I had to complaint about medicines ‘ashwagandha, cardiafort & olsar 40’ i have recieved them in september and i had them for around month but it didn’t suit me. I have been requesting for return and now they are telling that you had to return it within a month. No one informed it to me in advance that your company has this rule. I request you to please take my request in consider as those medicines are useless for me and i cannot block such expensive medicines just like that.

      I have ordered medicine through medlife app on 26th january. Initially they said i will get medicine by 29th of january. Yesterday i have received a message saying order processed and will get the order by 29th of january. Now today 29th january the medlife people called us and saying medicine is out of stock and the order got cancelled. My mother in law waiting for that medicine from last couple of days. She has to use that medicine regularly. I haven't found the medicine in nearby medical shops so i have ordered it in medlife. So finally i have taken these medicines outside. Don't cheat the people with the medicine will come on time thereafter no stock cancelled the order. Its waste of time and waste of money. This is not a healthy customer relationship at all.

      I need my refund for this cancelled order.

          This is only small defect but what if their would have been some other defect which would not have been easily visible or a person take in this medicine neglibily.

            I have ordered medicine with medlife international pvt ltd 23th of jan 2019 on there website (Mobile version). And got an order conformation message on 24th jan 2019. I have been promised to get the medicines on 25th jan 2019. As within that i have given a request to get the medicines delivered as soon as possible as they are to be given to a pregnant lady (My wife). And suddenly i get a message on mobile on 25th jan 2019 about 10 am which says we cannot deliver them as they are out of stock and we will keep posting about the status which might take another 24 to 48 hours. But how come an order is getting conformed if the stock is not available? We are ordering medicines from medlife international. Not vegetables like we do it from bigbasket.com or a phone form flipkart or amazon. There is someone’s life and death liked to there delivery and its delay may costs someones life.

                On the 10th jan, 19, mr suryakant, a delivery person delivered the ordered medicine & took the prescription with promise to return it back on next day. Till today, my prescription has not been returned despite of whatsapp msgs, sms, emails & complaints on phone to the company.
                I am a k anand, with mobile no. [protected] registerd with the company. Your help will be welcome.

                  I ordered medicines on medlife.com on 7 jan 2019. I got confirmation call on 9 jan that my medicines will be delivered by 11 jan. After waiting till 14 jan i contacted medlife customer care.. They said to wait for 24 hrs so that the order can be completed. I did so. Again i contacted on 16 jan, i was told that my order has been cancelled and i will get my refund in 24 hrs. On 18 jan i submitted a feedback in "write to us" section on medlife.com and i got call from medlife saying that my order is not cancelled and will be delivered in 24 hrs.
                  Now, i m still confused what is going on with my order. Also in my medlife.com account it is still showing order under process and will be delivered by 11 jan (And it's been 21 jan today). Not getting any proper response.. 😢

                    I am an senior citizen. I received a message in my cell regarding the full body test - 60 test for rs. 700. I called up and booked on 14.01.2019 and confirmation received from medlife vide order id 3667863, test detail: medlife kushal, collection time 16th jan 2019, (Wedensday). Time 09 -09.30 am.
                    Medlab cell no :[protected]. I was advised to be on fasting for 10 -12 hours.
                    I was informed that mr. Rohit wagh, cell no [protected], has been detailed to collect the blood sample.
                    Again on 16th jan morning, i received a message that med lab rep on the way to collect the blood sample but no one came till 10 am, then i called up cell no[protected] and told that i am a 70 years old person and on fast for last 12 hours and feeling greediness and uneasy. The lady on the line casually replied sorry sir, our person can not go today. Likewise i made to suffer which i can not explain in words.
                    I request the goven agency should cancel the license immediately to end the suffering of patient in the hand of medlab.
                    I request everyone those have been effected must move consumer forum / court as i am taken up to teach a lesson and stop fooling and suffering of innocent patient like me.

                      Hi metlife delivery agent is doing misbehave and he is cancelling my order without any reason as they don't know the importance of medicine even i explain him for the address but still he gave 20 calls to me harrassing me i m sending u his no.                         After taking appointment with the company to collect the blood sample for test and confirmation from the company, the patient remained on fast for 12 hours but the representative did not turn up on scheduled time. While i contacted cell no [protected], ms kalini (What i heard) informed that they can not send their representative. This way the patient made to suffer after confirming appointment.

                          The stock was gone out of stock after making the payment. The contact number which is given is not at all working. I tried calling so many times.

                              I had give my blood sample on 15 of december 2018, they came home and collected it. Till now i dis not get the report.

                              I keep on calling them every time i call and they say our concern team will get back to you but they actually never call back.

                              It's the 5th time i had called them and they are saying the same thing.

                              I will suggest not to believe them. Worst service.

                                      I was ordered around 4 to 5 times of caroza 500 mg tablet but every time orders received but not delivered the kindly take necessary action against the all orders.in the market this tablet easily available. Also they was calling after 3 to 4 days that tablet not delivered.in their software order not received if tablet not available with them. Poor response.

                                        My oreder no. Or3015bba-001a has been canceled by medlife end telling me that there is short of item on dated 18-dec-2018. I have not received any refund amount till date. Please let me know how much time it will take. I tried to contact medlife a lot but all phone numbers given on sites are fake. Request you please refund my amount as soon as possible. I made a blunder mistake to shop through your website. I will not recommend any body to purchase through this site. I think this site is also going to prove a big scam in nearby future.
