Dear sir/mam,

I buyed medicines online from medlife.com on 13th nov2018. He delivery date was 15 -16 nov 2018. But it was delivered as expected date. I buyed same medicines from local market and cancelled the order on customer care contact number[protected]. Twice i cancelled the order. But still its 27 nov 2018 no refund given by the medlife and still the order showing out for delivery.

    Medlife lab assistant visited my house on 17/11/2018 and collected blood sample, they assured that report will be mailed to me within 48 hours. For this blood test I remitted Rs. 649/-on 17.11.18 and they acknowledged vide receipt no.3485. Subsequently I contacted them several times, even yesterday also I contacted them and it is assured that report will be mailed to me by today morning. Kindly inform how to get the blood report. Details of payment particulars is mentioned below:

      I had ordered my medicines - order number or 1639xh-010a on 22/11/18 at 8.28pm.
      The doctor confirmation call vide phone number [protected] at 8.36pm on the same day.
      Today when i called up to enquire about the delivery status, i am given lame excuses like doctors confirmation pending due to some technical problems and being asked to place the order again.
      Who will be responsible if anything happens to me without availability of these medicines. I definitely require reply/ answer at the earliest or if i'll be forced to take up the matter to consumer court for legal action.

        The concerned of medlife lab person has collected my blood sample on 20th november. Today is 26 th. They have not send the result. I tried so many people. No one can react properly. Totally its fraud. I paid rs 648 also. My id no is 52173. The company is duping even medicines. All the messages reg discounts are fraud. No one can lift the customercare no. No one take responsibility. But daily they send offer messages. Why this type of fraud company's allowing by govt. Requested take immediate action.

          I have ordered a medicine from medlife app. The medicine delivered to me are susten 300 mg, where i required susten sr 300 mg.
          I called the customer care of medlife many times but they are not responding me back. So i requested to take action that the my medicine can excahnged and delivered on time.

          Payment of my order has done by online with union bank of india, but due to some misunderstanding my sister has done the double payment by cash and the refund of that payment has not done by medlife

            I had a placed a order on medlife on 12th nov. It was supposed to be delivered by 14th nov but got delayed. On 16th nov, i decided to cancel the order. I had paid 730 but got refund of 240 only. When called up the customer care, they said refund will take 7 days. Still waiting for refund even after 10 days.
            How come 240 was immediately transferred and rest takes time.
            Also, bank transfer needs time, my case was a phonepe wallet payment. That should happen immediately.
            This is completely unethical practice. I had written 35 times to medlife customer care through app serivce. Absolutely no response. Pathetic customer service and unethical business practice

              I had booked a lab test n provide the blood n urine sample on 20/11/18 early in the morning at around 6am vide order id no 101575. Till this date after many reminders n complaints at customer care center i dint get the reports for the same. Due to these reports patient medical advice n medicine are pending for last 1 week. Whenever i lodge complaint at cc they put me on approx 30 mins on hold or smtime disconnect the call. Rather than solving my concern these people are harrassing me beyond the limits. I really wonder how can they do this to their routine customers.

                I have bought a oil through your app, had made the payment online but during the delivery your executive asked for money which someone did from my family, so basically i have paid twice for the same thing. Have been trying to register the complaint through app but i m not getting any response.                   Hi, I had worst online experience ever with my order OR6145VX-005A. I have made online payment as per the Amazon Pay payments link received by Medlife. But still the order is sent as COD. Even after multiple calls and chats your team and promises the order is NOT delivered as PrePaid.

                  Pleas note you are delivering medicines, Patients cannot be waiting for medicine forever even after making the payment as per the process and messages sent.

                  I am in a situation MONEY PAID, NO MEDICINE AND ONLY HEALTH IMPACT WITH ALL THE FOLLOWUPS

                    I have received the wrong medicine. This medicine is ordered by some other customer. I have received the medicine ordered by some other customer and my flat number is hand written on that box. This is very dangerous mistake from the medlife. They are playing with the health of the customer. They even don't write the customer name on the delivery box this is very unprofessional.
                    Please stop your unprofessional behaviour and don't play with our help. I am planning to file the complaint in consumer court.
                    Food and drug department should take serious action about this type of mistakes from online pharmacies.

                      I ordered medicines on 11 november 2018 and made an online payment for that after that customer care executive told me that they have online one medicine so i cancelled the order but till now its 22 november 2018 and i didn't received my refund.                             I booked a test for my old parents through a call received from medlife. The booking for the tests was done for 21st nov 2018 at 9am. My parents have fasted for 12 hours for the test, but no one turned up, no one even called. When i am calling their customer care, i am just put on continuous hold for more than 5 mins. Thoroughly disappointed with medlife. No professionalism at all. Do not trust their calls.

                              Wrong medicine delivered for a heart patient.
                              Also on request of replacement, no one has talent the reorder since it's their mistake.
                              Also when called after 2 days there is no proper appropriate response and a casual answer stating they will replace the order.
                              Very pathetic company especially for medicine. Playing with people's life.
                              Serious action to be taken since many life may be at risk

                                The above person appear to be too busy with better things to attend. I am waiting for return of some medicines. He came on friday 16/11 when i was away from home. Contacted him & mutually agreed for him to come on 17/11 at 11 am. I contacted him several times on 17/11 - first he was reported to be away from signal area in a metro city - then so many calls which he did receive as evidenced by caller tunes but refused to take up the call. May be busy being week end. I fail to understand his other priorities on a working day. The same happened previously also in spite of several calls and someone else came and stated he is too scared to come to deliver, may be scared to face me. Such persons will damage your image -

                                  I ordered medicines long back and delivery boy came to deliver the medicines. He asked wife and my family to pay more that Invoice bill for his pocket expenses. When my family denied giving the extra amount, he started shouting on my wife and on parents. He used abusive language mANY TIMEs, cancelled my order and took the medicine and went away..

                                  Later on, I ordered again medicines and complained about this delivery boy but NO ACTION taken by MEDLIFE. Again MEDLIFE send this boy again 2-3 times, abused my family and cancelled the order of his own.

                                  NOW, I AM GOING TO FILE A FIR IN POLICE STATION FOR THIS NEGLIGENCE OF MEDLIFE.

                                  SHAME ON YOU GUYS MEDLIFE!!!

                                      There service is the worst.in my order it shows out for delivery. I sent mail to their customer service. But got to know that the order is still processing. After 7days i got a text that my order is out for delivery but i wasn't at home. When i call the delivery person i told him to deliver it next day. He was all ok and said he would deliver. But next day when i called him he didn't received my call. I just wasted my time on this # website. Don't trust this kind of service. Not recommending to anyone. According to her I will get 25% up to Rs.100 in my Phonepay account. But not getting, on 14th Nov'18 contact with customer care person Mr Altaf & Escalation Team member Mrs Aswini regarding this. But Mrs Aswini totally deny about my discount Rs.100 Phonepay. Why ?

But not getting, on 14th Nov'18 contact with customer care person Mr Altaf & Escalation Team member Mrs Aswini regarding this. But Mrs Aswini totally deny about my discount Rs.100 Phonepay.
                                        Cant understand Customer care person once confirmed you will get 25% upto Rs.100 at phonepay Balance, but after delivery Escalation Team member Mrs Aswini told sorry !!
