I have ordered medicines worth Rs 801.04 on 03rd Dec 2018.
Due to the change of dose, I placed a return order which was successfully completed on 07th Dec 2018.

I haven't yet received the amount back to my account. When I have called the customer care, they agreed that they have received the returns and the amount was pending from their side to credit back to my account.

I have called thrice to the customer care with an interval of 3 days and I hear the same statement that there is some technical issue their side.

Kindly escalate so that I may receive the amount back to my account.

After submitting the complaint through Consumer Complaints website, I have received an email that my complaint has been forwarded to Medlife team. After three working days, I received a message from Medlife that my money is been returned to the account. It took totally a week to get my money back into my account. Sincere thanks to this forum. :)

    I was ordered some medicines from medlife in 26th november 2018. Order id no #or0800pt-002a. And i have done my payment through net banking. I was cancel this order due to changes some medicines by doctor. I was calling them from 4th december 2018 to till date continued to cancel my order and refund my money. And they always tell me we will initiate your refund with in 24 hours. Soo many 24 hours gone but they did not give my refund. What can i do. Does they are fraud?

      Hi, this is rakesh
      I had ordered medicine on 27.12.2018 & my medicine was received for delivery on 28.12.2018, the guy whi came for delivery medicines was very rude & asked me to make payment before he handles me the parcel, how can i pay the money before i check the medicines delivered for me is as per my prescription, he took back my medicine parcel & cancelled the order from his end. When i tried to call customer care they people also told me that u need to pay money before the medicines are handed over to you. This peoples are trying to fool us, i request every one to not order any medicines from medlife, its a very bad experience this time from past a year

        I have ordered on 25.12.2018 but not processed, so i have called on 26.12.2018 then they have cleared ordered & asking for payment, i have made payment on 26.12.2018 but still 27.12.2018 its pending for prescription for checking with doctor. I have not received any call from doctor anytime. Very bad service given to customer

          I have booked blood test for my mother who is 67. For 27th dec 2018. Test was suppose to be taken at 8:30am. My order id - 3646888. Person who was suppose to come was phlebotomist shailesh patel. My mother was starving since 8pm day before the test according to them there should be 12hrs starving. There was no call nor message from that person nor customer care people. I got call from my mother that person still not reached and she is feeling giddy. What sort of a service is this? I want a rply.

            Absolutely horrible services. I had booked a blood/sample collection from my house at 7 am on 27th december. I had called the previous night that the appointment was confirmed (Mr azhar). I called at 7:10 am on the customer service helpline and the lady said the person would come by 7:30 am and i should continue waiting. I again called at 7:35 and spoke with praveena she said i should continue waiting and she will check where the person is and she will call me back in 5 minutes. She never called back. I again called the customer service number and spoke with neelam she said she will check and get back and i should keep waiting. Then at 8:30 am mr nandish calls me saying he will come at 9:15 am to collect the sample. I get up at 5:30 am in the morning and these tests are supposed to be done empty stomach. Imagine not having anything till 9:15 am. I told the person to cancel the appointment as i will not be able to wait any further. Like i said they have pathetic services……. Do avoid them.

              The blood samples were collected 5days back but till now the reports aren't sent. Had to defer the doctor appointment 2 times by now. They initially said it will be available within 1-2 days but 5 days are over and still nothing is received. Such a horrible service that now we can't be sure if the blood sample reports that might come someday will be genuine or not. Hopeless.

                I have filed a complaint of not getting the hard copy of the receipt before filing a complaint i clearly mentioned them that i need a hard copy of receipt then only i will avail the service because before applying for the mediclaim it should be authentical it has been fifteen days everyday i am complaining till now i have not received the receipt every day they are telling that they will escalate your call to seniors every day this dialouge is received

                  आपसे आग्रह पूर्वक कहना है कि मैं दिनांक-05.12.2018 को अपनी माँ की दवाई का आर्डर किया था। जिसका भुगतान 9117.99/- मै दिनांक-06.12.2018 को फोन-पे- से किया उसके बाद दिनांक-08.12.2018 को आपके तरफ से कॉल आया और कहा गया की हमारे पास उपलब्ध नही है आपके आर्डर को मोडिफाई करना पड़ेगा और आपका बचा हुआ 5473.00 तुरंत रिफंड हो जाएगा।
                  फिर आगले दिन दिनांक-09.12.2018 को हमने रिफंड के संबंध में कॉल किया तो आपके तरफ से बोला गया कि आर्डर की डिलिवरी होने पर 5-7 दिन में आपका पेैसा रिफंड चला जाएगा।
                  दिनांक-13.12.2018 को दवाई का डिलिवरी हो गई पर अभी तक हमारा रिफंड-5473.00 नही हुआ है।

                  The ordered medicines were supposed to be delivered on 11 Dec 18 as per Medlife. Today is 19th and yet the order has not yet been delivered despite repeated complaints .

                  If this is the response of Medlife towards customers, then we should advertise "Medlife ke chakkar me padhoge toh LAFANDU banoge"!

