Medlife don't care of someone's life, still waiting form my ordered medicines.

My mother is going through medical conditions and i am away from her. Medlife confirmed that medicines will be deliver on nov 7th (Order placed on nov 1st). But still waiting for medicines.

I am worried with my mother's health, could someone help me with speedy delivery. I will make sure, will never order medicines from these stupid people/company.
I am calling medlife on a daily basis from nov 8th. They say, today medicines will be delivered. But haven't got it.

    I ordered my protien powder from this site on 10th of nov and paid the amount, and they confirmed the order and estimate date of delivery was 13th nov, then on 12 nov they sent me a msg of refund, when i called they said its out of stock, like what the hell? They are confirming stock after confirming order and after taking payment? I want my product only, or i am complaining case against this fraud company

    Very frustrated on Medlife lab tests. I wasted 2 days and was on fasting on 12-14 hours both days and finally no service. One day they told their executive not well. Second day no response. I called customer care more than 10 times. No revert. Such a poor service.

      We purchase medicine online on date 4th nov. 2018 & we pay @ rs. 456.50 online but despite of various call no delivery boy delivered my medicine on time please find the attachment & find the screenshot so we request you kindly cancel my order & for your kind information as per your policy regarding for refund money in 9 working days, today is 12th nov 2018 but not refund my money so request you refund my money which is @ rs. 456.50 without delay.

        I have purchased medicine in the name of my father in law sankar nath ghos. Order id or0915yv-001 on 24th october. Their status is showing medicine is out for delivery. But till now i have not received though the estimated delivery date was 30th oct. Their customer care is unable to track my order and everyday they are telling lie that i will get my order within 24 hours. Now as i requested to refund my money, they are telling that will not be possible as the order is already in process.
        Please find a solution regarding this.

          This is with great sorrow to inform about the pathetic service that i have being experiencing from medlife. Each time i place order with medlife, i face one problem or the other, the most common being cancellation of order without prior intimation or communication. Here is my recent & most annoying experience.
          I placed an order on 23 rd oct 2018, the same day the doctor's prescription letter was picked up by the delivery agent. On 24th oct 2018 the medicines were delivered but to my surprise the prescription letter was missing inside the container. Soon i informed at the customer helpline about the incidence, i was assured that the same will be returned with 48 hrs. Following to this, seeking no response i once again tried to reach the customer support both verbally & on mail.
          Till date, there is no proper solution to my problem rather all my efforts have gone in vain.

          Hi I had place a order online for medicine with the Prescription still they had sent the wrong order & after returning all the medicines still I did not get the refund since 1 month .It a big [censored] online company not at all reliable the company won't last in the market for long time.

            Its been more than 2 weeks and still i have not received my full body blood test report also they told i will receive the report within 48 hours.

            Every time i call customer care they are calling you will receive in few hours.

            Im not satisfied with the service.

            I want my money back.

            On my first order, I was promised a discount of 25% but got only 20% even though it was confirmed by call center . The ads are even now going on about 25% discount ! Real experience was different and no reasons offered !

            Very disappointing

            Realised only on delivery ! too late to do anything .
            Feel shortchanged !

              Hello all & mr. Tushar,

              I had ordered some medicine from medlife on 30 oct '18. Order id - #or755ow-001a. I have been told and also in medlife application it was showing that my order will be delivered between on 5th november 2018. So it must have to be delivered since medicine in my order was for bp patient. So, she has to take that medicine onto 5th november evening as per timing advised by doctor. And also her medicine was finishing on the same day. Due to delay in medlife delivery, she had have bp problem.
              I am continue following up with the medlife executive over phone since 5th nov onwards..
              The medlife executive are very rude to me, they do not respect the value of customer and they are not been trained to speak to the customer,
              1) medlife executive names are [ sumit saha]. I called up on 5-nov 2018 - he doesnot have proper information to provide me on the medicine delivery - he was rude to me when i asked to provide the complete information.. When i requested couple of time he gave me time like. It wold be reaching on 6 - nov - i waited the whole day, medicine not been delivered.. I guess he should be again sent for training how to deal with the customer over phone.

              2) the very next day evening (On 6-nov-2018) :- i called up medilife and got connect with executive name [gulsan or gulshan] : - they way he reacted it was like m i asking him for a favor, it is his responsibility to provide an update the medicine has not reached as promised.. He much needed training for customer satisfaction..

              3) again i called up medlife on 7th - nov-2018. To know the status on medicine which is suppose to reach on 5-nov-2018.. The medlife executive [bhawani from bangalore] she has to be thrown out from the company [medlife] if she does not have information she should not take the call or pass the call the other executive who can provide the update.. But she was like said she cant transfer the call the there supervisor, and when i requested if you do not have information please connect me with some buddy or provide the escalation point i can reach out and have my medicine deliver asap.. She was rudest person i ever speak in my life and she does not provided any details and i requested for call back.. Until today. I did not get response.. As per my advice she should not be associated with medlife the way of talking and attitude she has..

              Today is 9-nov-2018.. I am still waiting for my medicine to be delivered..

              I never seen this kind of worst service. I'm sure, u can't survive in online marking anymore if you continue the same peoples and partner you have.

              Totally worst service. I'm sure, will share in all social site and my colleagues to not to purchase any medicine from this site

                There service is the worst.in my order it shows out for delivery. I sent mail to their customer service. But got to know that the order is still processing. After 7days i got a text that my order is out for delivery but i wasn't at home. When i call the delivery person i told him to deliver it next day. He was all ok and said he would deliver. But next day when i called him he didn't received my call. I just wasted my time on this # website. Don't trust this kind of service. Not recommending to anyone. If you don't want to waste your time then don't purchase anything from them. I would love to order from amazon at least they deliver the order at the given time.

