.

      He was not ready to listen to the facts which complelled to me file this complaint andhe was kept on repudiating the charges and justifying their action by explaining Medlife's Supply Chain Process. He says their vendor was not having the requested pack, they were trying to source it from anywhere in India.

      When I placed the order OR3504NFA-003A on 13-Feb-2019, for 3 items, the controversial item " VICKS VAPORUB 50 gm was available and I have received a SMS at 1:25 pm showing the billing amount as Rs.561.93.

      When I initiated online payment for Rs.561.93, without my knowledge this billing amount was changed as Rs.656.93 and got a SMS at 1:36 pm stating that the payment was successful.

      On 16-Feb-2019, Medlife sent me a SMS at 12:52 am stating that, "Hi! We are delivering an alternate pack size for VICKS VAPORUB as requested pack size is not in stock. You can track your order OR3504NFA-003A here https://goo.gl/xQdJAh" -

      I need acceptable explanation from Melife on the following questions:

      1) Why should be a delay of 3 days in sending this message after already getting the money for the higher size pack of 100 gm?

      2) If the requested pack size of 50 gm was not available, how come the Medlife have accepted the order and send me a SMS for Rs.561.93.? Why Medlife did not cancel my order?

      It is evident that Medlife is very much interested in pushing their slow moving or non-moving items to their online customers.

        I had ordered on feb 11, 2019 ‘repoitin 4000’ injection through medlife for my father, who is suffering from kidney disorder and requires this injection on a weekly basis. I have been ordering this injection from local chemist, however off late i came across medlife where the same injection was made available at 80% cost and therefore thought of placing the order through them.

        The order was confirmed by medlife on feb 12, 2019 (Order # or9795jfa-001a) and i had made the payment of inr 500 through phone pe app. However, to my utter shock and dismay, i am now being informed today i. E.; feb 13, 2019, that my said order has been canceled due to stock issues, with no explanation been offered from medlife as to why in the first instance this issue was not made clear while placing the order and further on what basis did they confirm the order, when they were not sure about the availability of the injection.

        I therefore suspect that the entire process adopted by medlife is to defraud gullible public by luring them by with attractive discount and accepting interest free money under the garb of providing home delivered medicines and thereafter utilize the said interest free fund for couple of days for their short term working capital / treasury operations and later refund the money under the pretext that the stock is unavailable.

        I appeal to public at large to raise their voice against the malpractices being adopted by these online service providers.

            I have placed this order on 7 february for which i have paid to medlife, from 9 february 2019 daily order is getting rescheduled without my information, when i called to customer care they informed me that it will get delivered by 12 febrary 2019, i have lodged complaint on 10 february on medlife app, also complained on call on 11 february, but there is no response even from senior executives for complaints, i want either my money back or order today other wise it will be of no use to me. What the hell this medlife company which is not understand patient requirement. I had already paid amount of bill online. Today 11th feb and order not delivered yet. There is not any customer care help available for hearing this queries.

                This is to inform you that myself placed an order on 05.02.2019 from your company. At the time of order it was shown that these medicine will be deliver to me on 07.02.2019. On 07.02.2019 i have not received the medicines and instead of medicine i have received a mail that i have to pay additional amount of 111 rs. When i had paid that amount again on 08.02.2019 & 09.02.2019 i have not received my order. These medicine were very urgent & i had ordered only because it was shown that it will be deliver to me after two days. I have received a message on 08.02.2019 & 09.02.2019 that delivery agent tried to deliver the medicine but could not deliver because he was unable to reach me. However delivery agent has not called me single time.
                I called at customer care & insisted them to deliver the medicine as these were very urgent medicine. Then on 10.02.2019 when i got my medicine it was incomplete there was one medicine was missing. Also delivery agent has taken back his medicine & told me to cancel the order. But i was not able to cancel the order. Most surprising thing is that customer care number is not toll free & every time when you will call them amount will be deducted from your phone balance. Again after wasting my 30 rs my call was connected & person has only initiated my 111 rs & not full amount. Now my question is why you people are just playing with our health, money & emotions. I had such a bad experience with this company & had made biggest mistake of my life by ordering medicine from your company.
                I just want to aware people do not buy medicine from this company. Kindly refund my whole amount as i don't have that much money, time & patience to waste!!!