                      My order or9843bv-004a placed on 7th dec 2018 for my mother mrs. Shanti chodankar and i paid rs. 2612.48 via phonepe on 8th dec 2018 as per instructions of medlife customer executive who informed me about cashback offer. On 8th dec 2018, order was changed by medlife citing unavailability of medicines in stock. Order amount came to rs. 2278. Medlife sent me a msg to pay cod on delivery day. When i contacted medlife, i was informed that medlife has not received any payment where in reality amount was debited from my bank account and passbook is showing that amount was paid to medlife through phonepe. Order was not delivered to me within estimated time. When contacted medlife assured that product will be delivered and prepaid money is received by them. On 15th dec 2018, i received msg from ecom delivery service that my order is out for delivery and i've to pay rs. 2278 as cod at the time of delivery. When contacted medlife assured me to not pay cod and that relevant mail is been sent to ecom delivery services stating that the order is prepaid. Ecom delivery boy refused to deliver medicines without cod and that medlife has not sent them any mail. I called medlife many times, all the customer executives are gave assurance that they'll do the needful and that i don't have to pay amount at the time of delivery. But ecom delivery services kept saying that order is not prepaid. I even asked medlife to refund my order price which i've paid and cancel order as i am completely disappointed with entire experience. But each time, medlife executives assured me to wait for order instead of cancelling order. I sent mails to medlife but all efforts in vain. Finally, yesterday on 17th dec 2018, medlife cancelled my order on my repeated requests. But ecom delivery services is saying that order is not cancelled and keeps telling me that order is out of delivery. Medlife is saying i'll receive refund as the order is cancelled from their side. As far as i know, medlife will not give refund to me unless they receive medicines back from ecom delivery services. I'm completely disappointed with medlife for cheating me. I am at huge loss as i've neither received order nor the refund of money i've paid.

                      Plz confirm me how many time my order delivery. My payment already paid by amazon pay.
                      It has been one most 25 days I have not receive my refund money .Medlife customer care are saying already money transfered but did not provide the transition details.Also I have shared the refund bill .

                        I placed order on 5 dec and returned in 2 days. I has contacted customer care several times. They say problem will be resolved within 24 hours but still i has not received refund.

                        Even after 11 days refund not yet received
                        I want refund as soon as possible.

                          I have ordered two medicine for my mother and it has to deliver in varanasi as it was very important medicine for my mother and i use to study in delhi that's why i ordered form your company, i ordered on 12 dec 2018 and your boy said that medicine is available and with in 42 hrs. And medicine is not delivered today i got to known that medicine is not available and when i call them, form your side i didn't get any information, if medicine is not available. I think medicine is very important part it is not food i think hope you know that. Person needs that medicine that's why i contact you but i think i contact wrong place, i should not be depended on you, i should not trust you. If you want to see to search form my no [protected]. You guys don't understand the value. Very very disappointed and very bad service.

                            I ordered the medicines on 29.11.18 and made the payment online. But delivery executive asking for money so the order is being cancelled. I called almost 7 times to medlife support but no action taken yet. All executives saying that refunded within 24 hrs everytime but no action taken yet.

                              I ordered some medicines with order id or8202bs-003a but when i opened this packet i found that insulin "eglucent mix 25 kwikpen 100iu injection 3 ml"
                              But only i found some liquid. I feel very sad that company with such a big fame & name will do this... I want either my order again or refund otherwise i will complaint in customer care...

                                I had placed an order on december 1. Got a call on december 3rd, saying few medicines not available hence order is been modified and refund would be initiated.

                                However, the refund is yet to reflect in my bank statements. Despite multiple calls to the helpline their is no improvement.in addition the "write to us" feature in the app does not submit complaints.

                                  Have returned 45 tablets of zoryl 4mg and 15 tablets of zoryl 3 mg. Order no: or0890x-009 dated nov 1, 2018. The medicines were returned on december 3, 2018.
                                  It was paid in cash. Repeatedly following up with their customer care they gove tge same response that wait for 45 hrs it will be done however till date they have not refunded my money and says refund of rs 0 has been initiated.. The medicines refunded are worth rs 414

                                    Hi,

                                    I have ordered few medicines from medlife and i was about to receive it then i have got a call from medlife rep. And he told me that one medicine is out of stock which was a lie as it was showing in stock and (Name of the medicine is neuron od) and he said we need to cancel it and later on they credited less amount though i paid more. I called customer service and she was arguing continousely and never listened to me. It was very disappointing experience with them. I hope i will never buy medicine from them and i will never recommend it to anyone.

                                      My order or1866ar-003a was cancelled saying insufficient stock. First of all company website is useless, since when medicine was available and transaction was done and after 2 days i receive sms saying that order cancelled due to stock is totally ridiculous.

                                      Now my money is not returned to me, why company should keep my money for a single day when they are not able to provide medicine? Now its 12 day when i am waiting for my money, called customer care 10 times but no result.

                                      I would recommend not to buy anything from medlife. My 480 seems to be gone but i will help others not to do any purchasing from medlife

                                        I ordered medicines from medlife app [protected] no. I did online payment for the medicines but in spite of that delivery boy collected money for medicines from my house. When i complained to medlife customer care, they said they will refund me the amount after investigation but after 11 day also they are not refunding me the amount 991 rs. Whenever i call them they say they have escalated this issue to higher level. Now i don't know what to do. It's been 11 days but i am not getting my money back. Alternate no. [protected]
