Medlife has sold a faulty automatic bp monitor device. It worked only for 5 minutes.

Medlife has been fooling around customers by selling unsound items.

Theres no pressure building in arm cuff. The screen remains blank. No reading is displayed. The device vibrates for few seconds and turns off.

Extremely useless quality of products and services are delivered by medlife. However this was the last time i made any purchase through medlife and

I need a refund of my money as soon as possible. Please probe into my issue and hope it gets resolved soon.

    Very bad people u are get in my problem and check or atleast have the decency to return my money in my bank account

    Now i even canceled and reordered but still not received my meds your competitor has already sent my meds not to say u lost a 75000 a year client now that u people are become big but dont take me lightly give me back my money i have paid on the app but i want my money in cash or on my account at the earliest or else be ready for some bad surprise

    I am a heart patient and have suppered cause of these guys never going to order meds from medlife and request all people never order any meds from these guys. Very very very bad experience very bad people to much hatasment i ordered my meds on 10 april and now its 17april and have still not got meds i call and gave compainl 6times to 6 different agents the supervisor gaurav but very bad people also wrote 4 times complain on the site but no answer very very very vert bad people and now you people are not refunding my money give me back my money or medicines by tomorrow or else i am going to lodge a police complain about you people how u are cheating

      I have ordered the medicines from the med life. I have called multiple times to customer care for sending the payment link for the payment. But till now i didn't receive the link. This happening again and again. How could you e responsible for this type of mistake. If i am saying i want to do online payment so why you are not sending the link for the payment. And without knowing me you have dispatched my order.
      Is the way you are giving services to the customer.

          I ordered calcium tablets sold by medlife, (For which no prescription is required). Now i asked for return of medicine, the delivery boy arrived and said that he won't be able to return the medicine because the seal of the medicine is broken.

          Now, the reason i am returning the medicine is that after consuming the medicine, i am suffering from stomachache.

          The problem is that, how would have i known without breaking the seal that the medicine i will consume will result in stomachache. The another point of view of the problem could be, neither the calcium tablet was prescribed by some doctor whom i knew so that i would have confirmed about those tablets prior of consuming them.

          The another thing is that, the customer support executive - the boy has understood my problem, he feels like "yes something wrong has happened to the customer" but he is bound by medlife.

          My concern regarding the customer support agents is that, when they understand some serious problem and they know that yes something wrong has happened with the customer, the support agents must be given at least this much authority that they could actually resolve the problem by taking proper measures to help the customer.

          Here the matter with the support agent was, he wasn't capable of helping me just because he didn't had authority for the same.

They have changed the medicines in the order and also demanded extra amount in cash at the time of delivery for which i did not agree and did not accept the parcel for the above reasons. As on 17-04-19, they have not cancelled my order and are not processing my refund despite multiple calls and emails.

                As mentioned in the subject, i am regular customer of Medlife and i never received delivery on time and some time they keep dragging date as per thier convienence, which means patient should keep patient and forget the medicine.
                Seriously what type of business model is this where you are totally irresponsible behaviour towards your customers. In fact i sent an email to their customer care and i am still awaiting for their response.

                I have sent an email at stated
                ID earlier but i received response from your team after i raised my complain over here.

                Two points which i raised as follows:

                1) Failed to deliver on schedule time.
                2) Reschedule as per your choice, not bothering to ask customer weather its urgency or not.

                This is not a single case i have faced many times, so please take some necessary measure to avoid that.

                Moreover, i received my order ( OR9489EI-006A) as per your rescheduled slot that caused immance inconvenience to me.

                Last point "All deliveries are subject to availability of stock." then please check prior to confirm any order.

                This is the second time i am facing the same issue of thier order rescheduling without any prior information. It simply harassment.

                It was supposed to be delivered by today.
                However, they rescheduled without any information.