                  They have taken money on 2nd nov, cancelled the order after one day, and now sitting on my money since one week. I have called every day since then but they are not refunding my hard earned money. Everytime i call, they say it will take 1-2 days more. This is consumer harassment o[censored]ltimate level.

                    I have ordered medicine on 20th Oct, 2018. On getting message about e-payment, I have paid Rs.1923.76 using my SBI debit card through Paytm app. Since some medicine was not available, I have cancelled my order on 23rd oct. As within a week also when I didn't got refund back, I started taking follow up by calling customer care center. But still I have not received any information or refund from Medlife.

I have been told and also in medlife application it was showing that my order will be delivered between 3-4 november. So it must have to be delivered since medicine in my order was for bp patient. So, she has to take that medicine onto 4th, november evening as per timing advised by doctor. And also her medicine was finishing on the same day. Due to delay in medlife delivery, she had have bp problem. So, medlife is responsible for that. Also if delivery boy had not come for out of delivery then why did they show us that order is out for delivery? It is a great fault of theirs. Due to this, patient had to suffer a lot.                         My medlife registered mobile number is [protected].
                        I made an order on 13/10/2018 patient name manika nag (Order id #or2779st-002a).
                        After receiving my medicine i found that 1 medicine (Olmezest 40) is not the same medicine which i ordered for. Then on 16/10/2018 i made a return request for 3 strips olmezest 40 by calling customer service.
                        On 23/10/2018, a pick up man (Sumit, mob number [protected]) picked those 3 strips of olmezest 40 from my home..
                        Still i haven't received my refund amount.

                        I did payment through paytm wallet (Paytm number [protected]) for that order.
                        . I called severel times to the customer care of medlife.. Every times they assured me that my money will b refunded in the paytm wallet within 2 days. But still didn't..
                        Please help..

                          I am the regular subscriber for medlife for my family medicines. (Registered number [protected]).

                          These days i could see the medicines being delivered has the seal broken. (I rejected the same 3 time last month and ultimately got the same medicine in new box. When i checked the invoice and the medicines.. The batch numbers differ. I see something fishy as even after repeated complaints non of them are taking it serious.

                          Rejected orders are being termed as cancelled.

                            Dear sir i ordered first time with this app and after order and make payment of full ammount it showing more ammount this kind of cheating is doing by this app and still my order is in process not changing its mode and if i try to make eccess payment than also i am not getting that and its worst kind of customer service ever seen in my life no response of mail massase or chargable phone call really so bad experience that i stopped my three friend allready to use this app.

                              Order delayed: my orderid is or0304bv-003a and date on 27 october. I never seen this kind of worst service. I'm sure, u can't survive in online marking anymore if you continue the same. I'm not yet received my order. You have changed the estimated delivery date thrice with out intimation and also no proper response from customer service.

                              Your cancel tab also not working then what is the use of cancel request tab in your app. Worst... Totally worst service. I'm sure, will share in all social site and my colleagues to not to purchase any medicine from this site.

                                I have ordered medicine online from medlife app on 15/10/3018. My order number is #or4118kr-002a. The medicine i ordered is not delivered to my address yet, but status of the delivery on app is showing as delivered. I called customer care several times but everytime they ask to wait for 24-48 hours for investigation. I have lodged first complaint regarding this issue on 17/10/2018. On that day the customer care executive requested me to wait for 48 hours. Till now i am getting same response from each one of them.

                                I also asked for the proof of delivery, a copy of invoice for my order and details of my previous complaints which were lodged thru medlife app and thru customer care. But they are not responding to my emails or phone calls.

                                  I astha agarwal placed an order for my medicines. On 26th oct 2018.
                                  On 27th doctor of midlife discussed for medicine.
                                  After her clearance i got a message on 28th oct for payment on line. I paid the money on the same day.
                                  After changing 2/3 delivery dates. Finally on 1st nov.2018 i was told that my medicines will be delivered by evening.
                                  Suddenly in the evening i got sms that my order is cancelled.
                                  I discussed with coustomer care. There was lot of discussion for about one hour with so many people.
                                  But last message is that my order is cancelled.
                                  I don't understand after discussion with doctor, and payment, why my order is cancelled at last moment.
                                  Please arrange early delivery of my medicine.

                                    With utmost disgust i would like to state that, amongst all medicine delivery services medlife have the most pathetic service management. Taking the instances of my last few orders, the medicine doesn't get delivered on time, order is cancelled stating unacceptable wrong reasons, i am made to wait 20 mins and still no one picks up the call on the customer care helpline, first i get a message saying medicine is out for delivery and the next day a message says medicine is being packed, without reaching out to me by any means message says "our delivery executive tried reaching you". I would be switching to other medicine delivery services from next time onwards.

                                      As the responsibility of looking into the composition of medicine is too lacking.. I would like to return my medicine and there is no any response of filing my complaint even when i called the customer care about my problems.. There is no any quick action and as this field of medicine accessing platform has to be very careful and fast but there is no any process...
                                      Please take the response as fast as possible...

                                        My order no for medlife or5685tn-003a dt 6th september 18. After passing the invoice amount, i found that i have received wrong medicine and so refunded the wrong medicines. I was assured that there amount will be refunded back to my back account. But till date i haven't received refund for the wrong medicines. Medicines were refunded but didn't received the amount back till date. I always get false commitment about the refund that it will refunded in 5-7 days, but it has not barn refunded till date.
                                        Request you to immediately refund my money.
