My order no or 1446 aw 001a is not delivered yet. Booked on 26th oct. Repeated complaint through phone failed. Neither ur [protected] responding. Please refund the amount immediately.
Ur[protected] phone called repeatedly promised me but in vain.
Today is 31st oct. I missed my regular dose of medicine due to ur fault.
I had to purchase medicine from outside.
U just chested me.
My ph no [protected].
No sms sent to me in this regard.

    3 items ordered (ID OR7682GR-005A) and amount Rs 283.39 was paid. But 2 items delivered vide invoice CCU[protected] dt 03.10.18 amounting Rs 203.60.
    Hence Rs79.79 became refundable. But you have refunded Rs 63.83 only. Please refund the difference of Rs 15.96 immediately.Vide sms dt 4.10.18 you informed that rs 79.79 will be credited to me but actually rs 63.83 has been credited

      I placed my order on 26th oct.2018 still not received .I have already paid entire amount.When i placed my order the delivery date was on 27th oct but atlast after 3 days on 30th oct those people assign one delivery agent (name : sandip pal, mob: [protected]), but from that day to today (1nov), the mobile number of delivery boy is swtchoff and the customer executive told me every time "sir we can only raise a complain, nothing is our hand" .i suggest to change the company name "medlife to pizza life"

      My order dated 19th August OR7506IWB-001A was modified with a reason that medicines are out of stock and I received only 1 medicine out of 4. I paid in full in advance. I am still waiting for the refund amount Rs. 1400. It's been a month now. Customer Service calls are just namesake, it keeps advertising about Medlife products and after providing inputs to talk to support personnel, call gets disconnected automatically. Totally disappointed.

        I have booked my medicine on 26th/10/18. Till now (29th, 6-30pm.) i have not received the medicine so i had to skip my schedule dose. I want to sue this company for this failure. Delivery boy doesnot pick up phone.
        I had rang up the [protected] several times. They talk like cheaters.
        Though it is a pre paid medicine, they behave like giving a free service.
        Horrible service.

          By seeing the contnious advertisement on different channels, i have order 1st time my medicine (Cash on delivery)... But when i recd the courier, courier boy doesnt allow me to open up before payment... When i done the payment and open up the courier, finding that 1 strip of rosuvas 20 was missing, which is fraud from this company side... I would like to say all the people who can read my review pl dont order any medicine to medlife... They are fraud, absoultly fraud // for ur all reference order number

            This is with respect to order no or2008em-016a. I had given medlife code on account of which i got 20% discount. But, the courier invoice had mrp price and i was forced to pay the amount as courier company person told that he has to deposit the amount with medlife based on courier invoice. When i called medlife call center, they took the bank details and never did refund. Their call center is useless with paracetamol ads playing with no person answering. I request the medlife people to get in touch with me and do the refund at the earliest for the above order number. Otherwise, consider the above order number as my last one. Thank you.

            First tried calling customer care, it did not yield much result. After sending multiple emails to [email protected] and following up every 3-4 days, finally they made the credit on 2nd dec after confirming on 26th nov 2018 that i will receive in 5-7 days. So basically, it took around 2 months for me to get the refund. But, happy that i finally received after so much followup.

            If we speak to customer care they will not connect to the person we spoke and repeatedly we have to explain everything to the new person whoever attends and finally disconnect the call.
            It's not the reply from customers care

              I have placed an order for accuchek active glucometerby payment of rs.1119. But i have received this glucometer with out proper microchip. After long discussion they have agreed to take and refund the amount. With lot of follow up with medlife i have returned the item through their courier. But still i am yet to get the amount from them. They are giving false promises while contacting. I don't when they will supply. But i have to check my blood test daily to monitor my diabetes level. Without amount how i can purchase the new glucometer.

              I spoke to the customer care in last 20 days for 12 hours including their senior staff who has misbehaved to the core I could get amount this morning only. The item which was collected back on 17th October has reached their godown on 29th only I have evidence of acknowledge slips given by courier and then only they have followed with courier. After the receipt of item they have initiated for payment on 31st October and and today 6th November I got the amount. Hence be careful while placing orders on any online firm

              Inspite of repeated discussion the issue is still pending. It is right time to take up the matter to consumers court. Moreover this app purely supporting Medlife in looting public money. The actor who is participating in advertisement should be booked under misguiding public.

              One senior officer by name Abey is misbehaving with me and he confirms that Medlife will continue to cheat public and they have maintained only 4% of public refund so far. He also claimed that they are paid to cheat public in angle
              It only support Medlife to loot public money. Not really helpful to customer

                With the above reference i would like to bring in your notice that i have ordered medicines yesterday and made the payment today morning from medlife app - e wallet, but my transaction history is showing that i have paid the amount but order history is showing the balance, and more over my rbl bank also gave me the confirmation that they have credit the medlife wallet a/c.

                4 days past already for the tests. Usually other labs give report with 8-10 hrs.

                  Double payment made against order no. Or7533kv-001a on 18th october, 2018.
                  Several complaints and follow up was done, but every time they had issue in their server and in their mobile application, due to which my payment was blocked by them.
                  False commitments given by them for refund every time.
                  Very poor customer service.
                  Very poor mobile application.