                  I have made payment on 28th march and same day i have cancelled my order

                  #or9371lja-001a but so far i have not received refund. It's customer care is

                  Also not toll free and executive are not connected in stipulated time. Even there

                  Is no email confirmation of any order only sms is sent. No provision of

                  Grievance redressal committee.

                  This kind of process is not expected as they are advertising so big.
                  Kindly refund me my amount as early as possible.

                      Regarding order no. #or3519sja-001a delivered on 02/04/2019., i paid the amount by netbanking on 02/04/2019. But, it was not reflected in my order, and the delivery boy claimed the same amount during delivery. So, i have to paid the amount 2 times. After that, the delivery boy assured me that the amount will be refunded in my account within 5 days. But, not a single penney is refunded but the customer support of medlife told me the amount was refunded. So, as a regular customer of medlife it is my request to you pls take necessary action otherwise i will go for legal step.

                        Whenever i order for a medicine they will show a date and after placing the order the delivery date will get changed automatically. I was ordering for my emergency medicine on11th april. It was showing 12th april delivery. After placing the order its showing 14th april delivery. Last time also they have done the same. Every time they are doing the same.

                          App has issue and call center has big issue. As they treat order no s ur complaint no.

                          It s big issue as no update.
                          Sms facility s not proper no.

                          Delivery estimated time is too long. Nor update has given tgr sms nor we can see in app. Also when we transferred to call to pharmasist it will take 40 mins time n get disconnected... Where to register a complaint..

                            Yesterday i spoke to pharmacist but still not deliverred on time ..nor message to intimate on the app, nothing has given ..

                            No complaint no has given .. Ur tranfering the call from one dept to another ..

                            It took me 2 hrs now .. Ur call center team s busy or purposely harrsing patient ..

                            The doctor calls for verification not on the time, i have called 2 times to the no..

                            While app u showed the estimated day time with date, u r fooling people to give medicine on time..

                                  I have ordered medicine in the month of june 2018 of inr 505 and get the delivery of wrong medicine parcel of an amount approx inr 10, 000. I immediately report the matter to customer care and got the assurance that it will be picked up and refund will be initiated after receiving the parcel. After several reminders and assurance from customer care that delivery boy will come and pick up the same. However no one turned one and i never receive any call. The customer care also contacted me many times and come with same answer that someone will come and pick. Yesterday only they informed that sorry matter is closed and we will not pick up the parcel and nor refund the money. Please let me know what is my fault. If i somehow agree that my phone is not reachable but someone should my place and pick the medicine.

                                    As a customer in "medlife", its been pathetic experience. Consecutively 2 times my order was re scheduled, 1st time auto scheduled from 8 to 9th after that on 9th saying product is not available.
                                    From beginning the same reason provide in every order, take order, collect money & confirm delivery date, after date on delivery give excuses & delay for long time. Its better to reject order or show out of stock as like other on line site, when booking medicine so we can search in some other on line portal. It's a emergency requirement for patient. It is your responsibility to maintain your delivery commitment to customer.
                                    Wont recommend to any one, wasted 1 week with such stupid reason.

                                      I had paid for this online on saturday april 6 at 12:56 am.

                                      However, when the order was delivered to my senior parents, the delivery boy took the payment gain. I did not come to know.

                                      The money should be refunded immediately or lese this is fraud and will follow up.
                                      The delivery boy did not call asn ormal before delivering.

                                      Medlife has not contacted on this matter so far. I thought Medlife was a good company, it seems that the delivery process has a bunch of chests in it.

                                      I have received calls on this from Medlife and a delivery boy that the issue will be resolved and the amount paid back, but have not received any update.

                                        My pre paid order or4410nga-002a was modified without my consent. I am unable to cancel it on app and i'm calling medlife customer service since last 10 days but no customer executive picking up call. Delhivery courier services personal who came to deliver medicines too requested for cancellations on their end stating customer has cancelled order still no use. I try calling medlife customer service number but they never connect me with any customer executive.
                                        Please cancel this order & refund my money back. Highly disappointed with medlife.
