I ordered one Glucometer but received one copper water bottle and even after multiple requests no step has been taken by Medlife. I raised a complaint with consumer forum once then they have taken return of the copper water bottle. They even took my account details to initiate refund but till date i havent received any refund. Whenever i call customer care, they say that they will initiate refund tomorrow. Even after raising complaint with consumer forum they are not worried. My order ID is OR1631SEA-001A. I received another invoice along with my invoice which is for copper water bottle, ordered from Bangalore. Order ID for copper water bottle is OR0914SEA-001A. They should be strictly punished as there are many other complaints regarding supply of expired medicines. Request you to safeguard public from fraudsters like Medlife

      I have ordered a medicines on 22 feb 2019 and i returned it for some issue the medicines reached the warehouse and they confirmed it they got the medicines but 25 working days completed i my refund still not initatied i already contact customer care many times and makes complaints regarding refund issue they tolding give 24 to 48 every 48 hours... I dicided to go cunsumer forum aganist medlife bad company...

Tried to track him but get answer that his given no is incorrect. Then on 11.3.19 also medeicines did not come. Today also talked to executive on[protected]. They again assure today i will get medicine. I am a 7o yrs old man 6 day have passed without medicine. I am a heart & diabetic patient. I have already paid full amount. I am pained to see your this attitude. You want to expand at the cost of old customers..

        Mostly when i call your above no. I wait 20 to 40 minutes wait. I get voice ".. We appreciate your patience, please wait …" pravesh kumar issar. Dwarka delhi. 12.3.2019 1141 hrs waiting for supplies.

          I ordered one touch select test strips online which cost 363.40 inr on fed 24 2019. I paid the money through amazon pay.

          I called the customer care more than 30 times and they always promised me the delivery will happen in 2 days. But till today no delivery has been done.
          Since i have monitor blood sugar level it is important for me to get these strips on time. I was helpless. Please action against these guys. And let me know when delivery will take place.

              I have booked arogyam b test package for four persons. On the defined day the blood samples were taken. But the company has issued incomplete report. Nobody answers why. I have made hundrrds of call to medlife and their tieup company thyrocare. Both are pathetic. I personally suggest you not to take services of these two frauds. My hand is still in pain after they have taken the blood. And now without the full report, i feel cheated.

                  I have ordered medicine from Medlife App... and paid Rs.1155/- while processing order on 28 Feb'19 through Amazon Pay. But they send the product on COD basis. Called many times to customer care regarding order to deliver on prepaid basis. Payment has been received by them and they too confirm that payment of Rs.1155/-. Customer care people says that they have forwarded the mail to concern team to deliver the order on prepaid basis. But from 3rd March to till date I am calling for the status, but everytime they are telling the same thing.even keeping on hold for so long time.this is the worst thing that even paying in prepaid they are sending product on COD basis. Also mis guiding the customer by giving unreasonable answers.

                        Very much unprofessional response from your side in terms of service. The person did not came on time and when we called him he replied that he had not found the address.
                        He had not even called to know the location and gave whole lot of excuse for not coming and requested for next day booking. My father 70 years of age already done a fasting but as per request we gave him another chance and he mentioned he will be coming by 8 - 8:30 am.

                        When we call at 2nd day at 9am he did not picked up the call when i called from another number be picked up the call and told me that he was collecting blood sample. But i could hear noise of traffic mainly the bus conductor shouting i believed that he was taking blood sample in bus. And told me he assigned another person for us. And on repeatedly calling that the person will reach within 30min i. E. By 9:30 am.

                        I called him at 10 am to know whether 30 mins crossed in his watch or not. He talked to the assigned person and started giving excuse not for coming today. And requested for collecting sample in next day.

                        Imagine a person aged 70 years done fasting in the morning for 2 days due to negligence and again he wanted my father to do fasting again.

                        I will not recommend anyone for opting medlife service. Really disappointed.

                          I purchased kojivit plus gel online from www.medlife.com.But the seller sent me a medicine manufactured 1 year ago and is now expired. I made return request on the very same day of delivery i. E. On 12 feb 2019. The product was supposed to be picked up within 48 hours but now more than 25 days have passed and even after repeated complaints on their complain no[protected], the issue is not resolved. I have made almost 15 complaints regarding the same issue, and every time i get same response that product will be picked up in 24 hours but no action is taken at their end. Further it is stated that no complaint number is provided and i am informed that order no #or8153mz-003a is complaint no.
                          Extremely pathetic service from their end. They delivered tge medicine on this address and now their pickup agent is not willing to pick up the medicine from same address. They are totally fraud and judt not want to refund my money after sending an expired product

                            I had paid by my credit card an amount of rs 3553.44 on 24th feb 2019 towards medlife international, the transaction went through, but no confirmation from medlife. The credit card bank confirmed the successful transaction along with the transaction id.
                            Medlife is confirming me that the transaction failed, and no amount was received.
                            So i made another payment by phonepe which was successful.
                            Now medlife has to return me the amount for the first transaction by credit card which went through. Pls look into this. I have already raised this issue.

                                We have ordered 2 medicines in med life on[protected]. During initial call, medlife executive informed, after doctor approval with in 3 hours we will receive ordered medicine. I also paid the complete amount for order medicine.

                                The actual scenario is till march 1st we have not received yet, the msg am getting from medlife is that we dont have in stock and we are procuring from external agency. Inconvenience regretted.

                                We are expecting medicines for patients, but this people are taking their own luxury time without having shame.

                                Please ban this kind of services in society.

                                  I placed one order and i can in medicine strip it is mentioned some amount but in bill take have putted extra amount and taken it. I raised complain they told with the amount will be refunded but till not no response.

                                  They are cheating with customers.

                                  I have tweeted also they told we will refund shortly but after that they are not responding.

                                    Medlife order id: or5351vz-004a. I have paid the amount of rs.188 thru payment link sent by medlife after placing order. On delivery day courier boy asking me to pay rs.188 and he said me that the order is cash on delivery order. So, i paid rs.188 by cash to courier boy and received the order. I contacted medlife and asked them to refund the previous paid amount. I still not received any refund from them. They are asking me daily that the have taken my complaint. 7 days passed but they did not refunded my money.

                                      Vide id or8040ey-003a only one strip of cirrosam 400mg tablets was sent, instead of six strips of cirrosam 400mg tablets. Money credited for six strips was rs 3907.20/-. But only one strip was delivered, the cost of which was rs 651.20/-.
                                      Still now rs 3256/- is remaining with medlife.
                                      Remaining money is yet not credited to my account. Rather i was told by the customer care that money is deposited to my paytm account and they gave me a 35 digit transaction number.
                                      This is medlife!!
                                      I would request all not to order from medlife.

                                        Medlife — order confirmed and later they don’t provide medicine due to unavailibity.
                                        I had ordered on madhu chaurasia, your order or8866aga-001a has been confirmed and is estimated to be delivered by 24 feb 09:00 pm. You can now track but by tracking they only show processing due date of delivery. I have been talked helpline but they wont answered quite well its smatter of medicine if you don’t provide medicine why you all advertise if you cant provide medicines you and your company never got any satisfaction and some day your company will collapse and don’t play with patients feeling ifs about life and death if you cant provide medicine which was not available return money and send only medicine which you have. Please don’t take order when your vendor have not stock or medicine its waste of time as well waste of money.
