Blood test was done on 19th sept 18, morning for 4 pple and till now we have not received the reports. More than 72 hrs now. Customer care keeps on giving false information. They just say today, tomorrow, within an hour and so on. No one is able to give the exact reason for delay. I had to miss my doctor's appointment due to this. Till now softcopy of reports not received which was supposed to be in email within 24 hours.

I spoke with an executive, who confirmed that they have sent the reports today morning to a different email address wgich is not there on my records.. Appallingly service. How can they be so careless and send my personal and private information and to someone else.. I need help to take legal action against this company for the damage thay have caused to me.

    Hi, , this company is misleading customer with lucrative offers which r not exits...
    They have several offeres in notification eg use PA55, , screen shot attached, , today this offer shows valid for today only.
    T&c applied..
    First of all there is no term and condition u find for full detail..
    When u call them for detail their executive cut the call in between.
    It happened several times that's why I am here...
    If you guys doesn't stop this...u will see me in court..

      What type of service your provide i can't understand. I m order my medicine on 17.9.2018 but there is cl from representative on 20.9 2018 they tell me that out of 5 medicine 2 medicine not available. After that i m telling thats its ok send me medicine. Today 21.92018 i m again got cl they told me that 2 more medicine not available. How it is possible. After 5 days they confirmed me what is available or what is not. It is so terrible. Bad and waste service.

As the received medicine was wrong so i have requested for return on 05-09-18. Medicines received from us on 08-9-18 by ecom express courier service. Till date parcel has not gone to indore. Refund not received yet.

            Delivery executive had gone to our address 5 j/30 faridabad to deliver the medicines for heart patient around 11:50 am without prior intimation. He called us after he found the door locked. The door was locked as we all are working and nobody is available between 8am-6pm. When i told him to come after 6 pm he started shouting at me. As an alternate i told him to deliver the medicines at my sister’s house 5 j /59 which is in the next lane only but he started misbehaving and abusing. The medicines are for heart patient and urgent that can’t be missed. Upon asking his name he further misbehaved with me, his contact no. Is [protected]. He seemed to be highly unprofessional.

              I have order the medicine in medlife using my friend reference code at the time of order i confirmed about the offer as its my 1st order so i will get 30% or my friend code as she confirmed both is same 25+5=30% cashless when i received the order only 25% discount the customer care man is talking so bad and trying to show me he is getting offended and not talking properly.

              only discount is not improve business, customer support will improve business.

                I returned meds worth 3000 on 9th March 2018, since then I've called medlife 100+ times to get my money back. However there has been no positive response. I've spoke to xpressbees manager Swapnil, he confirmed that the parcel is with us however it's misplaced, I've sent a mail to medlife regarding the same and to send the customer the refund he's eligible. However still following up with medlife to get my own money back. Supervisor Pawan Tripathi was following up on my case, I sent him the return receipt on email. Since then he's not calling me back or providing me a solution. I've called medlife 18 times post sending the return receipt, everyone say they will call me back or arrange a callback from Pawan Tripathi however haven't received any callback.

                The only way left is to approach the consumer court.

                  I have ordered for medicine on 08th of Sep 2018 and it was confirmed by both pharmacist and the doctor on 10th of Sep 2018, In the app it started showing that the medicines will be delivered by 12th of Sep 2018, Today is 18th Sep 2018 and the app is still showing the medicines will be delivered by 12th of Sep 2018.
                  After too many calls to customer care and given feedback on app(as they don't have any email id for support and no way to contact them in written form) they always just raise a complaint (also don't provide any complaint number) and do nothing.
                  They always say that they have emailed internally (In which you will not be in CC).
                  I am now fed up talking with customer care and the company is not doing anything. I am not writing here so that my issue could be resolved. I am writing here to inform everyone that this is a fraud company and they will not listen to anyone. Just order with other medicine providers and you will get a better service.

                    I have placed an order 11.09.2018 (Order no-or2867kt-001a) successfully. After the repeated call to medlife customer executive pharmacist has verified prescription and confirmed the order. The same time i have asked for payment process but customer executive has confirmed me that you will receive a link to make online payment against the order placed by you. Multiple times i called for payment process, but customer executive ensured me that before delivery "you will get link for payment". On dated 16.09.2018 the order status was showing as out for delivery, so i called to customer executive for payment process, but it was surprising that we got the answer that you will have to pay through cash only. I requested him that i have to pay through online mode and it was never communicated that this order is cod. But the customer executive has refused to co-operate me & told you have no any option other than cod.

