Sir,
I had returned my parcel through medlife india authorised representative mr. Ashish tsa name mr. Prashant or1735rj-027a on 12 mar 2019, for which i had also got acknowledgement slip but still i had not received my refund back.

I had also emailed them many times asking for refund and provided them with the acknowledgement slip screenshot too.

    I ordered medicines on Medlife on 23rd march and paid 1032 advance my order id is#OR5615TDA-004A. but they are not sending my medicines . I called their customer care many time but all the time they hold my call for upto 24 mins. I have proofs. But they didn't provide any solution. My medicines are about to an end. But I don't have medicine. Medlife will be responsible for this. Kindly take strict Action.

      I have ordered medicine from medlife app... And paid rs. 213.60/- while processing order on 22 mar'19 through paytm link.
      Patient name shamshad shamshad order id # or5852sia-001a order is not proccessing for delivery. Estimated delivery 24 25 mar '19 ordered 12 items total

      I called the customer care more than 30 times and they always promised me the delivery will happen in 2 days. But till today no delivery has been done.
      I was helpless. Please action against these guys. And let me know when delivery will take place.

      They are fraud company, never deliver on time, delivery will get delayed up to month, be careful before order anything from Medlife
      I made the order on March 17th 2019 and those not delivered yet. For last 4 days I'm calling their support number[protected] and holding line for more than an hour and everytime they promise to delivery it next day but nothing is happening.

      Can you help me to get my money back ASAP?

              Home sample collection order was booked for 23rd March 2019 7.30 A.M with Medlife. It was assigned to technician Swapnil Kadam. He was trying to reach us @ night for appointment confirmation? What's the protocol, in case if appointment wasn't been confirmed by technician?? He can cancel the order on his own without letting a customer know? How can he being so rude and arrogant talking to a customer?
              A technician decides everything? And lab service manager Neelam wasn't been able to resolve the dispute rather cancelled an appointment stating a reason; customer requested to do.so?

                I have ordered for medicine on 03.03.2019.It was delivered on 05.03.3019 but it was without bills that means fake medicines were supplied.Imnediately I have initiated for return, but even after 20 days it has not been done.In my opinion license of Medlife should be cancelled and strict action should be initiated.I have made not less than 10 calls and so many complaints on app but all in vain.pl take strict action against Medlife online distributor of medicine for supplying fake medicines.Really horrible experience with Medlife.They are playing with life of human beings.

                  Hi team,

                  I raised refund request of my order number:ord2196oba-010a on march 11, 2019. I kept on calling on customer care to take the medicines and initiate the refund. But no one came to my house to pick up medicines and not even called me. I kept on calling customer care who keep on saying that they are escalting and some one will come again on next day to pick it up. But still same story.
                  It's really frustrating and i am thinking to post it on all social websites.

                    1. Don’t Lie which you did saying that you tried reaching me on 23rd but could not connect. You have other option as well to reach me.
                    2. Respect other people time. If you could not come on time please tell you could not. Be Honest in your reply.
                    3. Have courtesy to inform that you are late and could not come.
                    4. Don’t commit if you could not deliver. As my wife was fasting from last 4 days for 12 hours and was waiting for you. Now I need to reschedule again to this process once again.

                      Full test worth 2300 was ordered. Person collected the sample on 16 march 2019. The report is to be generated within 48 hrs. Medlife generated two page report after repeated request on 19 th. I had contacted them 8-9 times regarding full report or refund. Every time it is promised that within 1-2 hour they would send the report but till now i. E 20 th full report has not been generated. I wanted to speak to some one senior at medlife but was not allowed to speak.
                      Highly unprofessional irresponsible and unreliable services.

                        I have paid 1300 to medlife for the body checkup and doctor consultancy and i got the lab reports and i have called so many times regarding the consultant for the doctor.

                        Every time they are saying that i will get a call with in one hour for 5 days and i have not received any call.

                        Normal cost for the lab services is 799 they charged 1300 for the doctor consultancy and they have worst customer response team.

                        Please don't opt any services from the medlife

                          I have ordered a medicines on 22 feb 2019 and I returned it for some issue the medicines reached the warehouse and they confirmed it they got the medicines But 1 month completed my refund still not initatied i already contact customer care many times and makes complaints regarding refund issue they tolding give 24 to 48 hour's to resolve the issue then after 48 hour's I contact again they telling same things give 48 hours...                             I made some pre paid medicine purchase on 3rd march and expected delivery was showing on 5th March, now it's been 14 days I am yet medicines,
                            I called customer care multiple times and but everytime I only got assurance that next 24 hours your medicines will be delivered

                                I had placed my order on 12march 2019. Order n. O or9639yha-001a. They ensured that it will be delivered by 14 march 2019. But not received yet. By tracking order, my order is not even processed. Very bad experience. It was my first order from medlife. I will never order anything from there. If they don't give my order to me, i will go to consumers court. It is very bad to treat customer like this.

I have contacted that gentleman came to know that he does not know anything about the order. So he is not responsible. Last 2 months back same thing happand in your company with me. Ultimately i got the medicines from frankross. If you are not interested pls let me know immediately i will buy some where else.

                                    I have been ordering through your app where it shows a product availability in my case cardio drop adel neo card, which i ordered twice and was disappointed at the last moment as order has been cancelled after waiting for it to arrive. I depend on this medicine for cardiac emergency problems, i order every month as i require. Cancellation of order in process and progress will upset and put many patients in danger. Hence your company must take steps and measures to rectify this issue i have mentioned not to be repeated for the reputation of your online business. Thank you

                                      I want to cancel my medlife order. But there is no option to cancel the order. Also medlife customer care did not receive call for 1 hour. Also they don't reply to emails . My order is about to deliver on 14 march 2019 but now they are showing delivery date is to be 18 march 2019.                                         One guy given wrong medicine and when i asked his behavior is very rude even store manager old guy asking to stop but two guys scolded me like any thing and told we are local guys and you can't do us anything, i request your management please take an action, i hope that is not the way to behave with your customers, it leads a negative attitude into store...