                  I place the order on 7th feb'19. Payment made online on received link on 8th feb'19. Till 11th feb'19 order not received stating payment is pending.

                  As per customer care of medlife payment is received but they have not updated in system.

                  On 11th feb received sms "my order get cancelled as per your request". I have not given any such kind of instruction to any one.

                    I had uploaded a prescription on 24th Jan and received the order on 25th Jan. On receiving the order I came to know that one medicine was wrongly delivered. I had asked for 2 strips of coralium D3 and instead have received 2 strips of corcium D3. I would like to return the wrongly delivered medicine i.e. corcium D3. I request you to send a delivery boy who can collect the medicine after which I can place a new order.

                      I had ordered medicines from medlife
                      But surprusingly was in a state of shock when the guy mr Ramu from medlife bearing mobile no [protected] was suppose to come with my order no OR6217BA-005A with bill amount rs 395.
                      As i was out of town the medicines were picked by my child and paid the sum.
                      But when i opened the packet the order id was not the same and also medicines were different from order and also suprusingly that guy took 395 for my bill and the wrong bill was only 240

                      Request to medlife please tell your guys to call before coming as they dont do and neither do they pick up calls

                        I had ordered Novomix 30 from their agent in Kolkata a pack of 5. However, 1 file was broken and when I called the customer complain number - [protected], they simply denied to replace it or return it. He was very rude during the entire communication and told they will not replace it. He even told me not to continue with Novomix 30 from them.
                        This is the worst customer service I had ever come across.

                              Hi, we have ordered medicines from medlife.com on feb 5th & we have not received any order number or status of the same, when we call up customer care that time they have accepted the order & after 3 days when we called up customer care we got information that the medicine has been cancelled.
                              Please do not but anything from this website, very pathetic service. U will suffer without medicine at last.

                                We placed order for medicines vide or0475rea-001a through
                                Medlife app worth 4192/- for a patient to use in tour and travel for one year. While placing order we clearly requested to send recently manufactured product only. To our surprise we received jan 2018 manufactured product in feb 2019. When the call centre is questioned about this, they simply answered that it is not their responsibility as they lookafter sales only. As the parcel is opened in front of the delivery boy, he himself realised the fact and informed the call centre, for that the call centre people bombrded him. It all means the midlife wants to liquidate the old stock snatching the quality of the product and service for the benefit of manufacturer.

                                  I have paid bill amount through online on 1/02/2019, but medlife said it was not received. Hence i called my back customer care and they said 'the transaction is successful from bank with the transaction id xxxxx, request you to check with merchant'.
                                  Medlife has not delivered my medicines. I am not sure what should i do.
                                  Can you please have a look and let me know.

                                    My order was cancelled by medlife siting technical error in the system after i had made full payment using phonepe. I was promised refund will be given to me within 3-5 days but more than 8 days have passed and i have not still not received my refund. On contacting they say they have no record of refund cancellation and always say they will contact accounts department and revert back to you but they never do.
                                    There email support is also useless.

                                    Could not get report even after 75 hrs of blood collection and several call to customer care. All of them telling lies that report will be sent within 15 min. Pt got surgery done without your report!!!

                                    You are cheating poor patients!!! Your fly by night operation is very bad in taste and fraudulent! Pl train your staff to give real picture not false assurances!

It is not possible to deliver my order why can’t you refund my cash back. I think this app is not eligible for the criteria which it was working for.                                         It’s been two days that we are getting order and technician pick up confirmation messages but no one turns
                                        I think this is standard policy of the company to fool the customer / patient with discount and then no one turns up for collecting blood sample

                                        Should go to consumer department and medical counsel for complaint since we have the messages for proof

                                        When we call the company for no show from the technician we get the standard reply that he is on the way and that we do not have any contact information for the technician

                                        Since i am a diabetic and as per the rule have to fast for 10 - 12 hour for giving blood sample for testing but then the carelessness from the company medlife no one turns up nor do they have any respect for customer / patient so that they can at least track with the patient but the progress

                                        Seem the company medlife is truly professional in making money and no respect toward the health of the patient
