I've called you guys more than a hundred times to check the status of my order id - #or007mu-001a. Half of the time you guys are not connectable. When i was able to connect you guys you guys were unable to give me any details. I've emailed you guys regarding the same however haven't received any response. Without informing you guys changed the order delivery and now it is delayed by 3 days? How you guys can be such incompetent. It is not a joke and this is critical. You guys can't do this for medicine delivery. Please contact me as soon as possible and deliver the medicines.

I've received my medicines however the experience which I had was pathetic and I would expect some kind of gestures in relation to the same.

    I ordered arimidex and had to return because of lesser discount offered than what was specified in the e mail sent to me. (Medlife) i have spoken to many representatives online and had chat with madam nagma, but still there is no response. Two days back, few representative called me and told me that they have arranged for taking back the medicine, which is just a lie. I am contemplating reporting this to medical council of india and irda along with copy to health ministry for this blatant act. I have preserved your detailed email (Offering 20%) and also the copy of chat we had with madam nagma.

      When will i get my money refunded?

      I have ordered medicines in the name of mr. Yudhisthir panda on 22.09.18 amounting to rs.2473.86. I had ordered it by cash on delivery. Then i saw on medlife app, an option of pay through phonepe app is available, so i paid the same amount online using phonepe app. Also the parcel is not yet delivered to me and it is too long. I have been placing orders for medicines every month through your app, but to my surprise i am very much disappointed as the courier boy today approached me and is asking for cash. As the status of prepaid is not updated or intimated to them from your side. What will i do now. I feel like harassed. Will i have to pay two times for the same order??? Is this your hospitality?? How can we trust you next time??? Really disappointed. Kindly suggest me what to do as soon as possible.

      Now i have already paid this amount again by cash. Kindly intiate from your side for refund of the said amount to my account.
      An early response is requested.
      Please update me the status.. When will i get my money refunded?

      I have one order which is placed on 26 sep 2018. On time of delivery i have done payment through netbanking ICICI bank. Transaction was done successful. TXN Id-[protected] payee RAZORPAY... TXN ID- pay_B38UMYZri8v4il . But payment to medlife is not updated as per Medlife APP... please check issue and deliver the medicine

        I placed an order id: or6747cu_001a havi g total invoice amount of rs 528.67. But the xpress bees delivery man has taken rs 796 from me against the said medicine. Even on convincing him and showing him the invoice amount on my mobile he told that amount of rs 796 is showing pending against that invoice amount and you have to pay or else i will return the medicine. Since the medicine is urgent i paid him rs 796. So you are requested to lodge a complaint and return me the excess amount.

            On 26/9/2018 i have returned the following medicines against the medicines received vide order no. Or6022gl-006a dated 18/9/2018 and order no. Or6022gl-005a dated 07.09.2018.
            Voglitor md 0.2 mg - 1 strip
            Meaxon od - 1 strip
            Rabekind-20 - 2strips.

            I have not received the amount so far. I have made payments through paytm to the following orders.
            Refer order no. Or6022gl-006a and order no. Or6022gl-005a.
            How long it takes to refund the amount to my paytm account.

            One week back one gentleman contacted me and asked for the medicines returned. After hearing he said within24 hours it will be resolved. On 19/10 another gentleman contacted me saying that they have returned the amount in cash. I told him I have not received any cash. When I have made the payment through Paytm how ur people will return the cash. Again he said within 48 hours it will be resolved.
            Today just now another gentleman called and says i have lodged complaint within 48 hours it will be solved. How many 48 hours u require for settling small amount less than200/-.
            I have never seen this type of worst service of the company.

                  I placed an order for some medicines on 18th september. Order no is #or2511zr-002a. Order was confirmed by medlife on 19th september and i made online payment of the required amount.
                  Meanwhile, i received intimations on three occasions to the effect that the order was out for delivery. However, i am yet to get the medicines. What i am getting at intervals are bogus smses that they are making attempts but are not being able to reach me (As if i am residing in galaxy!). 10 days have elapsed. I don't know how much time they would take to deliver the medicines. Deplorable.

                    I have ordered on 23.09.2018 order no. Or8393yq-005a, it delievered me on 26.09.2018. After opening the box i have got wrong medicine in it. I have complaint twice on [protected] 1st to chand (Coutmer care) 2nd to dheeraz. Still at 4.49pm, i still not got complaint number nor payment against the same.
                    This is my second transaction with medlife, i have paid cash while recieveing the parcel. And when i complain to them they are just advise me not give propper answer for my problem.

                      I ordered for tablet duphaston 10 mg one strip and the price it was showing was rs 460 which after discount would amount to rs 368. After placing the order i get a message saying i have to pay rs 444 instead. After calling the customer care i was told by ms neha that 460 is the old price, new price is rs 555 which hasnt been updated yet. I had bought the same medicine one month back and its price was rs 555 then also. I dont think in 2-3 months the rate of the medicine could have increased by over 100 rs! I think medlife is purposely showing lower rates initially to lure customers by cheating. This is the second time this has happened. Same thing happened in july when i ordered some other medicine. Kindly take some action against this so same thing doesnt happer in the future.