                    This is totally cheating by medlife. Wrong information given by customer executive. I have all conversation recording on my phone which i had done with customer executive. Medlife customer executive has ensured me multiple times that you will receive a link for online payment. But wrongly or forcefully made the transaction through cash. It is illegal.

                      As per subjected order no., I have placed order on 14th Sep, 18 with doctor prescription and for which delivery confirmed to me of 17th Sep, 18 till evening that too after many follow ups. Later on, on 16th Sep, i receives message from medlife as one of the prescribed medicine is not available with our store and will be providing you substitute one and medlife will call you, i waited for one day then i called on customer care number and ask the executives to please tell me the substitute which ever is available with you, the executive arranges another substitute to prescribed medicine i excepts that with yes and with doctor consultation too on 17th Sep., now the executive puts the another order no. as per subjected mentioned. on 17th continuously i am calling medilfe customer care number and had no. of discussions with executives but still no response for the order delivery. From morning of 17th I am calling 8 times and discussing with medlife executives and telling them to help me out for such crucial medicines to make it on high priority basis yet no response from medlife, also I told to have my discussion with any seniors or supervisor but yet no response, every time they put the call on hold and yet no response then too.

                      And as if pharmacist of medilfe reads the prescription he will come to know how important that medicines will be and for crucial patient. so humbly request you to please take strict action against the website and this online medilfe company and revert to me with your valuable feedback action.

                          We order diabetes medicines for my father with medlife and every time there delivery is so pathetic that either they reschedule or cancel order by giving lame excuses. Latest happened on 14th Sept 2018, we ordered 1 medicine as we missed in our monthly order. 16th Sept 2018 we got message "your order OR4823LT-002a is out for delivery by REHBARKHANGURGAONVLS KHAN ([protected]) you can track your order here https://goo.gl/UAsZdk", this message we received at 8:44am and next message we received same day at 11:10am " Dear customer, our delivery agent attempted to deliver your order but could not reach you. Please use this link http://tinyurl.com/ydfh7np7 to let us know a suitable time to deliver" irony of this situation is that my senior citizen parents, my spouse and maid are always at home. Now surprisingly we got another message today morning that your order is out for delivery by DeepakGurgaon VLS Kumar ([protected]) however both the above numbers are switched off as we tried to reach them several times. Then I chat with medlife online and they told me that our order is cancelled as we requested if you allow they can re-open the order. PLEASE AUTHORITY HELP US

                            This is with reference to order number or4789mj-014a, i had ordered medicines to medlife on sept 15th 2018 and as per commitment on the app the delivery was supposed to happen on sept 16th 2018 and it was showing out for delivery since morning of sept 16th 2018, however i got sms that attempt to delivery failed because nobody in home. This is totally false and always people are at home 24/7 and medlife is doing this repeatedly putting customers in difficulty. If you cant deliver medicines pls dont make false commitment. The mobile number of delivery boy on the app was also incorrect. This is totally unaccepatble from medlife

                                  We had ordered medicine and the delivery person by name vijay and his number [protected] didn’t have the courtesy to ring the bell and he has knocked my wooden door with his key and has spoilt the wooden door with marks.

                                  Such u professional people work for medlife. This is ridiculous

                                        I had recently ordered medicines on this medlife app & their service is just horrible. First they schedule doctors appointment, verification calls for the medicines which makes the whole ordering process gruesome & troubling. The customer support executives are so poorly groomed that they dont even knbow how to read a prescription & keep bothering us with several calls. Also they show a timeline in their app but the order is never delivered within that timeine. Even they dont bother to give the customers a real time update on the time of medicine delivery arrival at our home. On top of it the return process is absolutely worthless. I had requested for a return of a particular medicine a month ago but till now no return process has been initiated. I had called them up thrice & asked for the return but still no progress. I would recommend everybody to stop using this app further to prevent this kind of harrowing experience.