                    My registered mobile no. Is [protected].. I have ordered the medicine on 13th oct 2018 and estimated livery date was 15th oct 2018. But till now i haven't received my medicine and its for the second consecutive time my ordered not delivered. Previously i ordered from mobile no-[protected] but that time also my medicine not delivered till noow neither i have received my refund amount which i was supposed to received within 7 days but its beein 3 week and there is no response. I just want to cancel my order.. Order id or02.0fv-001a.. Its being pathetic service from medlife and courier partner.. Where as other company like sasta sundar and phameasy delivers the product in max to max 36 hours but medlife service is so poor its exactly 10 days till now i havent received my order. Great work by medlife and so called courier partner.. Its worst experience on medlife and probably my last.. And i would prefer no one for medlife. Thank you for your support. Which wasn't there.

                    Poor customer care support from Med life team for any query related to previous order.
                    I am trying to resolve my query related to my previous Bill from last 20 days but after waste my 2-3 hrs to contact customer care not getting any solution . So due to bad service of Med Life i am switch again to purchase offline medicine.

                      I have received orders no. Or9608vu-001a, when am i checked medicine all will damage. So i am call customer care no. Name is simran and i told him replace to them, but they not proper reply to me. Before i have ordered that time they will be reply me medicine not available. At now medicine will be damaged. Medlife provides very poor service and medicine also.

                        Rs.276/14 was online paid to the company. Ag. Above order of medicine on 23.9.18 th. Credit card which was not credited against order and at the time of delivery cash paid on 25.9.18. Despite repeated request money nor refunded to my a/c.co's working is slow customer care/complaint no. On calling no pick/response..?? Further no timely delivery of pharmacy by this co... Poor... Services..

                          I have placed an order having no or3150aj-001a on 14/10/2018. However on 16/10/2018 i have received a message reg. Modification of order without any telephonic conversation. Thereafter i was lodge a complaint to your customer care reg non delivery of medicine. Then again i have called to customer care and he told me that your order has been dispatched but till date i have not received any medicine. So please arrange my medicine on urgent basis and also give me status of my order.

                            This has happened 2nd time with medlife.
                            They send some wrong medicine then dont work on repeated calls for return and refund.
                            It has been a month now, my issue not resolved.
                            Multiple calls, emails, every time they ensure needful will be done, but no result. Everytime i have to go back and complain again.

                            Worst service providers.

                              Above is my order id, this was the third order i had to place as earlier two order were cancelled bcz o[censored]r technical glitches. (Instead of 1500rs it showed as 9000rs order id was or2743tr-002a). Confirmed by ur customer care services
                              Now my order has to be delivered in 48 hours. Instead they are revising dates sto next day from past 3 days. It's been four days from date of order i have placed. This is the worst customer service i had received so far. I am a regular user but may to stop using..

                                I have been waiting for my order or3487ng-008a since yesterday after being told that it was packed and ready to be delivered. I was informed that i would receive it by 5:00pm 16-oct-2018. Courier details mohd. Nabeel[protected]. This no. Does not work. I complained the whole of yesterday with promises of receiving a call back from customer support - but there was no call. To add insult to injury, i receive an sms "our delivery agent attempted to deliver your order but could not reach you" how can you all treat old customers like this. And when i went to the app it asks me to confirm whether the delivery agent actually tried to contact ornot - i marked the x (No) but it did not allow me to submit unless i change the scheduled delivery date to 2 days later. What is this harrassment?
                                Even this morning i have spoken to your heldesk. Again today the same courier agent name is given with a number that is not working. Kindly call me and resolve this unless you are ok with losing old customers. Yes! You will have lot many more being lured by the discounts - so losing one is not a big deal. But remember - every drop makes an ocean.

                                  I had ordered 3 medicines [syndopa 110, prexol 0.25, ebixa 10]. The amount i had paid is 886.67 through my credit card. After that they confirmed that only syndopa 110 is available so they modified the order and delivered that syndopa 110. But the balance amount is not refunded yet. I have already notified medlife customer support agent once. But still the amount s not credited to that account.

                                    This is such a horrible company of suppliying medicine.
                                    My order or8917vq-003a were out for delivery by anand sharma ([protected]). But he was not trying to contact me and he take away back all medicine since from that day he start to making me fool
                                    Of giving me another delivery boy number... He is completely a fraud person
                                    I really need a medicine of bp and sugar but im not getting any medicine from medlife
                                    Really its a very fraud and lier company and the delivery boy is also a fraud man

                                      I have order ed for medicines worth 537.20 online and even the invoice i have received shows the same amount but the delivery boy has charged 870 showing the same bill and when asked he was telling that the amount was specified by midlife itself, i have even called customer care several times every time they were escaping by telling that the amount will be refunded within 2 days, the delivery was on 27th sept and today is 15th oct you can understand the way they were escaping from the issue, please do take action on this issue

                                        Please process the refund. Its been more than a week, you have not initiated my return. I have called customer care atleast 50 times and everytime there is not satisfactory response. Order id - or7423zt-002a. I am in very much need of my money

                                        Order delivered on 6 october and order placed on 3 october. Only half of my required medecines were available in your stock and you reduced it to 40 nos., butci have already paid online. You said it will get refunded after delivery, but still no refund