                        Dear medlife,
                        I have order medicine by medlife mobile app, and was waiting for delivery since it was showing (1) product is out for delivery & mbl no. Of delivery boy but not reachable and at bottom of order detail, it was showing (2) pay, so i paid totall amount online,
                        Then delivery boy came and asked money (Bill amount), means he is (3) not aware of paid delivery, and refused to give product,
                        Then i called to mr. Medlife after very long discussion (Time pass for cc excutive) then 45 min on hold then senior. Mr. Medlife then suggested to make another cash payment and then they will refund my money in 6- 7 days.
                        My complaint is if you cant communicate with agent then shut your shop and go to himalaya. Dont waste our time and energy by contacting you.

                        And biggest joke is "payment gate way link is bug in app" and they dont know.

                        I dont know what will happen to my money and order,

                        After hour of talking to mr medlife, there is not single message from medlife costmer desk regadring acknowledgement issue.

                          I had already submitted my complaint earlier for my order number
                          OR2870IQ-002A on Medlife.

                          I had complaint against working of their delivery agent who is sharing wrong information to Medlife who in turns sends information (SMS) to customer, without checking, which is false.

                          Today also i received information stating that it is out for delivery, indicating name of person Ramu ([protected]). I called up three times in the morning to get estimated time so that i can go out for my work but the calls were not answered.

                          I wonder why calls are not answered. Do agent or Medlife expect customer to wait at home whole day waiting for the delivery person ?.

                            I placed an order for medicines with order ID OR8417ET-0001A om September 11, 2018.

                            The order was supposed to be delivered by September 18th, however it didnt.

                            Then it came out for delivery on September 23rd, 2018.

                            However, the delivery boy asked for CASH despite the payment being made online.

                            Same thing i.e. asking for CASH by the delivery boy is repeated on September 24th, 2018

                            When I contact the customer care, the lady on the other end very rudely tells that I have to pay cash and the payment made online will be refund.

                            Do they think the customers are fool.

                            Now I neither have my order nor my money. Please take action.

                              I had ordered medicines through medlife, i paid online, but when the order came the delivery boy asked to pay money as they don't get any update of my payment. So i cancelled the order. After cancelling 2 days it's since i did not git any refund neither i seen any difference in order status on medlife app. It is showing that order is out for delivery.                                 Refer my order or2870iq-002a dt 17.09.18.

                                Dear sir / madam,

                                While ordering i had requested delivery by 19.09.18 since i was to go out of mumbai for few days on 20.09.18. I was told that this request is being registered and the same will be tried. The same was not met.
                                1. On 20.09.18 i received sms conveying my order was out for delivery, with name (Ronny) & cell number ([protected]) of the person bringing the medicine.
                                2. I tried to call ronny 6 times to convey that i am out of mumbai but the same was not picked up.
                                3. I complaint to medlife for the same and was told that they will look into the matter and took change of delivery schedule.
                                4. Even after that delivery was attempted on 20.09.18.
                                5. Since my stay got extended i rescheduled delivery on 23.09.18 after 12.00 noon for which i got confirmation for 23.09.18 delivery by the same person.
                                6. I reached mumbai at 9.30 am & i tried to call the same person by he did not pick up.
                                7. I tried to call a person, who called me on thursday on behalf of medlife for delivery but he said today being ganapati virsjan day boys are on leave hence no delivery.
                                8. At 13.54 hrs i received sms saying that delivery was attempted but could not reach.

                                I am really surprised by medlife working. Your agents are fooling medlife and the customer. Secondly there is no proper co-ordination between medlife and their agent. Further i wonder what is the use of agent name & mobile number if agent is not picking answering call. Do customer have to follow up so much for their order?.

                                My husband has ordered thru pharmeasy whose response is fantastic. If medlife working makes customer to waste time like this why they should order from them. There are many pharmacy giving the same discount with a very good service.

                                For me it is serious. Hope same is with medlife. I await your serious feedback.

                                  1. Order delivered late after multiple requests on call.
                                  2. Delivered package was wrong. It had pur inboice but none of our ordered medicines.
                                  3. Made numerous complaints for refund or replace through phone but all in vain.
                                  4. Had to go and purchase costly medicines on urgent basis due to this negligience, otherwise would have ordered from other websites.

                                    Worst service. Cancelled order without information & customer executive misbehave. They don't understand the importance of medicines. I was promised that i will get delivery of medicines within 24 to 48 hours. I kept getting calls from different executives confirming the medicines. I kept asking them everyday as to when they will despatch my order. Since last 3 days i am getting the same reply that "your order will be delivered by today". Because as per the app till now order is in process, not updated as out for delivery. When i asked for this justification the customer care representative started fumbling & told me your order is cancelled now reason delivery boy not attempt to deliver your order. So i am not going to buy any further medicines from such a fraud company. They don't understand the importance of medicines and value of time. Worst medicine provider. So kindly do not buy from such, irresponsible people. They wont deliver within 48 hours, be careful about delivery person they misbehave also, they create lot of head ache to customer due to very poor service

Till date not received any medicines or any information. Trying to contact but failed. Today again called, mr nitesh and ashwini is not able to tell the status and delivery.
